Im usually there at 5a Mon - Thurs and the staff are always so pleasant, the other members that are there at that are also very pleasant. I had went out of town one week and and everyone seemed to notice that I hadnt been there! 😉. Very clean, good atmosphere and very welcoming!

Staffs were professional and did know how to handle everyone well. Clean facility too. This place is perfect.

Affordable, no hidden fees, signing up was easy. Cancellation policies are clear.Downsides are just planet fitness issues in general: no barbells to lift heavy weights. Have a lot of machines but not all, if its busy the common machines are usually occupied.For anyine trying to exercise this is a perfect gym. For weightlifting not quite.

Lockport is turning into a pit! Also the employees/kids they are hiring are horrible! No personality! They sit and watch cartoons half the time in the lounge area by tanning beds! Ridiculous!

Nice gym with friendly staff. 24 hours is great for me as I prefer to go before work at about 4am. They have every machine I could imagine using and plenty of free weights. Also nice that they have supplements and fitness items for sale that you can have put on a tab even when the building is not occupied by staff.

It is always clean in this facility the staff stays cleaning.. They are also very friendly and welcoming when you walk in or as you work out and need help. Definitely no complaints for this facility.

This gym is great. Typically I go later at night. It’s always well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of different equipment and the hydro massage beds are awesome! I also love the tanning and red light therapy. It’s really nice because a black card membership gives you all the advantages of a gym membership AND a tanning membership at a cheaper price.

Planet Fitness is great! The location is amazing and you, meet so many enthused trainers and workout partners. Ill always use this planet fitness. Highly Rec.

I love Planet Fitness. It’s clean, spacious, a friendly staff, and great equipment plus the hydo massage. However for such large chains such as Planet Fitness should consider starting a small daycare for mom’s trying to get back into shape. The one gym that does offer a daycare in this area is a 25 minute drive, which is just not worth it especially come winter months. A little sad not everyone can be as accommodating.

The gym is good and I like the people that work the counter. They are polite and knowledgeable on the tanning products as well. But I also love all the equipment at this gym and how close it is to me and my bfs house.

I love the Lockport PF! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and the facility is immaculate.My husband and I were initially impressed with the variety of equipment and classes that PF offers. Additionally, we often enjoy the use of the hydro massage after a good workout. I am pleased that tanning is also included in my membership level.I highly recommend Planet Fitness Lockport!!

I love this location, but I think it’s awful that PF is remaining open during this pandemic. It’s putting me, members, other employees, our families, and the community at risk. I don’t want to catch this virus! I think we need to close. I love working and working out here but I’m starting to feel like Planet Fitness doesn’t love me!! Please close so we can ALL stay healthy. The money can be made up later.

Its clean and they was cleaning through out the day. But if we have to wear a mask at the door we should be told to keep it on until we leave. A lot of people did not have a mask on.

The equipment is first-class.5 star gym.

I’ve been to many gyms before and the thing I love most about PF is that there is no criticism. Everyone focuses on themselves and it’s such a nice environment to be in. The layout and set up of the gym is clean and easy to figure out. There is no confusion and even if there is they have friendly employees to show you around. Customer service is great all in all. The people who work there provide you with everything you need and answer any questions that you may have. They check up on you from time to time as well when they’re walking around. Some gyms I’ve been to have some employees that are rude so it’s really great. Definitely a place I recommend.!!!

I like this gym but the staff who works in the afternoon looks like doesnt care how many people ( maybe more than 60 ) are inside plus a saw more de 4 people working out without a mask 😳🤨 please guys take care of this

Severe Sewer problems,Water in all faucets and showers smell and taste like sewerOther than that is a clean place just to work out

The staff there is so helpful & very nice like kasey. Shes very helpful & friendly always smiling this is a down to earth place. I hope someday they would have a dry & steam sauna .

In my brief (2 weeks) experience it has always been clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful when asked questions.

Planet Fitness in Lockport is a great place to workout! I love the fact that the gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I always feel comfortable working out there. I also like the fact that I can bring my son as a guest every time I go. I would definitely recommend working out here!

Great place to get fit. Key word fit.Heaviest dumbbells max out at 60, and squat racks are self-assisted.There are more than enough benches to go around, e.g. if you like bench press with dumbbells.The gym is regularly cleaned and smells fresh throughout.Overall, this gym cares about their customers experience.*Update 08/25/18*They have updated the dumbbells with the max being at 75 lbs. Nice improvement!

This is a nice gym, esp for the regular people who may get intimidated going to your run of the mill gyms. Its clean, friendly staff, and its got all the amenities you could want, for less than $200 a year you cant beat it!

So happy I joined this gym! I feel super comfortable here and the staff is so friendly. The equipment is all new and well taken care of. The locker room is spatious and always super clean. I love the hydrobeds, its my favorite part of being a black club member. Haven’t tried the tanning beds yet but I’m definitely looking forward to that. I would definitely recommend this location.

The Lockport Planet Fitness is such a great place to workout. The staff is pleasant and the trainer Darcy is unbelievable. She does a great job working with all different levels in the same class. Its a good atmosphere here.

This is an excellent gym. There is a wide variety of machines to use, all of which are in good to excellent condition. The staff members are very friendly and courteous, sticking closely with the judgment free mission statement.

Great gym with very nice staff like Collan at the front desk.... but HORRIBLE trainer!! (no wonder why its free to train with her). First class I did with Desiray the gym trainer, she was very bossy, talked over me, and was judgmental. I decided to give her a second chance because we all have bad days and the second time around I had an even worse experience!! She made me feel embarrassed for not being able to do certain exercises then after our class, she suggested a meal plan that she made for me to lose weight. 1) I never once said that I wanted to lose weight, I just want to gain muscle and strength. 2) I am a diabetic, so her meal plan would kill me if I followed it. I hope Planet Fitness gets a new trainer or at least a second one soon.

I love planet fitness gym + love hydro-beds. I recommend going to Tinley park or Joliet location because it has nice staff and bigger cleaner gym. Do not recommend Lockport Planet fitness because of not so good teenage staff and bathrooms are always super dirty! The front desk and black member guest room smells like marijuana last 2 times my mother and I came!!!! cmon, so unprofessional. The only friendly and helpful adult staff is Bobby in the mornings.

This place is worth the money. I was originally thinking about lifetime fitness because of how they have swimming, basketball, etc. That may sound nice, but, if you are trying to workout this place has every machine to satisfy your needs.

First time coming here and the guy at the desk said my card was declined. So, he looks at me and asks me where are you coming from and I said Joliet . He rolled his eyes at me and said Only Black card members can come in. Im not upgrading to the black card and this is the first time Ive ever had a problem with. Ive been to the one in Tinley, and the ones in the city and the people at the desk are so much nicer and friendly.

The Lockport location staff are being irresponsible- in order to discontinue serviceswith everything that is going on With telling people to stay home and not be around other people for you safety - they still require you to come into the gym to discontinue at the gym!!!!! This is irresponsible and you are Putting people at risk!!! Shame on you!!!

This location is always very clean and has really friendly/helpful staff! Good amount of equipment and never too busy where you need to wait for the equipment!
