The staff of Sylvan of Littleton have changed my daughter’s life. When we first found them, she was 3 years behind in reading and starting to fall behind in math because of the reading. Marilyn and her teachers worked with us and we found a rhythm which has helped her to progress to where she is now reading at grade level. My daughter really enjoys going to Sylvan and has never once complained nor tried not to go, which is far more than we can say about school! They make learning fun, engaging and rewarding. Thank you Sylvan for giving her the skills and practice needed to increase her confidence and move her seamlessly into Middle School.

Since kindergarten we heard our son was falling behind. We tried everything we could. He was on an IEP at school for about 1 year and it was not working. Thats when we found Sylvan! My son was in 4th grade reading at 2nd grade level and in only 5 months working with Sylvan he caught up! We couldnt be more happy. Sylvan has being amazing for our son and for us. Now we know that our son can learn anything if he has good teachers and a welcoming environment. Thanks Sylvan crew!

Our experience has been wonderful so far. My children love working with the teachers and they get a thrill from trading their earned points in for an item they had their eye on. We have seen progress in their reading in the short time we have been there. We are very pleased with the outcome thus far.

Sylvan is amazing! The programs work so well for students of all ability level and age. Everything is customized based on student need and students progress quickly.

Our 6 year old had fallen behind academically when school went remote due to COVID in March. She began having Zoom sessions with instructors from Sylvan Littleton, and she is now at a grade appropriate level. She loves the format and her instructors, and eagerly signs on for her sessions. We are so grateful to the staff at Sylvan, who have been incredibly accommodating with our schedule.

We have been going to Sylvan Learning for a few years now and we absolutely love it. They have gotten both of my children back to where they need to be. The staff are wonderful people and truly care about your children. We highly recommend them to anyone.

My daughter started there in May (worried she fall behind because of remote learning and summer break). She started the math program as she was about a semester behind according to their assessment. She’s back in person (5th grade)and has such confidence in her math ability and math grades I never thought possible with her. She likes all the teachers and they are flexible with math program while also helping her with weekly homework. Math test grades shows the difference. Very pleased.

Working at Sylvan Learning in Littleton was by far one of my favorite jobs Ive ever had. The owner, Marilyn, is an amazing boss, leader, and role model. I learned so much from her about how to teach children Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic. The children who attend this Sylvan Learning are respectful and eager to learn. I would go back and work for Marilyn any day.

My son is in first grade and we started here at Sylvan a few months ago. The directors are FANTASTIC and the teachers are great! My son enjoys his time learning at the center. I have seen an improvement in his work. We started here because we felt his school teacher was not properly assessing him. Sylvan did their assessment and it was a HUGE difference from his school assessment. This is beneficial for us because we truly know where he is at and what he needs to work on. Sylvan can talk to his school and we can all get on the same page with this. I highly recommend Sylvan Learning of Littleton to anyone, whether your child needs to catch up, stay on track, accelerate or just to get a proper assessment. School assessments are not always accurate, as we saw firsthand. Sylvan takes the time to make sure that they know where your child is at academically and then put together an individual game plan that is designed specifically for your child. We love them here!

My daughter has been going a little over a month now. She has improved a lot. Her teachers at school even noticed the progress she has made. Its amazing to see how she is growing at Sylvans and staff there is great!! I cant wait to see how much more she improves and grows.

My son has high functioning autism and has had a lot of difficulty with his reading and the teachers here are wonderful he went from disliking any task associated with trying to read. To going to class with a smile on his face and happy to learn and he is always making great progress. It has been a positive learning experience for my son and a great experience for me as a parent to watch my son grow and learn in a positive environment. 🙂

The directors and teachers are the best. They have made the best impact on my daughter. She has improved so much. Without their help I dont know where she would be.

The staff and management has been very helpful and accommodating to our busy schedule. They are very communicative, with me and with my child’s teacher. I’ve definitely seen improvements to my child’s confidence in math since starting with Sylvan a few months ago.

My husband and I are really pleased on how the classes at Sylvan of Littleton are set up. They are at the pace that our son needs and wont advance in complexity until he has mastered his current assignment. This approach has helped him improve his self-esteem, making him want to go to Sylvan of Littleton every time. Also, he comes out of class really excited and happy, especially when he has accomplished correctly what his teacher assigned him that day. We recently moved to Colorado with our daughter who will be attending Jr High this fall. Sylvan providing structure to increase her confidence and math/reading skills to ensure she is ready to start in a new school. Theydid an initial assessment to evaluate the opportunities for improvement and built a tailored plan with one-on-one instruction. The owners were super friendly and easy to work with.

The assessments and follow up consult are well organized and I like how it helped developed an education plan to help my child. The staff is very friendly and organized. My child never complained once to going. Now that he is back in school, and only a week in he has referred to knowing certain things based on what he learned at Sylvan. Thank you for the help this summer. It is going to make for a good school season.

My niece has been getting help with her reading and looks forward to her classes at the Littleton center. The instructors are very accessible to the whole family when we have questions or concerns and always great us with a warm hello. My niece will miss them when she no longer needs the service.

Overcharged. Not 1 on 1. Setup to get all your money up front, and make it hard to get it refunded. Years later I still feel cheated.Got my mom to sign me up for way too many sessions with grand promises and probably guilt to help her child, also the free assessment is really just a sales pitch, where every question you miss gets sold to the parent as an area you are falling behind your peers.Not 1 on 1. It is 1 teacher for 3 students, which meant I was always waiting forever to get my questions answered, which bothered me because the whole time I kept calculating that if I waited 15 minutes, then they charged me $15, to wait.I always went to the desk and scheduled each months appointments. Once I went and told them I didnt want to reschedule yet for the next month and they took that to mean schedule me for the same time and keep charging me silently and dont bother calling when I was absent for 3 straight sessions. Why bother assuming there is a scheduling or communication error when Id already paid in advance. They of course blamed me and refused to refund when I wanted to cancel, saying that I had gotten a bulk price and if I cancelled the rest, then everything I had used would cost me twice as much and if have nothing left over anyways.

My daughter is 10 and has been going to Sylvan since the 2nd grade. We didnt notice a huge improvement overnight but over time, weve noticed a significant improvement to her reading and also her confidence. She benefits from the 1:1 interaction from Sylvan and we dont see the advantage of an online program.

YES!!! IT WORKS AND IS WORTH EVERYONE PENNY!! Sylvan services are amazing! My son went from refusing to write anything to writing being his favorite subject! He had so many gaps in math between 2nd and 5th grade but after working with sylvan tutors 2hrs a week for the past several months hes already at or exceeding 6th grade expectations! I am seeing so much growth and increased confidence! Thank you Sylvan tutors and staff!
