We have been using Ingrahams for many years. I have used other sprinkler repair companies and those companies repairs didnt last. I can trust that Ingrahams will do the work that is needed and do it well. The guys that come out have always been personable and the staff over the phone are also friendly and helpful. I see other comments about how much they cost, but Id rather pay once for honest workers that do the job right than multiple times for someone else who will end up costing me more.

Ingraham is fantastic! They always show up on time, communicate extremely well, and are very responsive. Best company Ive found in 21 years to help with the lawn and sprinklers, period!

A waste of money and highly overpriced. go find a better company.i used them in 2020 and called ahead of time to verify if they could service property and they said they could. this year when trying to get sprinklers back on owner consistently put us on backburner and had excuse after excuse after excuse. then when they did finally get out here they jacked up the prices which they didnt clarify before hand.

BEWARE... THEY UNDER QUOTE and OVERCHARGE.We requested a quote for leaf cleaning for our yard. They quoted us 10 man hours maximum at $60/hour. They ended up charging us for 20 hours and left piles of leaves everywhere and refused to pick them up unless we paid $1,000 and picked the leaves up ourselves.I even attempted a compromise with them, to no avail.

Good service. Use them for aeration and blow-outs for winter. The first time they came out they found a broken valve and fixed it for free.

Cost of repairs was unbelievable high. Not only do they charge $88 and hour the also charge you and additional $88 for service call. Plus the repairs that we requested were not completed correctly.
