Editing my previous 5 star review to 1 star because of the hassle.This review is more for the AT&T service rather than for the store itself.I have a business plan account with AT&T with 9 phone lines under it since Nov 2020, which I bought from this store.All the other lines receive the fiber mobility credit, except the one.I visited the store where they asked me to directly contact the billing department customer service.Over the months I have contacted AT&T 3-4 times to start receiving the credit on this line, but every time they open a case & somehow close it without resolving my issue.They never provide me the reason as to why my previous cases were closed, and why my one line is still not receiving the fiber mobility credit.I am really frustrated with this service. I have already paid extra $100 something over these months and don’t know if the future I will still be charged the extra amount.

I entered the store and was greeted immediately, no other customers present, and love that they said how can I help you? With a genuinely concerned manner. I presented my issues and they repeated my concerns and recommended fair solutions. I left At&t knowing I will always be loyal to At&t as along as the staff of the Pleasanton, Ca Hopyard Rd. Are still there.

Sindy is an absolute angel who should get a raise. Queenie was able to figure out in exactly 8 minutes what 6 hours on the phone with AT&T did not figure out.

With ATT shutting off 3G support, I had to go to an ATT store. I went to a store in Pleasanton and was referred to call ATT customer service. Of course after calling ATT they told me to go to a store lol. So, I stopped by the ATT store in Livermore and was helped by Bianca and Yuliana. Within 10 minutes my issue was resolved. Amazing how much time and frustration is saved when assisted by knowledgeable, competent and friendly ATT agents.

This was the easiest process. I had to replace 2 phones and add a new account. Yuliana was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and my new best friend!

Staff was very helpful...Made sure my wife got squared away...Explained bill in detail which was very good and made sure we got our military discount.

Yuliana was awesome!! She was very professional and friendly. She worked with me by offering a variety of choices and always checked for the best cost options. She was quick and I totally appreciate that. I highly recommend visiting this store. One of the best.

Starlyn was great! She helped me add 2 new lines of service and was able to port my numbers over from TMobile with no issues I would recommend her at this location!

Worst experience ever. Once I arrived I saw the “manager” drinking with her associates. I felt so uncomfortable throughout the interaction as SHE made seem like it was okay to drink on the job. Yuliana the “manager” is the worst and should be removed. Oh wait this is a third party company, it’s a horrible company just like Keavon. Go to a corporate store and stop wasting your time with this worthless girl.

Needed help installing a new sim card in the replacement iPhone 7. Yuliana Flores was able to help me quickly and answered another question I had.

Went in to get my phone updated as I live in a rural area so service is terrible.Yuliana Flores was very attentive, patient and sweet & professional. Plus she answered a few of my questions as I’m considering getting an upgrade to one of our lines.In addition Sindy Cortes was also very helpful as I couldn’t locate of where to write a review etc.Thanks for having exceptional staff and it was very nice to see how clean and open and inviting the store felt. I went in to get a new phone, Yuliana was absolutely amazing. She helped me plan everything, helped me with the deals that were going on, helped me get my cases and so on. She is the sweetest and extremely helpful. She was so patient and explained everything for me to understand. Whether the store was busy or not I always felt valued here. AMAZING experience! Dropped and broke my relatively new phone (no insurance, long story). The team at this store, Yuliana, Devyn and Nina were the absolute coolest. I happen to have several phone lines in one account. I’ve asked other stores if using one of my upgrade eligible phones could be used for my phone and was told no. This experience was much different. I only visited them due to the great reviews. They didn’t let me down. Long and short, I was above and beyond taken care of. AT&T has lost my confidence somewhat from a customer service perspective. If you’re looking to get great deals on new phones, trade-ins, free HBO max, with customer service that is above and beyond, regardless of who you get between Yuliana, Ali, Devynn, Camille this is the place to go, plus they have clean, safe business practice ethics in a new facility. Yuliana as the manager is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

My experience with Devynn and Yuli has been amazing. Im a 20 year Verizon customer that is looking forward to another 20 with ATT and its all because of these 2 individuals..They went over and above with me being a high risk covid person and helped me outside. The store manager Yuliana and an associate by the name of Devyn helped me out. I’ve been to a bunch of different AT&T stores and these associates by far presented me the best customer service I have seen in a while, they were very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process from start to finish. It took my phone probably about an hour for my content to switch over and they were constantly engaging with me while assisting other customers. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this location. Thank Yuliana and Devyn for making my day! Customer service 10/10!!!!
