I highly recommend you do not go to this location. They are very look unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Mike, had scheduled an appointment with my husband and I at 4:00. I got there at 4:00 and was asked to wait in a back cubicle. 4:30 comes around he comes and gets us, and says “I have an appointment at 4:30 do you mind if I take him first?” Unbelievable! We asked if someone else could help us, so Diane said she would. We sit down in her cubicle and she is beyond RUDE!!! We decided to just leave, as we’re leaving they are talking about us...we could hear them saying “they were late.” No we weren’t!! I left work early for the appointment we had scheduled with Mike.Apparently, we weren’t good enough for them to help us, or take us when our appointment was scheduled. Never again will we go to HR BLOCK!

Patricia is a rockstar. Very friendly and personable. Very professional as well. Never ever questioned whether she had our best interests in mind. Came here last year, came this year, and will be back next year!

My appointment was at 4:00. I got there at 3:45. I waited until 4:30, and then I left. I was given some information by the woman that was acting as receptionist, although she seemed to be also working as an accountant there. Anyway, I knew her information to be wrong. So I walked out at 4:30 after waiting so long.

If you have the opportunity to work with a Jenny I highly reccomend her! She is genuinely looking to help you and make your tax return as easy and inexpensive as possible!

Great night time help. But second time Im having issues getting my taxes filed. Time to go to with a new company.

H&r block a day ago kept me on hold for an hour and a half. today I drove to an h&r block no answer so I called the number on the door they set up an appointment with me and gave me an address that leads me to a wine tasting place drove around for 40 minutes still couldnt find it they give you the wrong address keep you on hold for an hour and a half and then dont call you on your appointment so I can ask where to go they leave you hanging

H&R Block has the most current software and helpful preparers weve found--and the guarantee is comforting, too.

This location prepared my 2015 tax return. There ended up being an issue with a deduction I took on that return. Because I didnt buy the extended guarantee Ill be paying taxes owed (now because the deduction wasnt legit) to the IRS.I paid to have my taxes prepared here trusting that the people handling it would be educated about what deductions I could and could not take. Now because I didnt pay ADDITIONAL money to ensure against THEIR bad advice/hiring practices Im being penalized. So grateful to be close again to our family accountant for the 2017 tax season. Ill never take my business to this company (in any location) again.

I am not sure if H&R Block software is the best, but Mike is a great and highly ethical associate there. I enjoyed their customer service.

I needed to get copies of my previous two years returns and not only was I told by their corporate to go see a local office, I CALLED THIS OFFICE and they told me to come in with my ID and no problem they could print it off. I get there and am stuck with some old guy who keeps asking ME how to do it. Like I would know. He then rambles on for god knows how long telling me clearly I didnt talk to anyone there because all the people working didnt know how to do it. The website wont let me print them and so I was told to go there and he just was like sorry dont know how and sent me on my way. Absolute bullshit, waste of my time.

I was told they couldnt help me because they didnt have the time. I scheduled an appointment at 5:00pm and was on their books. I understand this time of year is busy and the person I was booked with was almost 30min behind schedule and I waited but when I was called back to his cubicle I was there for less then 5 min and was told they just didnt have time to deal with my taxes. I will never use their services again.
