My game laptop had some problems with the cooling system for a while. When I reached out to Mark a couple of weeks ago, I was prepared to pay for replacing fans. Mark suggested that he can clean the fans to get rid of the dust accumulated overtime. Which cost way less then replacing the fans. He also did various stress test on the computer before and after the cleaning up to make sure the solution works. One week later, when we called for follow up questions, he responded promptly and explained to us with lots of details and useful suggestions. After doing some system setting adjustments and adding an external cooling pad, now the computer works quite well. We really appreciate his knowledge, proficiency and honesty!
