Four employees present, only one working. One calls you up, but apparently cant actually do any of the services.

The customer service was absolutely horrible they repeated their selves multiple times about not wearing a mask but wouldn’t allow me to speak I was trying to inform them that as a disabled veteran and the disabilities I have requiring me not to wear a mask. They not only violated my rights but tried to make me stand in the corner and isolate me as if my disabilities make me a nuisance or a disease. I even try to show her but I was 100% disabled just so she would leave me alone even though it’s against Hyppa law.

The lady at the far left of the store was not very friendly at all. She asked me if I get paid on the 6th and I told her yes if thats a Friday two weeks from now. She responded to that in a rude tone saying Im asking you because its your payday not mine . I responded with Im sorry but Im not 100% sure the exact date. She then came back again saying well thats why theres a calendar right there. She seemed very unfriendly. Ive been to that store a few times and generally the other girls are very friendly, but this lady made me not want to return to this location. If I do, I will not be going to her window.

They need new equitment out side the window because you can even see the numbers any more

Awful service and discriminating against your own race. Never been treated like that before, just awful. That girl should be ashamed of herself and if your so miserable then you should look somewhere else to work, where you are fitted. By the we got way better service somewhere else without any questions, your ignorant girl.

Terrible service. The women were rude over the phone every time I called there to see if my check was in. One of them yelled at me and said I told you not to call. Itll be in on Friday! I cant see how you can run a business with people like that working for you! They should be fired and start over with people who want to work there!

Terrible customer service. They looked at a 1,000$ check like theyve never even seen that amount before, lol. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal for cashing a freelance check. The whole place is fishy and has a scammy vibe. Dont recommend at all!

This place isnt busy at all but there may be reasons why. Service is so so and could be more friendly.

Ive always received good service

POOR customer service, waited in line 15 minutes, 4 CSRs, one was helping someone and the other three diddnt even bother to say anything to the 4 customers in line.

Very very slow, 4 tellers were at helping customers when I walked in, waited for 15 minutes in line because after each customer finished, the worker helping them disappeared. Still waiting, as we speak.

Bad customer service you must speak spanish if you want good customer service never go there
