Strong and SOLID Business !It is always the character of the individuals who serve us that creates an experience. I can say that you will find strong and good people here. Kent was running the desk, directing the shop, and working the shop when I stopped in needing a used tire. He treated me as if I was the only person there as did Matt the technician. Go nowhere else in Livingston or Bozeman - these guys really care.

Thank you Tire-Rama for rescuing my daughter as she was driving through MT today and got a flat. You got her in at the VERY last minute and stayed late to help her out. This is her first time driving across country and I am so very grateful and thankful that you were able to get her back on the road safely!! THANK YOU!!!

I cant say enough about this Tire-Rama. My wife & daughters have brought their vehicles here for a long time now. They are treated with respect & honesty. Being a dad of 3 girls, it means a lot to know they wont be taken advantage of. This Tire-Rama understands a tire shop may be intimidating to a female car owner, & theyve created an environment to alleviate that. Ive recommended my daughters single friends, my in-laws, and any one else who asks. This is an outstanding business.

Poor service quality for returning customers... after experiencing a flat on the Brand New tires I had just purchased, was told to return the next morning before opening at 8 to get it fixed.. my 3rd trip(60 mi round trip). I realize its peak season but? Your store also relies on repeat customers during the off season right? After having experienced very inept service for a 3rd time in as many years, I’m moving on!

I am about to experience my first Montana winter after spending the majority of my life in Louisiana. Kent was nice and extremely patient with helping me pick the right set of tires for my needs. I dropped my truck off on Saturday morning and had it back in under 2 hours. I will definitely be getting my regular oil changes and FREE rotations at Tire-Rama.

I had to walk 3 hours to get to cell service. I contacted Tire Rama as a last resort because they are usually too expensive for me. I was walking back to camp and was about 1.25 miles away when the Tire Rama Service Pickup pulled up behind me. He offered me a ride the rest of the way and introduced himself a Micah, the store manager.Overheated, and feet killing me, we pulled into camp where Micah looked at the situation. Then he showed me where the spare tire was. Yep I had one. Of course it makes perfect sense to have to stick a rod down the middle to the drivers consul to get it. He rotated the back tire to the front, placed the spare on the back, then gave me a used tire tread for when we got home. Then, probably noticing the van would be completely packed with camping gear and no room for a tire, he said if we get the vehicle down to the shop, he will fix the tire for us with no extra charge, it would be part of the service fee he was charging then. He then left me with a $200 charge to my credit card. I was so grateful I almost cried. This man could have charged me the honest wage around $400, or even overcharged me because of the situation I was in, but he instead only charged me for mileage and $20 for the tread. About 10 minutes after he left I loaded up some kids and we went down to Livingston. When we pulled into Tire Rama Micah was standing in front of a bay waving for us to directly pull in. We did. We directed us to the waiting room and offered up ice-cream. We waited and ate. I visited with the other employees as the service center tended to our vehicle. 10 minutes later the keys were returned. Micah greeted us with a smile as we pulled out, spare put away, and a new used tire on the vehicle. In my opinion this is the best service I have ever received from a tire shop, and I used to work at a Tire Rama 21 years ago.Fast forward to ThursdayWe packed up and all were loaded in the car. About a mile down the road the tire pressure light comes on. I pull over and hear a heavy air leak from the passenger side this time. No way in hell am I going to get caught out of cell range, the tire still had air in it. I drove to the end of the road where the cell service started. Safely off the road I have my son remove the tire (his first) and place the spare on (now that I know where it was.) The van was completely full. No room to place the bad tire, Brenda sat it on her lap and held it all the way back to Tire Rama. I explained to Micah what had happened and he had a service tech pull the van in right away. We only were there for about 20 minutes and he had us done. The hole was reparable. They fixed the tire, put the spare away properly, and bid us a safe trip. I let the family know they could load up and I would go settle up inside. Micha waved his hand and said, “We are all settled.” Again, this person could have charged us for a flat repair, or overcharged us because of the situation we were in, but waved all fees and sent us on our way.I would like to thank Micha at Tire Rama in Livingston. You were more than fair and kindhearted. From my family to yours, Thank you!

