My brother passed unexpectedly last month. Ed Shaffer helped us through this time. David spent many years living in a group home. When he passed we were unsure how to proceed. Ed was so kind and helpful. He made this time of planning comfortable and healing. We would recommend Quinn-Hopping to anyone in regards to their loved ones.
Ed and his team were fantastic. They attended to all our needs and gave my Father a beautiful wake and made his funeral a wonderful celebration of his life.
Quinn Hopping is a funeral home with people that care about your needs and make sure that everything is beyond satisfactory. I worked directly with Jonathan and he was extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate. He made sure that every detail was perfectly executed which made our grieving process less painful.
Very caring and respectfulThank you for the care you gave our family
Received excellent service and professional care. Would definitely recommend this business.
Everything was perfect, from the planning to execution and follow-up. I recommend Quinn Hopping without reservation. Jonathan and his team helped in so many ways. The service was professional, sensitive and top notch!
Very disappointed with this place. Called them when my father passed and the woman on the phone couldnt have been more rude. I wanted to know what impact the current Covid regulations would have and she acted as if I was wasting her time. What a joke...have some compassion for people calling with regards to a recently passed loved one. When I spoke to my brother who had also called he reported the same thing.
During this unprecedented time the loss of a loved one is particularly difficult. No personal contact, no hand holding, no real goodbyes...Quinn-Hopping stepped in and took control of every aspect resulting in a beautiful transition from the nursing home to Marys final resting place. They provided everything needed and helped facilitate all the decisions resulting in a beautiful service at the cemetery. The personal attention and authentic caring I was afforded during every step of the process especially by Jonathan and Tara will always be remembered. I highly recommend Quinn-Hopping!
At such a difficult time in our lives with the passing of our dad, Quinn Hopping has been phenomenal with every step taken.Jonathan, Anthony, Tara, and Hank were all so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They made the entire process about us and did exactly what we wanted. We were very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people there for us during such a tough time in our lives.Thank you for everything!Sincerely,The Sisbarro FamilyRicky, Toni Lynn Hope, Jaclyn & David
My recent experience with Quin Hopping Funeral Home has been nothing but exceptional. Even during this exceedingly difficult time with the coronavirus, Edward Shaffery made my memorial experience a very meaningful and sincere event. A genuine and grateful thank you for all the kind words and emotional support during this difficult time. It means so much to feel that compassion and thoughtfulness during this life changing event. This was a totally professional and comprehensive memorial, honoring the memory of my Mother which will always be remembered.
They took a very emotional and heartbreaking situation and provided the direction and support we needed to make it through a difficult time. My family and I am grateful for their compassion and professionalism.
Tara was a huge help in our time of need. When you add the COVID situation to everything, she was patient, kind and extemely helpful. Jonathon allowed us to have a small graveside gathering that was perfect. Thanks so much to Quinn Hopping Funeral Home for their excellent service. Highly Recommended!!
A year ago my family was dealing with tragedy and a very trying time with my mothers untimely passing. Jason and the staff at Quinn Hopping were very gracious and accommodating us in helping and shepherding us through. We had no idea what or how to properly say goodbye, but with their assistance and all the family and friends who came we were able to properly put my mother to rest and celebrate her life. The staff was very courteous in helping us during the time of the wake and coordinating the logistics with the church and cemetery. They were able to help us budget and plan the costs and how to properly dress and make up my mother. I will be forever grateful that we had their help. They are all such sweet and understanding people.
The staff at Quinn Hopping, especially, Jason, who made himself available thru the whole process answering all our questions and being very respectful and helpful, helped us through a very difficult time with the passing of our dad.The entire staff, was very respectful and helped guide us and made this incredibly difficult time about respecting our father and the whole family.. They were very accommodating and respectful through the whole mourning process. We very much appreciated it.
Very professional, compassionate, and understanding from start to finish. They handled everything with the sensitivity you would expect, and without any unnecessary pressure. Everyone associated with Quinn Hopping has my deepest gratitude for helping us through this difficult time. Thank you very much.
Our family had a very nice experience using your funeral home. Jason was a knowledgeable, caring person. Anything I didn’t like he would just fix it or try to accommodate me during this rough time of loosing our Mom. Thank you.
