It would be really nice if they would return a phone call. My elderly parents were told in the middle of May that there would be an availability on June 9th. We have been having many issues with our internet and email service and have been reaching out via phone calls to confirm what the next step is. 2 weeks and no return calls. 😢

Way overpriced for the tiny rooms. Since the complex is old, the electricity bill is super high, so for ordinary use, you will be looking at several hundred dollars a month, which means you could have gotten a nicer, more expensive apartment or house elsewhere for less with a normal utility bill. There is a big problem here with homeless people on the grounds and going into the laundry room and apartments. The managers here come across nice just like car salesmen, but if you have problems, they are downright nasty people. Theres really no reason anyone should be renting here until they lower the prices several hundred dollars. You could put up with high utility bills, homeless stragglers, and unprofessional managers for $900/month, but for $1300+ this place is a joke.

I dont personally live here; a friend of mine does. I myself prefer houses over apartments. The older the house the better. I do have to say that its pretty quiet for an apartment complex of that size and the grounds are kept clean.

So far we are very happy with the apartment complex. Kelly is amazing! We were relocating from Santa Rosa and struggled to find somewhere that would work around our schedule. We were able to get in quick! The apartment is a really great space for a great cost. Haven’t used the pool but it’s clean. Parking is a bit of an issue but the management knows that. Had a much better experience with Rivers Edge than other apartment complexes. Happy to be here. And very animal friendly. Location is super convenient right off the 99 it’s perfect

We have been here for over 7 years. Love the office staff, they are awesome and are very helpful. The maintenance staff is very courteous and on time. The whole staff is very trustworthy and caring. The only flaw is the parking..or lack there of.

I love it here, Lauren and Saars have out done themselves in making sure we were happy. Its beautiful and quiet, I am so happy.

The apartment is great. The apartment manager KELLY is awesome. The area and neighbors itself is very quiet. Kelly is always willing to help and cares a lot for her tenants. She was the one who showed us the apartment and answer all of my questions. If you want a nice and quiet neighbor with a great apartment manager this is the place to rent from. Really easy freeway access and close to everything. Also if youre coming back home from out of town you dont have to drive around or across town just to get home. I really recommend this place. I love this place! Gorgeous grounds, feeling really safe here, apartment was so fresh when we moved in and Kelly in the office is super accommodating and obviously experienced. I feel like Im in good hands here.

Only 3 minutes to downtown area. Gated community. Well kept grounds nice apartments with friendly families. Easy freeway access to out of town or returning home. Quiet, country like setting with lots of trees.

I have lived here for over a year and I absolutely love this place. The manager Kelley is absolutely friendly and caring. I would recommend Rivers Edge Apts here in LODI to friends. The maintenance crew are wonderful. They keep the property well maintained.The only issue is parking. There is no place for friends to park. If you park in the parking lot across the street you will definitely get towed. My sons car got towed a few days ago.But overall I enjoy living here.

There are no words to describe how awesome Rivers Edge Apartments have become. I moved in almost 3 years ago and I can tell you that all the changes that they are making are absolutely amazing. Ben and Jesus really know what theyre talking about and can fix just about anything. And Tracy is very comfortable to talk to and really a great property manager. I could not have asked for better staff to run such a large community of residence. But somehow each and every one of them make me feel like they are my neighbor and Im a VIP around here lol. Thank you guys so much for everything.

I lived here 15 yrs ago and it had a lot of bad people and would never have had my family live there so when I got pregnant I moved out . I drove by today and place looks amazing. I put in application to move my 2 kids and I into apartment I hope I am accepted because it is now all cleaned up and looks so nice and am excited to move my family in.

Great place to live and the manager is the nicest guy I have ever met.

