We had radon relief install a radon system for us last week. Our levels before the system were 12 after the he system was put in they dropped to below 2. The installer went over all the details with us before installation and gave us the best options for placement. He was quick clean and very informative. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Contacted to have our radon system looked at as it came back with High levels, spoke to the owner Steve and he was incredibly rude,stated they are 3 weeks out and could put us on the schedule but not for several weeks.Then stated that it is not his problem that pour 7 year old radon system is failing for the second time in 4 years,when we purchased the home 4 years ago the tests came back high as well. Terrible customer service, and cant even back their own product! Funny how other companies who did not install the system could manage to fit me in with in a week.

Ive used them for many years they do a great job at a great price I highly recommend them!

The system was making a noise that was loud enough to hear in the house. He quickly made sure I knew he would help and then was here to fix the issue faster than I could have expected.With out charging, complaining and with great courtesy. I had a radon mitigation system installed by Radon Relief when I moved in 2.5 years ago. The gauge is showing that it needs service based on the stickers on the system and a home radon test. After I had no response to an email I sent requesting service I called and went through all the checks that they recommended with no improvement in the readings. After saying several times that usually the guages and readings werent accurate they begrudgingly made an appointment. I changed my work schedule around to be home on Monday afternoon (my job is not a work from home situation) and they no-showed for my appointment. I texted asking if they were still coming and received no response. I again texted asking if I should find someone else to service the system and still no response. I guess I have my answer. I feel if I have two things saying the system isnt working right its probably not.

Mike and his team did an excellent job with our radon mitigation system. I was in a bind and had a short timeline and he took great care of us and the install looks really good. I would highly recommend his company for radon services.

Called them as they came recommended by another agent, verbally confirmed an appointment the same day, never showed or called, I texted the next day to see if Mike could still come out, never heard back. Letting someone know you are not coming is better than not showing up. EDIT: Mike reached out and apologized, a nice gesture but could have simply sent the same text before decided to cancel the appraisal without me knowing. I raised the star rating to 2.

These guys are great. I had Steve and his crew install a system at my own house--levels went down and are now where I feel safe. They showed up on time, left a clean site when they were finished. Worked quickly and price was very reasonable. Ive recommended Radon Relief to at least three other people who I know have used them for their systems as well and hear the process was just as smooth as mine.

Scheduled to have a radon mitigation system installed. Nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment. When I contacted Radon Relief no one had any idea that their installer hadnt showed up. We were on a tight schedule since we were moving in a couple days and waited a week for this install. Had to have the system installed for closing. No Show, no followup. Unreliable is all I can say,

We had high levels in our basement making it unsafe for our kids. Steve and his team did great work assessing the job, getting the levels below risk, completed the job on time and were very professional throughout. Problem solved, great service and competitive price. What more could you ask for!

Installation went fine but Steve said he was going to drop off a post test kit within the week of installation and never did. After more than 45 days later, I guess Ill have to go buy one.

Steve provided excellent service and made sure to answer all of my questions as they came up. Great company, great service, great install.
