Old lock & key, went to two different locksmiths with million keys none of which can work, cant do it or O can but you need to order like 10 copies when I need 2. you know the drill. Tried KeyMe on a lark assuming also waste of time since no way the machine is going to have the key type. Which was true BUT....what I didnt know is the Kiosk will still SCAN your key and have it manufactured and sent to you postage free. Got my keys at 30% what it would have cost at the locksmith within the week. AND..I can share the key spec with another person so they could order the keys direct which was perfect since this was for rental house. Only NOT 5 stars because I actually dont know yet whether the keys actually work :)

Extremely easy to copy a key with a chip in it. And the price is extremely reasonable. Will be using them again for my wifes car and others.The only bad part is that the tracking.

Totally awesome service. You can record your keys for future cutting without the original key. Lots of key choices from basic to decorative. Very fast and convenient!

Getting a new extra key for my car was so easy. The price was less than Ive been quoted elsewhere. It arrived in the mail within a couple of days and worked perfectly in the door and ignition. I wish there was an option to get a new fob to lock/unlock my doors and pop my trunk. I have 1 from the original set, but it would be great to have one with my new spare.

I liked being able to get a new car key. My car is 17 years old this year and keys keep breaking and falling off my key chain. I did wish there was an option to order more than one key at a time.

It’s nice and easy but the key didn’t work as good so I needed to use a Locksmith after.And the Locksmith rip me off .Don’t use apex if you need a locksmith

Locked out of house. They cane promptly, but wanted me to sign waiver if yhey ruined door if had to drill. Then when done, whichdid not take long, and did not require damage to door, bill was outrageous. And they only accept cash or credit card. Not told that when set appointment. I do not have credit cards and had to scramble thru every nook and crany to find $200. I should have asked estimate vefore they started but they should advise they do not accept checks. I am 89 years old been same house 50 plus years. My checks do not bounce.Update, my insurance company will not reimburse ad cannot verify this is a legit business.

Wouldnt work first time made me choose a more expensive key. Laborous tedious process. Had to refund me 1st transaction. But key worked!
