Was heading back to work after lunch and got a low tire pressure warning. Pulled over only to see the head of a large screw sticking out of my back left tire smiling back at me. 😅I quickly pulled up Google maps to see the nearest shop near me that did tire repair and gave these guys a call to see if they were open. They told me they were open, that tire repairs could be done via walk in, gave me a quote over the phone and invited me to come on down.They are pretty easy to find... Just turn right at the light by the Jack in the Box and then they are on the left with big signs on the windows (cant miss it).Drove the short ~1 mile trip from work over there and was greeted immediately at the front desk. They seemed pretty busy but were able to get to me within a minute or two of waking in. After a quick look at the puncture in the tire, they pulled the car around to the shop to repair, saying it would be less than 30 minutes. About twenty or so minutes later I was getting my receipt and heading back into my car and back to work... All in less than an hour between the time I first called and the time I was out the door... Including driving over there!Huge shout-out to Jose for the super fast service and Brandon the customer service manager for getting me in and out and on my way so fast - Thanks again guys! 😀

Brandon got me set up same day for tire repair after a screw went through my treads. He and Oscar did fast work and got me back to work far faster than I expected. I brought my 1970 Cadillac Fleetwood 4 door to Get front end bushings and ball joints and Springs and shocks installed. And though there were some snags along the way they did a great job. I did not expect the job to be straightforward as this is not a regular car. But they were super open and clear with their communication and very straightforward with letting me know what to expect. In the end it turned out great... My Cadillac drives like a dream now.

Terrible place. They sold me a used tire that not even run 100 miles then flat. They did my front wheel alignment, the result even worse then before.Want to keep you safe, dont go to this place.

I ended up with a nail in my tire and losing air fast. I called these guys and Brandon on the front line got me in right away. I didnt have another car so planned to sit around and wait but to my surprise Oscar fixed my tire pretty quickly and I was in and out. I cant thank them enough and they will always now and in the future be my go to for my auto needs.

I have had several alignments done here after work at a local maintenance shop since I moved to Livermore in 1996. They have been around a good long time and I like them.

I started using Bruce Tire a few years ago, and have been happy each time. They are prompt, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced! Why go anywhere else?

Easy and fast oil change - they helpfully prioritized me when they found out I didnt have a ride home (although they also offered a ride). There is a Starbucks within walking distance if you want to wait like me. Ill return!

Brandin and company did a great job with repairing a tire puncture and doing a tire rotation on our Tesla Y. First experience with servicing that vehicle and we were nervous about any peculiarities that may not be well known to third party services.

Had a tire issue at the end of April. Was always a good shop under previous owner so gave them a try.Very impressive. Clean, courteous, professional and, most importantly, took care of my tire quickly. Didn’t even charge me. I will be back looking for new tires before long.

Bruces crew was GREAT! Im a frontline First Responder & they graciously did my oil change AND tire rotation for free! Ive had a hard time getting my oil changed due to my work schedule but was able to drop my car off before shift & it was done in record time. I cant say enough about them!!

These folks go out of their way to make sure everything is checked out on the car and report these issues to the car owners. They told me about a problem in my front suspension and offerred to fix it. I declined and made the repairs at home and when I took it in for alignment they happily did so not begrudging that I did the work and even pointed out an error that I had made and fixed that for me at a reasonable price. Great guys. I’ll be back with more work for them.

Well, Ive got me a new auto service place! Bruces Tire & Auto in Livermore is terrific. Brandon, who seems to run the place was friendly and helpful, a nice guy. Ran over a screw and they patched my tire in under 30 minutes, aired up the spare and I was good to go. They do all kinds of service there, Ill be back.

Honest and kind people work here! Brandon and J.D. helped me when I had a nail in my tire. They tried to repair the tire, but gave me bad news that the nail was too close to the side wall and had rubbed off some material on the side wall and thus was not repairable. Since I was a long ways from home and a new tire would not arrive until the following day. They patched it up and did their best to prevent a blow out so I could get home safely. Though they spent quite a bit of time and labor on my car, they decided not to charge me for the work despite my insisting that I pay for their time. Thanks guys!Update 12/15/19:I got another fire tire last week and had my car towed to Bruces Tire again since I trust these guys. It was glass this time. Francisco help me out and was able to repair the tire to get my back on the road so I can head to work quickly. Despite my insistence to pay for the service and mentioning that they had helped me out in the past, Francisco again refused payment, insisting that I had enough troubles already that day. Really appreciate the kindness, but please let me pay next time!

My second visit to Bruces and I wont go anywhere else! First visit was for a blown out tire and they were able to get me in and out quickly and shuttle me to and from work. Second time they were able to repair a puncture in less than an hour (other places closer to my house were estimating 3+)

Francisco was the best in solving my problem. A warranty issue with an oil leak again in the front differential. My wife and I were stuck there on a Thursday nite we with no way home and or dogs were in their kennels in doors since 5 am that morning. Francisco got us a car rental and had to search for the part through chevy, found it and over noted but was the wrong part. Francisco had to send someone down there to match up the part.I have been going to Kens, now Bruces for almost 30 years for all my service and repair needs. Great service. One of my tires was punctured and I brought my car in without an appointment on a Wednesday during my commute to work. I also asked for my tires to be rotated. Francisco helped me out, and my tires were rotated and patched in 45 minutes. Thank you Francisco and the staff!

I called yesterday morning when I realized that one of the tires on my 5th wheel was splitting. With in an hour of me calling them, they had all 4 tires replaced. The mechanic was fast and professional and the sales counter guy was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and my 6yo enjoyed the chalk table that is there for kids.All in all, I had a very good experience and will look to use Bruces tires again in the future. While they were about the same price as Les Schwab, the turn around time was about 4x faster.

June 13th, 2018We called Bruces for a road call for two bad trailer tires. They arrived with two used tires not DOT legal below 2/32nds and tried to run a scam on me hoping a 25 year veteran truck driver wouldnt know hes ass from a hole in the ground. After complaining and 4 hours of lost time we finally got some recaps put on the trailer.Honesty and Integrity are very important us as a business.