Adding on 11.20.19I brought my car in recently for a transmission flush and the folks there set me up with an appointment and helped me understand the process. They were very kind and thorough. They also helped me fix a broken tail light and put in a new battery!! What service and wonderful help. Kent and Micah were great. I will definitely go back again.I had a check engine oil light come on in my new car. I dropped it off in the morning and Matt suggested I use synthetic oil because of the year of the car. This is something I would not have thought of. They finished the oil change in about two hours and held my car for me until I could get away from work. I had more questions about why my car burned through the oil so fast previously and the gentleman behind the counter said if I had any problems with this one to bring it back in. I sure will!

Driving back to Florida from a visit to Alaska when I noticed a large screw in my left rear tire when we stopped in Livingston for gas.I asked inside the gas store where a tire shop was located and was directed to the Tire-Rama location.Unfortunately it was late on Saturday afternoon and the shop was closed so I figured I would plug the tire myself, I carry the tools, but could not break loose three of the lugs and was feeling a little helpless.Lucky for us a shop employee drove up and offered to help. He, I carelessly forgot to even ask his name, opened the shop and plugged the tire for us at NO CHARGE.We will forever be indebted to this fella for this act of kindness.

Whilst on our way to Yellowstone, near Gardiner, we discovered a nail in our rear tire (we had already driven from Livingston to Gardiner at that time). So we had to drive all the way back from Gardiner to Livingston cause the tire repair station in Gardiner is closed on Saturday and Tire-Rama were the only ones in the neighborhood that were open on a Saturday afternoon. We panicked a bit at first (there goes our last day of vacation in Yellowstone N.P.) but Kent had just the right voice and intonation on the phone to calm us down, he accepted us to drop in without an appointment and even though they didnt have a spare tire in stock (with the right size), they went all the way to help us out and re-directed us to Tire-Rama in Bozeman who did have a new tire that would fit.I wish I could keep it as calm at work like Kent does, when I have that many tasks to fulfill at the same time... (phone ringing, one customer coming in after another, ...)All of this, they did for 0 USD. So heres an applause all the way from Belgium for both Kent (I hope this is his right name btw) and Andrew for their excellent work.

On July 5th, we encountered a flat tire just out of Livingston and contacted Tire-Rama. No--would not repair the flat tire since it was a Falken. Yes--could sell a new tire, but on the condition that the flat tire was either removed from the rim or that we got all four new tires for more than $1,000 since shop rules did not permit them to sell one or two new tires on an AWD. Luckily, I was able to drive over the pass on my spare and get it repaired FOR FREE (under tire warranty) at Gallatin Subaru.

Twice now Ive gone there for an oil change and each time Ive had to wait two hours. Both times it was because they were short on people. Why didnt they tell me itd be a two hour wait when I said Id be waiting around for it? I should have left after the first hour when my car still wasnt in the garage. On top of that, I specifically asked both times for them to turn off the change oil alert that pops up every time I turn on my car, and both times they failed to do it. I will probably not give them a third chance.

I had a trailer with an axle and hub problems and took it here on a Saturday after the hub busted while heading to the river. I pulled up and it took 20 minutes before they came out to look at it and they acted like they didnt want our business. They said they could take a look at it but they were really busy and it could be awhile. A week and a half later I had an estimate. It wasnt worth my time to fix it, so I had them do it. Lucky I had a friends trailer to borrow in the meantime because it took another 2 weeks to get it fixed. When I picked it up, only one of the bearings was repacked and I wasnt impressed with the overall service or experience. The Bozeman Tire Rama does a great job, but I will not be going back to the Livingston one anytime soon. I dont often write poor reviews, but the service I had is not what any business owner would be proud of.
