The Littleton store has very nice, friendly and knowledgeable employees. They repaired a screen for one of our phones and when they werent sure if it was working right, they called and asked if they could keep and work on it in the morning. They got it to full functionality first thing in the morning. The care and service they provided (and always have) is above standard!

Instead of a new phone, I had batteries plus replace my Android battery. What a great idea. Thanks Batteries plus. Great job and my phone now keeps a charge all day. I wont need a new phone for the foreseeable future.

Got my iPhone 5 battery replaced. It was fast (even though the store was quite busy) and efficient. Phone works like new. I also discovered that they only use USA sourced batteries, which I think is a good thing.

It was so easy to get my iPhone 6 battery changed out I should have done it months ago! The guys were extremely kind and very helpful at Batteries + Bulbs! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! Zack knew what was wrong with my phone. He replaced the battery in 10 minutes and gave me wise tips to maximize the energy in my new battery. My phone is working well.

Zach - the technician - was incredibly helpful and professional. I thought I had to drop my I-Phone 6 off for several hours to have the battery replaced, but he did it in less than ten minutes. Great experience. I will be back.

My phone seems like it was fixed well but I was without it for three days. The Battery store didnt have a replacement battery which delayed the repair two days. Making an appointment was worthless because they dont schedule in a manner to handle the volume. I am happy my phone was repaired but the experience was not the best.

Didn’t have the time I scheduled online for but tried to connect with me to let me know. Service and time estimate were efficient and accurate. Would recommend.

I appreciate the lengths the staff went to in order to get the screen that worked for my phone! Communication was clear and timely.

I took my Samsung phone in because the charging port wasnt working. They quoted me a price to replace it but didnt have the part in stock so I went elsewhere (uBreakiFix). Turns out the port was just dirty and uBreakiFix was able to clean it at no charge! We Fix it would have charged me $80 to replace a port that wasnt bad, it was just dirty. Also this place is hard to find, its inside a battery store and I drove around the parking lot for quite awhile before I figured out the establishment is not actually called we fix it phone repair, its just a counter inside the battery place.

It went fine, Iphone 6 battery replacement. Zak did the work. There seemed to be some tension with the other employee who was kind of in your face and over loud. Good store.

Price was reasonable, and I love that I feel like I have my old phone back. However, The staff at this location was aloof, lack any sort of interpersonal skills, and need a lesson in how to deal with customers. The person assisting me could not be bothered to utter any sort of greeting, rather just stood there looking at me as if I had no reason to be in this store, and asked only single word, monosyllabic questions.

Incredible service and customer experience. One additional thing they did for me was look up a cell phone camera lens, sent me the link and after ordering, they will install it no charge. Ill go there for all my cell phone repair needs and battery, light bulb needs.

I had Batteries Plus replace the battery in my iPhone SE. Everything went well, and the new battery holds a charge well and there are no problems.

The tech was able to replace the battery on my Samsung Galaxy S7 without losing anything that was in my phone. It took only an hour - the service was fast, efficient and awesome!

While the repair was not completed by promised time (3hr) but next day, the repair job was satisfactory. After I returned home I realized my stylist was missing. I did receive a text that it was found and I have to return that evening to recover it.

Just walk in no appointment they had replace broken glass in 40 minutes they did a great job

In a nutsehell - my experience at this store was horrible. I spent five hours trying to get my iPhone screen replaced, six separate trips only to be told to come back, and I walked out with a phone that doesn’t work anymore and the store made a profit. The customer service was rude to my son, and rude to other customers while I was waiting for my phone to be repaired. I now have to a buy a new phone. Very expensive store visit

The people at we fix it phone repair said one hour, and it was one hour! I made it four years on my iPhone 6 Plus without shattering the glass, and they saved me $400 by not having to buy another phone. I will use them again.

The repair (replacement of an I Pad battery) took three days longer than quoted. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to find a Battery Plus location that had the battery in stock.

Friendly staff and phone screen was repaired in about an hour. I highly recommend this place!

It took 3 days to get a battery installed on my phone and the screen was replaced after they apparently broke it.

Damage to the bezel of my iPhone, which has never been opened, could only have occurred from the battery replacement procedure performed by this store. Second iPhone repair gone wrong.
