Went in for a leaking water fuel separator which was diagnosed and fixed immediately upon walking in. I showed the mechanic a strap that had snapped off the fan clutch said it was nothing and offered to take it off. Turns out that it holds the fan clutch in place to not snap the wires. Fan had not needed to engage on trip to the shop so I did not mention. Just wish he had saw that. As I overheated not 3 hours later. New shop looked and diagnosed in minutes.

A very busy place but they were willing to work on our RV. We had issues but learned that they stand behind their service 100%. Ken himself is a true gentleman and business man.

We had both front slideouts lock up and sheared a pin on the passenger side on our 2015 motorhome. We had one mobile RV company come out and could not repair it. Josh from Kens Equipment came out and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Repaired it, adjusted it and explained it. Would not hesitate to use them again. Great job.
