Bare bones gym. Been going to my trainer for more than 10 years. No frills, no steam room, spa, etcFor quick workouts.

Inexpensive gym, machines are okay. Not enough security or staff. If you just want to work out, good deal. They do not have any other exercise classes .

My son and I workout at this gym and we love it. The staff is very professional and there is a weight machine or bar for every need. I cant wait to try the tanning bed. :)

Basic 24 hour gym with decent equipment.

There is no possibility to contact the gym administration - they provide a phone number for calls to them, but nobody answers yours calls; so, there is a real problem with to join this gym or to cancel your membership in the gym. There is also other very big problem - air conditioners in the gym do not work (probably the gym administration does not turn on air conditioners to save on electricity bills), therefore the temperature in the gym is very high(near 80F and up ) and the humidity in gym also too high

Be very weary of this sham business! I have heard many reviews of this dubious business trying to scam customers into complicated slim fitness contracts then charging them for the monthly fee. Their Dublin location is the prime example of scam. They just get hold of some trainers who show up and sign up people for initial few weeks. Then they just vanish and the gym goes after the customer! No one is there to answer questions. Avoid at all costs!!

This is the worst gym I have ever been to by far! First of all there are many hidden fees that are charged w out forewarning. Then they change locations to a place significantly smaller than the location I signed up at. This new place didnt even have a shower like the original place. Then when my initial contract expired, I was charged more than double on a billing date not originally agreed upon. When my saleswoman Janine was questioned she was rude and uncaring. In the last two years u have been mischarged 4 times and treated rudely when I questioned them. I was charged double for a place that was far inferior to the original location where I signed up at. And the new Livermore location doesnt even have a stereo system playing unless staff is there and whomever was in charge of mounting the mirrors mounted them so when a person sits down to work out you can only see your head. Whats the point of having mirrors if you cant see yourself working out in them!!!

Used this gym maybe 4x, no one is ever there who works there, I call and no one ever answers and I no longer have my membership number.so I am stuck with a membership I dont use.How do you actually cancel?
