Simon was great to work with! I tried five other places before finding him. He was able to fix my laptop in the time he said, at the price he quoted. Was very cool about keeping me updated by text! Im pretty sure he can fix anything electronic.

Well, I read the reviews and then went ahead and went in anyway. One review said the guy working there had just said, it would be expensive. And I went in based on a few reviews that said they were quick and reasonably priced. I could have just bought the glass myself, not very expensive, under $50 from many, many places. So went in, the guy looked at it, went to the back, came to the front, then searched on his phone for a minute, and said, it would be expensive. Didnt give me a price, just said that.. So I asked, ok, how expensive? Then searched on his phone and said 350-400. Decided he was right, they were expensive and left.Update: I didnt say they were rude nor was my review malicious. There was no hate in the review, just real world review. Decide for yourselves and read other reviews. Even drop in to their shop for a visit on damaged glass on your cell phone to make your own decisions.

Simon is great and very nice. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and told us if he could fix it he would completely refund the charges. He figured out what another shop we took it to couldn’t. He knows his stuff thoroughly and I would definitely recommend bringing your broken phone to his shop. Prices are fair and he gets the job done. Will come back for any phone issues.

I work at UBreakIFix down the road from Simons shop and he is our go-to for things we dont have the equipment to repair (micro-soldering, surface mount chip replacement, etc.) He does fantastic work and is an invaluable business partner

I had broken my phone screen recently. The owner was awesome. He replaced the phone screen and added a screen shield. It looks like I had just bought a new one. Charged a reasonable price. Definitely recommend them for your phone needs.

We came here looking to have 2 phones fixed. The owner (I think?) looked at our phones for a total of 2 seconds. He said, its not going to be cheap and then walked away. We stood there all bewildered. He didnt even diagnose the issues or even take the time to listen to us explain what happened to our phones. We were ready to hand over our money, but his rude and dismissive demeanor made us want to go somewhere else.

Excellent Fast Professional Friendly repair service! I broke my phone just days before I was to leave on vacation, called around to see if someone could fix in the next few days, but no one had the right part in stock. This place had the part and fixed it the same day in less than an hour! Very friendly customer service and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back - no need to buy insurance on my phone, cheaper to get it fixed here than to pay for insurance!!

Had my iPhone 6S plus repairs done here. Screen replacement and had a new charging port installed. It worked great until my phone bumped against something while in my pocket and then the screen went black and wouldn’t work at all. They did however replace my screen again for only $50 and even threw in a screen protector.

I brought my 3-year-old OnePlus 3 in for a battery replacement and volume rocker fix. I already had the new battery in hand, but the volume buttons were destroyed by water. I knew water damage can spread and wreak havoc on a phones internals (and this model does not have water resistance), so I decided it was time to have a phone doctor perform some surgery.Discount Cell Phone Repair is, in my opinion, the right place to do that.The repair process was rocky. I was initially told it would take two hours, but it wasnt ready when I went back. Another two hours. After the second round of time elapsed, same thing — the phone was not ready and Id have to wait.I gave the tech my partners cell number and he called it about an hour-and-a-half after my previous attempt to retrieve my phone. He stayed past closing and worked on my phone until it was done, dedicating himself to the project. Most shops would have likely spilled something like this to the next day, but he stayed in the shop until it was done. To me, this outweighs any annoyances of miscalculations and delays.The technician worked hard to ensure my device performed as intended, even past closing. He also would not let me tip him because of the delays, so overall I spent at least $60 less than I would have at the official OnePlus Repair center in Texas. I also saved time; they do a good job down there, but the process obviously takes longer (at least a week, last time I used them).Around a month or more has passed since I used this shop, and my phone is working better than it has in many moons. If the situation calls for it, I recommend this shop for the techs dedication to his work.

My wife needed a new battery and I was across the street grabbing some odds and ends and saw the sign. I didnt know how much battery replacements for iphones are so I stopped in quick. I talked to the owner who knows his stuff. Hes probably the best cell phone repair guy in all of Colorado and especially Littleton. I got to talking to him and he worked for Foxconn, the makers of iphones, for years. He has all this equipment that others dont have and he even fixes iphones and other electronics for other repair stores. Anyway, I grabbed my wifes iphone and he had it fixed in no time flat. Simon is a really good guy and I truly believe hes the best cell phone repair guy in littleton.
