On 26th of July on our way to LA on Vacation when we got slammed by a disgruntle driver at about 73 Mph from a stand still. We were in Fresno. It was hot 104 plus super hot. If you need flood insurance and you want to save money and time, you MUST call Davin!!We had 30 days to find Flood insurance. After requesting many many quotes, we were frustrated and angry. We got a call from Lupe with Farmers insurance. She was calm, kind, and empathetic. What a relief! Unfortunately we got disconnected. She called back but I was on another call. When I called back I got hold of Davin, the owner of the office. It was obvious that he had the same calm, kind and empathetic demeanor as Lupe had.Davin has knowledge and understanding for the Flood insurance policies. Many of the companies we spoke to asked if we have a certificate of elevation. What is that! Well Davin knew what it was and had a solution to getting one (and an affordable one). Another relief! Davin’s quote was the best by a lot.We have told the manager of our park about Davin and his company as well as family members that will need his services.We are very thankful for him and Lupe. We will continue to spread the word!

We were attempting to consolidate our policies; I had one with State Farm, left a message and never received a call back. My wife had a policy with Allstate and the agent never returned the call. I reached out to Davin Lozano and he called me back in less than an hour with cotton balls in his mouth because he had oral surgery earlier.....now that’s commitment. Without question, he earned all of our business and I highly recommend him and his agency.To support our decision further, my wife was in an auto accident. The claims department answered our call immediately that evening. By morning, the adjuster scheduled an appointment with the body shop and he set up our rental car reservation. On top of that, the adjuster made several follow up calls to keep us informed. The level of support from Farmer’s is amazing!!

Poor service added a vehicle without permission also raised house rates for homeowners insurance.. never could give a straight forward qoute.. one person would say this price another would say another price I dont think farmers is good they give u everything cheap also didnt pay my full payment when someone hit and ran my car. Made me pay my deductible...shop for better prices also charge u for miles you drive if I wanted that I would go to pay per mile Insurance.
