Got my mother set up for a tow with this provider through her insurance. They called and were extremely rude and then said get someone else to do it and hung up. This was all because we were not on site when they called. Keep in mind we were given a 40 minute ETA and there was no call when they were on their way. This was 15 minutes after the tow was set up. I understand drivers can be frustrated during busy times but this was Bill Harrington on the phone representing the business very poorly.

My car was towed to Harringtons. I didnt have the money, to get it out immediately. I was able to grab some things out of my car. They were friendly and helpful.

The owner was rude. Yelled at myself which is the customer and one of his workers for talking in the shop. Refuse to properly diagnose my car and left it under the toby and told me after 5 minutes of looking at my car that my engine was blown which its not

Terribly rude and did work on my car that I didn’t need/want done. Asked them to call and approve before work was done and they told me I never said that. Called me a liar. Ended up costing me a whole weeks pay just to fix a what should have been about 70$. Very upset wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The machanics are knowledgeable, and are there to help you and not rip you off.

Worst towing service ever. I got hit in a hit and run and my truck was taken for evidance by this towing company said police and i called after the police said my truck was released and there would be no towing fee as i didnt want it towed in the first place. But when i called Harrington about my plates said they would not give no information until i paid the fee. Started screaming at me over the phone and calling me names over simple questions. Real professional Bill Harrington. Real professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Would not come out and in locked vehicle

We had horrible service done and they didn’t call us before they did extra work on my car...they did it anyways and changed us $400.00 in work we never asked for and now it’s pulling to the right, thumping, makes all kinds of noises my wife is not happy. Will not recommend this auto service

I was having a bad day, the car broke. It was freezing. Harringtons was there in less than 10-15 minutes to tow me and my vehicle home! 👍👍👍👍👍
