When I was getting checked out I noticed the screen said customer denied vacuuming. I most certainly didnt deny a free vacuum job. Pretty sleezy and lazy if you ask me. Every other grease monkey I have gone to has washed my windows and vacuumed my car.

Everytime Ive come to this grease monkey there was very little wait time. Staff are always kind and have a good attitude. This last time I came in I was the only car and they did a great job doing the extra cleaning on top of the services for my vehicle. Come to this Grease Monkey!

I pulled into Grease Monkey needing a full synthetic oil change in my new car. These guys were so nice and professional I was blown away. They had never done a change on my model Genesis and told me upfront. They explained everything during the process and showed me access panels, oil levels, and the way the new style filters work. All to familiarize me with my new vehicle. I was a little hesitant at first, but now I can highly recommend this store. Thank you for the great work.

They didn’t drop my skid plate to get to my oil filter and just reached through the fender to get it. This cause oil to drip on my skid plate and then my driveway when I took it home. Lazy, take your car somewhere else.

I haven’t been to this location since 2017 but I love the staff! Nethaniel was very sweet, kind and genuine and davey was very good at letting me know what services were due on my vehicle. Never seen such nice men work a grease monkey so well! They can guarantee my money for the remaining years!! They have really turned this store around.

Popped in to get an oil change when I saw there was no customers waiting and no line. Thought it would be fantastic to get in and out quickly. But of the four people available in the shop to service vehicles, not one could work on my fleet car because our guys that know how to do fleet cars have left. It was 1:30PM. Bummer. Left without any service.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Truly the guys, especially Davey, are great. Davey is extremely helpful, kind and genuine, which is so appreciated because I often feel like car shops are trying to rip you off. I always feel well cared for here and that I can trust them to service my car. I also suspected an issue with my muffler, and the guys checked it out and gave me advice on where to take it to get it fixed, along with an explanation of what was going on with it. My boyfriend had a brake flush, radiator flush, rear and front differential flush, and an oil change done with exceptional work done. We left and noticed some fluid leaking from the front so we went back and immediately 4 techs jumped on a solved the problem. Superior customer service!

About a month ago I came in for an oil change and the technician noticed an oil pan leak and that the transmission fluid was very low, which they topped off. Additionally, one month later as I was leaving for a road trip, I stopped by and asked if they could check the fluid levels again to make sure the leaks werent bad. The crew took some time out to do this for me free of charge which gave me peace of mind for my trip. Thank you!

I have generally had very good luck at this location, however yesterday I took my car in for an oil change. When I got in the car, I immediately noticed that the tire pressure indicator was on. I went back in and asked them to fill the tires as they had already claimed to do on my receipt. I was told that they did fill the tires and the indicator would reset after I drive around for a few miles. I know this not to be true, as the tire pressure immediately adjusts on the sensors when I fill them myself. Here I am today, at least 120 miles driven and guess what? The tire pressure is still low. I find this level of service to be disappointing at best.

I came here for an oil change (and to check my check-engine light) thinking I was going to spend a couple of hours as thats been my experience with nearly every other establishment, but to my delight, I was in and out in about 20 minutes, if that! I even had time to drive home, get my other car, and bring that one in for the same thing. They were quick, friendly, and even cleaned the trash out of my second car. Thanks, guys! Ill be back :)

Oil change: screaming fast and very nice people. Nice little waiting room with a TV, mags, and coffee. No wifi though.

I was a customer of this franchise for 12 years. Today, I caught them recommending services for my wifes car that are not part of the preventative maintenance cycle. I have never heard of anyone being required to service their differential every 15k miles. When I called them on it, and showed them that this was not required by the manufacturer, they at least didnt charge me for the service. Needless to say I will not return. Too bad, because I used to like this place.

Clean, expeditious and a new headlight! After Brakes Plus (next door) were too busy to change my oil I went to this establishment to change me oil on my Mercedes ML320. The cost $125 without a coupon (8.5 Quarts of Mobil 1 Synthetic oil). Non-Mercedes owners, dont freak out. In addition, they changed my burned out light bulb for $23. Ironically, I thought I was going to have to change that one myself, today...bonus!

In the past I might have recommended this location for trans flush. I had no problems my first flush in same model but different truck. I got a new one and they refused to flush the transmission, claiming the fluid was too watery, which both I and my ASE certified brother checked before. Then they tried to tell me Im gonna have to have it inspected first and flushed by a professional. While I appreciate the advice, this is my 4th toyota truck, I know what it needs and the refusal of service was something it doesnt.

$80 for an oil change?? Not a synthetic oil change either. Didnt quote prices before the service was performed. Whats up with the $3 four wheel drive charge for a basic oil and filter change?? What a RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!!!

These guys are absolute heros. Everyone Ive ever talked to has had excellent customer service and theyre always polite. Fastest oil change in Littleton on most days! I had a light come on a few days after i had my car serviced from these guys, so I rolled back by Grease Monkey the first chance I got. Their bays were full and I was expecting to hang out for an hour or so, but I guess they were over-staffed because a guy came out to check out my car in the lot! After messing around with it and asking me some related questions, he gave me his thoughts as well as a few symptoms to look out for over the next day or two. He explained the few things he did as we went and let me know that if the light comes back on, it may be more serious. He gave me a card for their full service shop nearby as well as a coupon and had me back on the road in less than 10 min. (Including the time it took him to get my headlight working again). In the end, I busted out my wallet and asked him what I owe him. HE WOULDNT TAKE MY MONEY!!! He said it was no trouble at all!!! Thats gonna be a big ol 5⭐️ from me! Thanks so much again guys at Grease Monkey! Theyre great people and if youre looking for reliable service in the Ken Caryl area, these guys should be your next stop!

Great place for an oil change, but be careful! They wanted to charge $340 to put oil/grease in the differential.

The oil change was quick. Was asked to sign paper before leaving, which stated they had filled all tires to 36 pps. I immediately noticed my TPS light was on once getting back in vehicle. Immediately checked tire pressure. One at 35, one at 24, and two at 30 pps. It makes me paranoid if they don’t make time to even do this simple task that they take credit for doing, how can I be certain they even changed my oil/filter. I won’t return and their rates are no better than any other quick lube.Edit: A manager reached out to me the very next day, apologized profusely, explained that the mistake was made by a new employee in training if I understood correctly, and that they would take steps to address the issue. Offered half off next oil change. That’s good customer service, I will be back.

Morning crew is friendly and willing to help, they took a look at why my vehicle was leaking oil even though they didnt do the last oil change.

The price of my synthetic oil change doubled under new ownership... the service was fast but I paid $90, wont go back.

Went here for an oil change for my f150 ford, specifically asked attendants to make sure they replaced the underside cover after the service. i had oil changed by them before, the cover was not reattached correctly and ended up dragging on the ground . so after i left the station the cover was dragging again.NEVER AGAIN will i be back.had to check one star to post ...rediculous

Husband just stood there for 10 min and they were all to busy talking to each other, to come in and yes there was cars in the bay,not full. Chatting with the vacuum cleaner in hand isnt working if its not in the car....
