Once again, Pest Masters came through for us. We were having problems with yellow jackets near our patio. When we called, they asked about the activity of the yellow jackets. They felt there was no nest there and suggested a soapy water wash on the arborvitaes. When that didn’t work, we called the company the next day, and they sent Tom out. What they told us was correct, that there were no nests in our arborvitae‘s near the patio BUT Tom spotted a yellow jacket hive in the front of our home near the front door so he took care of that. My husband and I appreciated that he walked all around the house looking for other problems, and luckily found no other problems. Tom even noticed that our neighbor across the street was having chipmunk problems by the activity that he saw from his truck. After talking with our neighbor, They agreed. Continue to be very happy with their employees and great service. Highly recommend.

I called Pest Masters because of a carpenter ant problem inside the home. I’ve been treating the problem on my own because there ants were outside but now they are in my home. Dale returned my call and was very honest. He said everything I’m doing is right, it’s what he would do. He said there’s no reason to come out yet. I need to give it about a week and then call him back. Very honest man!!

I have used their services twice and they are awesome at what they do. Fleas came from a friends dog that came in house. pestmasters came out did their treatment and two days they were gone. Second time was ants, during the Covid thing we weren’t able to return cans guess what.... well they resolved that too, took them a return visit but they didn’t charge for second visit. Called for Possible rodents in crawl space, tech did not enter crawl, called back and they recommended to me, you should put one of your traps in your crawl so here we are 400$ and almost 2 months still have not been in crawl. I have trapped a few rodents on my own, man that was some expensive advise!

What an honest company! I spoke with Tom, one of the owners, for close to 10 minutes and he gave me a lot of ideas and recommendations to help resolve a pest problem. I have a very minor pest problem that can be resolved by little maintenance I can do myself. Tom took the time to help me over the phone and did not try to sell me something by coming out to my home and telling me the same ideas he discussed over the phone.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. Had the need again this year to use their services. As usual, a quick call to them, they reviewed my service call history and set me up with a quick appointment. I specifically verified my appointment time & date and asked what the charges would be and was quoted a cost. Much to my surprise, on the day of service and once the work was ALREADY complete, I was given the bill and attempted to pay by plastic (VISA/DEBIT) and was told the owners are now charging a fee of 4+% for using plastic. Not a very ethical or professional practice to quote a price and send your employees out to collect additional fees to unsuspecting clients. You had every opportunity to inform me of these charges at the time I asked for the price. Or at best, this new “back door policy” should be posted on your webpage. You’ve lost a loyal customer....I WON’T be back!!!!

I have many rental properties but I inquired if they could come to one in Detroit located on Plymouth and Evergreen. Which is approximately 10 minutes from their location and I was told they dont do Detroit. I wonder if they do Detroit lions or Detroit tigers or Detroit Pistons or Detroit Red Wings. Its funny how people pick and choose what Detroit they choose to be associated with. Most of my properties are in the suburbs but your business will not handle any.

I am a beekeeper and I have a neighbor who uses Pest Masters. Both she and I have spoken to the owner and technician on more than one occasion to make sure that the spraying occurs first thing in the morning when the bees are not foraging. Of course I would prefer it not to happen at all! It was even noted that spraying should occur first thing in the morning on the paperwork that I saw after having a polite conversation with the technician on more than one occasion. Spraying has occurred at least three times (that I was home) in the midday. Today is at least the fourth occurrence.Supposedly the owner is a beekeeper, Ha that is ironic!!! I would not recommend this company as they cant even schedule their spraying for a reasonable request!

We had a problem with carpenter ants and they came over the same day. They looked at the situation, identified problem spots, and suggested some self remedies first before getting into more costly services. With proper placement of the recommended liquid ant baits, that I purchased at the hardware store, after 2 two days we havent seen anymore ants. I liked their approach of solving the problem as cost effectively for the home owner as possible, yet being fully prepared to provide advanced treatments if needed.

