I took my fifth wheel camper over to Dunn tire. They unmounted and remounted the 4 tires. I got trailer king 14 ply 100 PSI.. In-N-Out within 90 minutes... Good job guys thank you.. Dunn tire Lockport New York

Friendly fast tire service, just got tires today.... So far so good....

Dominic was great. He was very helpful in picking out tires for my Encore and let know of a rebate on the Continentals. When I went back a few days later to have them check everything out, I asked if they could relook at the tire pressures. He let me know it wouldn’t be a problem, and he and the technician got everything checked over and reset the PSI on the tires to where they needed to be. Very happy with their service! Thank you!

I ordered non standard tires from them, they were supposed to be in after 7 to 10 days, I waited 3 weeks and had to call myself to find out that they have been there.The installation was no issue at all. But I wish they cleaned the wheels after the work was done, it almost looked like scratches but it must be some lubricant the use to mount the tires.All is good, I would use them again.

They were able to get me in the same day which was convenient. But when I got home there was bead sealer all over the tires and wheels I think they could have cleaned them for $1400 in tires I just spent there. Then they call me to drive back there and get my wheel lock that the tech never put back in my truck.

Was there for a tire rotation had an appointment time. My car was done fast once it was actually taken in but waited 25 minutes until they had a bay space to take my car into on my appointment time but I was out of there in the hour that they claim to have you done in. I was checked out in a very friendly manner answered my questions and was very nice. Just wish that when my son and I walked in the door we were greeted in a nice matter or at all! The older gentleman behind the counter (that didn’t have a name to see) didn’t even look up and acknowledge that we walked in the door and we stood there for about 3 or 4 minutes yes he was on the phone but you would think that they would acknowledge that you at least walked in with a smile or (hold up a finger for one second) anything at all but no it was like we inconvenienced him by walking in!

Had a flat on my wife’s Dunn tire took care of it free of charge. Great organization! Have done business with them for many years.

I just returned to WNY after 8 months in Florida. I was able to get a same day appointment at Dunn Tire for tire rotation. My appointment was for 5:00 and I was on the road again by 5:30. I have used Dunn Tire for several years and have never been disappointed. They always get the job done correctly the first time. Awesome welcoming staff.

Came in for a tire change. Called Friday afternoon. They got tire Friday evening and had me scheduled sat afternoon. I dropped off vehicle and picked vehicle up an hr and half later. Desk guy was friendly and went smoothly. Highly recommend Dunn tire!!

Called John at the Lockport location and he had said he can get the tire I needed when other shops said it would be a few days before they can get one for me.John called me up when the tire came in and I went there and they had me all fixed up and gone in less than 20 minutes, now thats what I call great service.Thank you.

I bought 4 new tires at Dunn Tire in Lockport yesterday. I had a small problem with a tire the night before and knew I would need news tires by fall anyway. The people at Dunn were friendly, and the price was reasonable. I also bought the tire warranty, and a wheel alignment. My only complain is that changing 4 tires and alignment took 3 and 1/2 hours! There were others in the waiting room when I arrived, but I was the last by far. Probably will look elsewhere for the brake job you really need.

I cannot say good enough things about Dunn Tire, and everyone there. They are SO considerate, repeatedly asked everyone waiting which cars were theirs so that they could check on the status and give updates, told me how to get the discount & reminded me when I forgot - I have never felt so well taken care of while having my car worked on. Thank you all SO much!! Ill absolutely be referring all of my friends and family to this location :)

The crew here always do a great job of getting me in quickly for an appointment and do a tremendous job each time on whatever I need done. Just was in to diagnose a noise I was hearing and they figured it out as being a wheel bearing and got it replaced very fast. Always come here for my oil changes and tire rotations too. Great service!

Good Covid19 precautions. Front desk person was missing a personality. Men’s restroom had urine and feces all over, good thing I was standing. Sales pitch at the end for additional services was a bit much. Car delivered in a timely matter. This was an early morning visit and the operation was not busy by any means. No one in the waiting room. I tried to book an online appointment but no one returned my call. A quick message to the home office after several days rectified the situation. I came here because I was in the area this morning, don’t think this would be my first choice next time. Gave 2 stars based on delivery time, otherwise a 1 would be appropriate for this visit.

Always have an issue when going to this Dunn Tire location. First one was that they installed my tires incorrectly (Rear wider tires were installed in the front and front tires were installed in the rear). Most recent visit was for a 3pm appointment but did not get done till after 4pm. This appointment was just for an alignment as well.

Excellent customer service and amazing accountability, professionalism and carrying attitude by Mr. Angel. His assistance when I had a flat tire from the first phone call to when I left with my son was amazing. He handled every situation and went beyond what is required of him to comfort myself and my 6 year old son. The entire Dunn tire staff was supportive. Thank you and highly recommend!

If you enjoy being scammed and stalked this is the place for you! Was having problems with a tire keeping air so car was brought in only for them to tell us that we’d have to purchase a new tire ($400) since it was no longer under warranty. The car has rims that require tires to be special ordered and they’re saying we bought the tires 2 YEARS before the rims as if I would magically know I’d be ordering special rims 2 years later. They gave us the car back, we brought it home grabbed the receipt for the tires and rims purchased through them so we have proof of warranty and go straight to the Niagara Falls location instead. They then ask us who we “pissed off” since the tire was slashed then torched closed so it would “pop while driving”. Funny how the second location noticed that but that wasn’t the issue at this Lockport location. To top it all off the front desk worker at the Lockport location is showing up in both mine and my boyfriend’s facebooks suggested friends and said person liked a 3 year old profile picture of my boyfriends.

