Have been seeing Dr. Gibson and Hygienist Karen for years and would highly recommend them. The office has multiple Dentists and Hygienists to accommodate you. Our children went to them for years until moving out of the area.

Everyone was super sweet and efficient! They listened to me while I babbled on about my Christmas plans and took great care of me while I got examined for a wisdom tooth removal (which is never fun, but they helped me through it). They even sent me a hand written note thanking me for visiting, how sweet! :)

Always friendly service, everyone tries really hard to be pleasant and cordial. This was for a cleaning which went as well as a dental cleaning can go. Coffee station for those waiting, a couple of puters with games loaded. Its a rather busy practice, but they have quite a number of treatment rooms and several dentists. Yeah, like this place.

I got an appointment with Dr. Gibson after reading the reviews and researching. But on my appointment day somebody else saw me.Dr Gibson saw me on my procedure day and prepared my tooth for the crown, but his assistant put the temporary crown for me which came off after a week. I went back to the office an they said the crown is ready. And again at the end the assistant was the one who put the crown and she did such a sloppy job. It is painful, sensitive and feels out of place. I went back after a week to fix it. Another new doctor saw me and try to fix it but it is still painful.I am so upset with the whole thing. They didn’t listen to me no matter what how many times i said i dont want inexperienced people touch my tooth!

This office is so organized, the waiting room has plenty to do with video games and reading material, every single person at the office seems to really enjoy working there and my dentist is one of the nicest guys youll meet. I actually look forward to my visits with them. I’ve been very impressed.

Just got back from my third visit for the year...two checks ups and a crown. The entire staff from the receptionists, to the hygienist and dentist make visiting so comfortable. I initially came to LDC for my routine cleaning. I was fortunate to be taken care of by Shawn and Dr. Chau. They did a thorough evaluation of my teeth, and did a wonderful cleaning. My family switched to Livermore Dental care a few months ago and we have been very pleased with both the professionalism of the entire staff along with the prices are very reasonable for treatment. After switching from another Livermore dentist we are now paying almost half of what we were paying before for the same if not better service!

WORST dentist office I’ve ever experienced. Constantly disorganized and hours are not flexible. They have changed my appointment time without notifying me and made appointments for me when they weren’t even open. No idea how to run a business.

After years of dentist hopping due to rough treatment and negligent work resulting unnecessary pain and the extraction of a perfectly healthy tooth, I have been extremely reluctant to see another dentist. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Gibson and Dr. Aziz! They are so very kind & gentle and experts in their profession. They continue to make me feel cared for and I could not be happier. April is also so very competent. I had reservations with assistants working on my teeth, as others (not at this office) have left me with serious problems with my bite. I find this staff to be the very best I have ever been lucky enough to find! Thank you all for your dedication to your craft. I for one, am grateful for you and all you have done for my smile!!

I would have had to pay out of pocket anywhere else. But Im glad I did. This time I walked in the door and politely asked if I could be seen today. She asked the Dr. and I was told 1pm would be OK. I arrived and was seen shortly. Wow what a difference. I got the best service and dentistry. It was great. My tooth was fixed painlessly, fast, and even polished! To this day NO pain! Well, on that tooth anyways I think the original tooth needs to be redone also. Hopefully I get that excellent service again! Then maybe I can give 5 stars.

I always used to hate going to the dentist until now. After having bad experiences with previous dentists, I am so happy to have found Livermore Dental Care after reading rave reviews from the Next Door app. At my first visit, I met Dr. Chau who is incredibly kind, honest, very knowledgeable and she really cares about her work. I know I am in good hands with her and she always does a great job! The dentists/dental assistants/hygienist always do a very thorough job and explain what they are doing. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I had an awful experience with a crown at a different dentist office so my stomach dropped when they told me the crown needed to be replaced since it wasn’t put in correctly. I was very nervous for the appointment after the painful experience I had before, but the appointment was fast and painless. I can’t even tell that there is a crown in my mouth and I have had no problems with it ever since. All of the staff is friendly, professional, positive, and all about customer service. I had an emergency situation with a lower jaw infection. I have not been to a Dentist in over two years and my work means that it is difficult to set appointments outside of my job hours - I travel all over the country and the world- so I called Livermore Dental Care and they managed to get me into their facility the same day. Dr. Chau and all of the people with whom I interacted were very professional, courteous and friendly. I spoke to Dr.Chau regarding my treatment options and she was not pushy (unlike other Dentists) and was very receptive to my wishes for on-going care.So far I would give this practice and the good people involved a solid 5/5 as a rating. I shall update this as my treatment plan progresses.

I had to get a cleaning and x-rays done today. I had to bring both kids with me (5 yr old and 2 yr old). Shawn was so accommodating to us and I really appreciated that there was zero hesitation with me having my two little ones with me. He even had one of the other people who work there walk with them in the hallway while I had my x-rays done (to avoid any unnecessary radiation). Today was our first visit at Livermore Dental Care! The customer service and care provided was excellent from the minute we were welcomed walking through the front door. The front office was warm and welcoming. The Hygenist, Reyne, was wonderful from her cleaning and communication throughout the appt. Taking the time to explain everything she was doing including explaining in detail any concerns! Dr. Aziz was super kind and brought much warmth when she came in for our exams. Not to mention I had my two year old with me there for an exam. Dr. Aziz was wonderful with her and very patient. We are very glad to be joining this office!

One doesnt enjoy a dental experience. However, the work done was very professional and executed perfectly. But it is a noisy place as there are no doors or curtains to cut sound from the many people walking up and down the hall.