I have been using Pest Masters for many years. First in my Dearborn home then in our new home. I have always found them to be curteous and prompt at returning my calls. When they found out that we were moving into our new home after months of renovation, they recommended that it was sprayed for spiders, etc...about 2 weeks before we planned to move. THANK GOODNESS for this advice. Our home has a lot of trees and close to the water and I do not do well with any type of critter.Since we have moved I have contacted them several times with bugs and issues. My calls were always returned promptly and when it was something that we couldnt solve ourselves they came and took care of it.I also, now get my yard mosquito sprayed and I have called last minute before events and they ALWAYS come as soon as the weather permits....this is Michigan after all..As far as some of the negative comments, they were petty.#1 Many companies card a fee to use a credit card.#2 All companies have boundaries to where they do service ( I had several companies that would not come to my Dearborn home and I lived in a new home, not far from City Hall! I do not believe it is personal.I have recommended them to several people and not one of them have been disappointed.

Dale came out and sprayed our house for spiders and wasps. He was very professional and did a great job. I have used this service before and we have had less and less spider webs along our house and windows in the last couple of years. We live on a lake, so we tend to have lots of bugs. Pest Masters has done a real nice job for us. I would highly recommend their services.

Cant say enough great things about Pest Masters. Ive been using them for years. Started with them at my last home in Brownstown for a wasp problem. I was on their monthly spray preventative plan after that and never had an issue. Now Im using them at my home in Brighton, for ticks and mosquitos. Ticks have been so bad this year and last year in my area. With 3 dogs and 2 cats I certainly dont want to deal with them. I havent seen a single tick on my pets since getting the monthly spray. I have a huge pond behind my home and havent been bothered by mosquitos either. The tech that sprays our yard is very kind and courteous. Always lets us know hes here to make sure we dont let our animals out and lets us know when hes done. Highly Recommend for any pest issue.

I recently had a serious Yellow Jacket problem in my flower area and the service Tech Thom was great he came out and took care of the issue. He was friendly and professionally and demonstrated extensive knowledge and even showed me what he did to remedy the problem. Overall, I was very please with their service and would recommend them based on this experience alone. They came out the same day too which was awesome so, if you need a bee issue or any pest services I would highly recommend Pest Masters, Inc.

Don’t use Pest Masters Inc.They treated our house 3 weeks ago ($150) and were supposed to comeback if we have any more problems. I called today, b/c I noticed some ants in the kitchen and they told me that I would have to pay extra, b/c they only have “warranty” for spiders...(we didn’t have any spiders to begin with). Total scam!!!

We have used Pest Masters for years. Our family room is on a cement slab and we had issues with pavement ants. A couple of years when the ants were plentiful, Pest Masters would return with just a quick phone call. We currently use the annual treatment and we havent had an issue for years.

All I did was call about possible services that I was interested in getting and the guy just immediately jumped on me about how much bed bug treatments were cost wise. Though he did dispense decent advice, he talked to me as if I was a child, just kept repeating to not talk about bed bugs unless you actually have them.This guy definitely needs some work on his customer service skills. Based on just that, I wouldnt even bother trying to get service through them.

Very questionable values and ethics.

I started using Pest Masters last year after some problems with ants. They take the time to explain the problem and what they are going to do. My feeling was they wanted to figure it out instead of just trying to put on application after application. Since I have had them I do not have any bug problems. I know that they would treat anything that came up, not just what is being treated regularly. They also offer some coupons and money off here and there which is appreciated.

Spoke with Dale on a rat problem. He was very informative, and even gave me advice on how I might try to solve the problem myself! Completely honest guys and would recommend them 100%!

Pest Masters took care of the box elder bug problem at my house. They were swarming on my back deck and actually getting in the house. Pest Masters sprayed outside and they were gone! They were fast and efficient-I will be using them again.

After two treatments I still had issues with ants. Called number of times requesting re-treatment. Pest masters blamed my problems on heavy rain and refused to return to deal with ant issue.

Called just for a price on one time death traps to be set for Rats. $425. I said ok, to much and he hung up on me