We went to Quinn-Hopping about 5 years ago to discuss pre-planning a funeral An burial policy was bought after we picked out caskets and what we wanted for services including clothing, music etc.Unfortunately my loving wife, Fran Friedman died t6oo soon. the funeral home was called, removed her and prepared her for burial. Jonathan K. was invaluable setting up the funeral(Covid-19) safe, offered to get a rabbi if we couldnt and my son and I were there with the rest of the family watching on ZOOM. He supplied us with MEMORIAL candle and thank you cards. He was very cooperative even with our constant revising the obituary for different newspapers. Everything turned out well with Jonathans expert guidance.
I greatly appreciated the work of Tara Hagelin . She was the ultimate professional and very sympathetic to me after the death of my sister.
Quinn Hopping could not have been better to my family and me personally and professionally.Everything was just right.Special thanks to Jonathan Krempecki who was our funeral director and guide through this whole emotional process. Our thanks to them for all their support.
Quinn-Hopping was incredibly helpful to us, both in pre-planning, and in making the final decisions for the final care of our beloved sister. Having visited the Funeral Home several years ago to understand the process and make pre-selections, we had a basic idea of what we would need to do. However, in the throes of our loss, the planning activities were still a hurdle to be addressed. Both Jason and Jonathan guided us through those details with gentleness and a strong sense of caring. They offered suggestions but never forced anything, allowing us the time and privacy to discuss the various items with family members. When questions arose after our visit, they had immediate, clear answers that were easily implemented. Our visitation went smoothly. Flowers and cards were folded into the celebration of our sisters life and we had time to be comforted by our family and friends, without being rushed to wrap up or make additional decisions. Their help with the funeral and the burial was just right. We were handed digital copies of the video presentation that day. We recently received the Memory Book based on that video that brought happy memories into focus and any tears were those of fond recollections. We highly recommend their services.
The folks at Quinn Hopping Funeral home we’re absolutely wonderful. Jason and Johnathan were very helpful and kind, they made our day special and we’re respectful of me and my family, in our time of need.
Professional and compassionate. Able to readily repair any missed detail. Good to work with during a time of sadness and distress.
I lost my baby during delivery and was calling around for information on cremation services. A gentleman named Jonathan answered. I explained my situation and was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. I asked if I could go right then to do all necessary paperwork. He told me there was a large funeral service going on at the time but was still willing to see me but wanted me to be forewarned. I arrive there and him and his colleague warmly greeted me and assisted me immediately. Afterwards, he even called and updated me on the status of what was going on with the process. They made such a difficult process emotionally go by smoothly and sympathetically. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your funeral needs and will be recommending these people to anyone I know who needs them.
We dealt with Jonathan and were very impressed with the service and his compassion.
Quinn hopping was very professional and compassionate. Jason was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs.
From the moment the doors opened for the wake service, the personnel here went out of their way to be rude and disrespectful to myself and my family. They are predatory—wanting to take advantage of my newly widowed grandmother with extra expenses. They would wink at her and just not act professional. They told us they had faxed the music selection to St. Philomena’d church, but they didn’t have it when we arrived. They forgot the readings and other paperwork as well. They lead us to the wrong building at the cemetery. It saddens me that we all had to say goodbye through this horrible business.
This okace was easy to get too. Nice and clean..
HORRIFIC! Our family member was very ill and we called ahead to let Quinn Hopping know we would need their services. They gave some information we would need when we came in and let us know to call them once we needed them. Unfortunately, our family member passed away hours later. When we called back to have someone meet us at the house to take her to the funeral home, we were told to call another number and the person there would be able to assist us. When we called that number, we were told they would call back in 15 minutes. Hours went by. We called multiple times and never heard back. We sent texts and emails. How could you leave someone who just passed away in a home with all of their family for hours and not have the decency to call back? After 12:00 AM we had to call another funeral home and they were at the house within 45 minutes. It is now the next morning and no one at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home has reached out to us. They have no idea or cares as to whether or not our family member was taken care of. We are horrified. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are just grieving a loss of a loved one.
Very professional
Very nice wake.
