We had a horrible experience buying a dishwasher from Home Depot. Ryan the salesman was great, but HD subs out the delivery/install to a company called Linn Star Transfer and thats where the nightmare began... save yourself the hassle and buy your large appliances at a store that doesnt sub with Linn Star Transfer. We ultimately had to cancel our order at Home Depot and ended up buying from Appliance Factory because they have better online reviews and they dont sub out their deliveries/installations.

Will never shop here again. Ordered online, went to pull my (wood) order just like I always do, and upon checkout was told my order had been canceled, no one knew why or could provide a receipt and I could take it up with my bank or 1800homedepot??? Last year I spent over 350k at this home depot and this year Ill take that money elsewhere 👎🏿