The apartments are not the best, I dont think there is a square angle anywhere in here. There is some noise from the freeway, but its not too bad. The rents are too high for what you get. The office staff are great though and the maintenance guys are great also. To be honest after some of the problems Ive had with the building itself, the staff and the way they handled them are the only real reason I stayed after the first year. If the were not as on top of it as they are, Id bail. In fact theyre the only reason I rated as high as I did

Next to the freeway is nice for convenience, however, loud. Constant homeless problem rummaging through garbage. Gate rarely locked and/or closed. Not a very good neighborhood, especially if you have children. Would be a nice a partment for someone starting out maybe with a room mate or something. Not worth the price at all. Especially since you have water, sewage, garbage and electricity to pay. Bills will be high because it’s an old complex, (poor insulation and not sealed windows). Poorly kept and “patched”. Tracy was our manager, she was the light of this place and we will most definitely miss her.For whatever reason the only laundry room onsite is randomly locked. This very evening I couldn’t do my son’s laundry. Very little parking and sometimes you’ll have to park around the corner down the street. They had package service. I believe it was on the lease and now they’ve decided it’s too much and now our packages will be delivered on our door step... where I can’t keep anything, for it’ll be stolen.

Model apartment is deceiving. ideal location is not family friendly or safe. Gate is left open for anyone to wander in. The nearest park is overrun by homeless people. Dont bring your kids here

If I could give a zero I would. Due to the garage unit we rent out my hubby wants to until we buy a house. ; ( this is not a family friendly community and the management couldnt care less. They say they care and theyll come and fix it, but when the schedule day comes no one shows and they wont return my calls. They wont fix repairs despite numerous request, phone requests, email request and the regional manager wont call me back either. BEWARE: if you have a baby bring safety plugs with you when viewing the apartment and check EVERY socket, ours wont hold any safety plugs. Im gonna have to tape them over the sockets, if I werent busy raising kids and had extra cash I would sue. Homeless people wonder around and sometimes sleep in the laundry room. The pool is constantly closed for maintenance and random people that dont live here come to use it. The gate hasnt worked in over a year, the one notice these ladies bothered to send out claimed that it would be working soon (that was 3 months ago). People move here with big dogs, pit bulls, rottweilers dogs like that. Then they let them poop on the side walks and leave it there. I saw yesterday people walking their pit bull and they thought theyd introduce it to one of the two rottweilers this lady had. I watched as they let them pull on the leashes trying desperately to fight each other. The owners laughed and watched until one bit the other and they finally thought itd be prudent to pull them apart. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF RENT. NOT SAFE. Also, the management changes each year and has only gotten worse. Ive personally seen 6 different managers go through that office. Dont bother with this place, its awful and isnt getting any better. Youre better off woth a different apartment complex.

The location isnt bad and while newer appliances would be nice, everything works. If there was an issue management is very quick to fix the issue.The two stars is due to the fact that once parking fills up, many people parking in the fire lane and block legitimate spaces. If you need to back out of your space, you risk hitting illegally parked vehicles. Also, more than once, our immediate neighbors have been doing strange things at 2:40am. When I say strange things, I mean, a loud noise like someone is digging or chewing through their side of the wall. Its loud enough to be unnerving in the middle of the night. The final thing is that on at least 3 different occasions, we have come home to our place reeking of marijuana. When I say reeking, I mean that it smells like someone has been using it in our apartment, which isnt the case. I know marijuana is legal in CA, but we are in apartments that are owned by another person and, there are a lot of people who have to drug test for work(me).

Terrible parking if you have more than one car. Can’t even park on the curb because you will get towed and you can’t park on the street because there either never is any parking, or because your car will get broken into. Your car will actually get broken into in your assigned parking spot as well because they never fix the gate so it’s always open! Thanks to that there are always homeless digging through the dumpsters and shady people riding around the parking spaces at night.

The new manager Kelly is so horrible she is the rudest property manager I have ever delt with in my life, she treats people like they are garbage and has no people skills . She doesn’t return calls or communicate and is probably the most unprofessional manager this property has had . Elvis and Tracy were much more better and helpful .

The people who live here are rude, and they lie about things a lot. They even tried to steal my brothers cat. Never going back.

Trina is the worse person to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she is a lier and loves gossip and of course she starts all the rumors.Living here felt like living high school all over again.I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE WHILE SHE CONTINUES TO WORK HERE!!
