This place is horrible.They do things half way.Drivers getting caught drinking and driving. Company changing time on time cards. Nothing but drama with Odessa Texas Yard. Workers on cell phone instead of working. No safety guy for last month or so. Upper management has no idea what they’re doing and won’t respond to workers.Terrible equipment and shows up to job without supplies.Wyoming yard just as bad. The 5 star reviews on here are from current upper management workers. Not everyday workers.

I greatly enjoy working here. I joined in an entry level position and the opportunity to move up and grow is not only encouraged but very easily made possible. I have had opportunities in the position that I am in that I would have never had anywhere else. If you are looking for a place that facilitates learning and growing in a fast paced business environment this is certainly the place to do it.

Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. I worked my way from dispatch up to my current position. This company values hard work, honesty, loyalty, and people taking ownership and responsibility in their work. You will not go unrecognized or unheard here.

Worked with Rolfson oil in 5 different state and worked with some great people from the owners to the frac hands been a fuel driver to a general manager my experience here has been great. There are tons of opportunities for upward mobility.

A company that puts their customers first and are always looking to grow and get better. Upper management takes an extremely hands on approach with the business as well as their employees, rewarding hard work with opportunities.

I loved working for Rolfson Oil. The management was kind and very personable. The pay was fantastic! I would work for them in a heartbeat. However, as many businesses are hurting because of Covid and a crash in oil prices which I warned of in November 2018, I fully understand the lay off. And at this point I am just staying abreast of developments and honestly expecting a sell-off or liquidation in the near future.

This is THE WORST COMPANY when it comes to customer service. Rolfson oil treats their employees horribly and they have no intention of fixing the MANY problems that have made their company the laughing stock of the oil business... which is sad. I would not recommend using this company to transport your oil. The lack of communication, respect, and responsibility at this company really shows. When you have 1-2 star reviews on your place of business that show just how dysfunctional this company is run, you know something needs to change. To be 100% honest the reason why y’all have such a high turn over rate isn’t because of the people you hire, it’s the management treats the employees like they are their personal snot rag. So here’s a thought.... when you have upper management that actually CARES about their company as well as their employees, it will show in the work ethic the employees produce...Rolfson oil is very unprofessional and I hope that with as many bad reviews as they have, they can make a change and address the underlying issues.

Absolutely terrible company to work for or do business with. Super unethical in billing practices. Manager of the tickets department is specifically unethical in so many ways towards customers to make a quick dollar. SMH

Appears to be a newer company. Located in a couple states. Their business is pretty wonky. IT department is unorganized. Finance is in Michigan. HQ is in Colorado. This particular satellite is really hard to tell what is going on. Theyd rather throw stuff away than fix it. Well see if theyre around for long.

Rolfson oil is the most dysfunctional company Ive ever worked for. Management is terrible, equipment is terrible, and they lose more jobs than they keep. I worked here for 7 months until I found a new job and then had a driver try to fight me and management tried to force me to work in a hostile work environment. They do not have steady work whatsoever you could go 3 weeks or longer at times with no work. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! There are better companies out there who pay you more for safer work. This place is a total joke in every state they operate in.

So far so good. There are some really good people working here. The company is still young and experiencing some growing pains. But it looks like they will make it.

This is by far the worst company I have had the experience of dealing with. They advertised in Cheyenne WY for a hiring event in Greeley CO. At that event they told us wed be working in northern CO/southern WY. Once I personally was hired, they fired the recruiter the same day. Then told me that they only had work in the Denver CO area and that I was expected to commute 2 hours one way to work in my personal vehicle without compensation or I didnt have a job. The trainer I had told me that the company lies to everyone whether thats customers or employees and theyre being chased out of the business slowly. I STILL have NOT received a paycheck from them for the work I did complete with them and when Ive questioned them about it, now a month later, they continue to have excuses as to why Ive not been paid. The HR personnel is there to try to cover the companys ass as well. HR is not there for the employees benefit period.