Very disappointed with the service as a whole. My appointment was 10am, and was told that would take about 90 minutes. At 11:45, I called to see how it was going, and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I got dropped off to wait for it @ noon, and proceeded to wait until 12:55 for the truck to be done, so an hour after I was told 30 more minutes, so 3 hours total. I was running late for a meeting, and as they brought the truck down, I noticed that my tires were black wall, not white outline letter like I ordered. I asked, and the guy at the desk said that they were, but they were put on with the white outline letter mounted on the inside. Why would no ask which way I wanted them? So now I have to go back AGAIN to have them put on the proper way. Very frustrating...

Dunn Tire in Lockport are always helpful and this time fixed a valve stem leak for free as they had done the tire installation a few years ago. Kinda nice to have someone follow up with a free service without even being asked.

John Woodley, Manager at the Lockport location went above and beyond for me late this past Friday. Watching this guy work on my behalf to get my car back on the road was really amazing. He even used up his valued street cred with colleagues to have them drive on their personal time home to swing by another Dunn tire location so my tire would get in the right location for a Saturday delivery. They are fast and friendly the prices are great, but my reason for giving 4 instead of 5 is they damaged a few lug nuts exterior with their impact gun. Instead of replacing for compensation sold me all new lug nuts at full rate. Other then that no complaints

Made an appt for NYS inspection at 830am...they took me at 9am same day. Had me back home by 9:35am. Very professional, friendly and prompt. Would go back definitely.

They always make sure that youre good before you leave there site Ive had nothing but great technicians and they always come to you before they do anything to your car and let you know whats going on I think Dunn Tire is one of the best places Ive been 4 tires they look over everything. The technicians at the Lockport Dunn Tire site are awesome their kind and carrying. They have compatible prices and low prices so if anyone were to need tires I would suggest Dunn Tire I would go back there for tires anytime.

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. They replaced 2 tires for me, an inspection and new wiper blades. I was on my way in under an hour. The shop is in strict compliance with covid mask and distancing. Very professional establishment to deal with.

I was having trouble with air pressure and the warning light kept coming on. I stopped in several times to have the pressure checked. They were always very pleasant and polite. I went back to have the tire fixed. They were wonderful. I was very pleased.

Recommended that the wife replace one tire, when the vehicle has 20k on the current tires. Would have much rather replaced 2 tires at the same time, as now we will be replacing 4 tires down the road as opposed to just another 2.

First true time going to Dunn Tire for tires. Superb customer service and fast,timely service. Not to mention all the perks. I previously priced out the same tires and they would have been almost 650 shipped to my house,which would still put the issue of paying somewhere to have them mounted. $744 out the door is better than anything i could have found. I will be going here again for my other vehicle.

Been going to this location for years. I needed new tires, check alignment and new head lamps. They told me it would take about two hours. They said they would call with LED light pricing. No call. Took over 5 hours. No alignment check. No head lamps. Disappointed

Went to buy 4 new tires, 3hrs later they came out to tell me my alignment was off. They want to charge me another fee to align all 4 wheels on a pickup truck. After complaining about the 3hrs I had been there already they did the work free. But still not happy with the service all together. Took them all week just to get the tires in. Got multiple stories about that too. Not sure Id recommend them.

I took my 1990 Mazda Miata there for Val stem it’s a manual car so of course they had difficulty driving it but when they did and got it on the left they never pulled the E brake and it rolled off and damage my exhaust and Frame rails.

It was my first experience with dunntire. I was able to make an appointment online which was very convenient. The website was easy to navigate and the appointment process went well. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to quickly determine what my tire problem was and fixed it immediately. They did not try to sell me something I did not need, which was very refreshing! I will definitely go there again, and again, and again!

I feel the service was good. And I understand that their job is to try and sell things and make as much money as possible but I feel that they pressure too much to get you to get things that you honestly don’t need for your vehicle

I purchased tires separately online but Dunn Tire was able to schedule me in the same day I called them and were able to swap 6 tires on a 1 ton dually pickup truck quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable as well.

4 months after having my back brakes done I was driving down the road and heard a noise thought it was the car next to me till the car got Farther down the road and I still heard the noise with the car not next to me so I figured it was my car and took it into Dunn Tire they took my car 7 minutes before they closed and let me leave it overnight they fixed it for me and did not charge me anything turns out one of my calipers has seized and because I had my back brakes done three months prior they fixed it for me for free no problems no hassles excellent company will definitely do business with them in the future for all car problems highly recommended staff is very friendly and helpful

The alignment is fine. The greasy prints on my car? No so much. Otherwise, would have been five stars.

They tell you how much the tires will cost you. Thats what want to know isnt it? They also dont try to up-sell you or try to add additional repair work. Theyve always been honest to me so I will continue to buying my tires there.

Cheaper then getting work done then the dealership but wouldnt say its worth it. Over 3 hours waiting for only a tire change (and thats with having an appointment). Also everytime they chew up my rims putting the lug nuts back on. Lastly they forgot to put air in my front right tire after changing them all, only had 25 pounds in it. Likely not returning. The only thing Im not leaving 1 star is the front desk people are normally always good. Theres clearly a problem with scheduling and the mechanics.

I always go to Dunn for tires for a couple reasons. 1. They have the best prices in the area. 2. Free tire rotation. I got a new set of tires yesterday and had an appointment scheduled days in advance. As usual I was still in there for 2.5 hours to get my tires put on. Why does it take 2.5 hours with an appointment? What good is the appointment? So yeah. Satisfied with the price but it takes up a full morning or afternoon to get a set of tires.

John was very professional in handling my emergency tire change! He made us very comfortable as we waited. Other staff members were wiping things down with disinfecting spray and were concerned about keeping their distance, 6ft!! Tho its been10 years between my visits, I am very pleased with their treatment of me and my vehicle!
