If I could give Miles 100 stars I would. This man is doing exactly what hes supposed to do. A Godsend during heartache. He helped me with my sister and now my mom. There is no one else in this industry I trust more to give my family the love, respect and recognition they deserve than Miles Harford. He was dedicated and determined to give my mom the services she deserves while staying within my budget. He has provided me with comfort and peace during one of the hardest times in my life and I will never forget that.

Terrible service from start to finish. Did not return phone calls or texts and showed up at the service with just minutes to spare with the cremains causing more stress! I do not recommend using Miles at Apollo Funeral.

Horrible experience with the cremation of my father. I understand that covid had caused some difficulties. Miles wanted to communicate purely over text and hard to get ahold off. I have asked multiple times for a necklace with my fathers ashes and still never received said necklace. As soon as they received payment they stopped responding pretty much. Also when my uncle called many times to pay they would tell him they would call back and would not. You only deal with the death of your father once and wish I could have gone somewhere else. I really wish I could have had my necklace with his ashes at his service an entire 6 months after his death. Dont trust them with your loved ones.

After losing another loved one suddenly this year, Miles at Apollo made our experience so much easier. He was thoughtful, friendly, helpful and there every step of the way. From the moment I called Apollo and spoke with Donna I knew this was the right service that I was looking for. Donna was very compassionate and caring and took the time to explain how the process works. I had a bad experience less than a year ago with a crematorium and from the very beginning all the way through the process Donna was there for me. Through out the process she kept me informed and communicated with me at all times which was very appreciative. They even went as far as coming to my fathers funeral. I would highly recommend Apollo to anyone and everyone that is in need of these services. Even though the price was great, we received FIRST CLASS service through out the process. When you lose someone you love it is very hard to focus on what the next step is and becomes difficult to imagine during certain points. When it comes to focusing on the arrangements there are companies that try to take advantage of the grief you are experiencing and that became apparent when we started making phone calls and we encountered people asking for full payment of services at the initial meeting before we had even decided that they were going to be the ones to assist us or what the final cost would be. That was not the case or the experience we had with this company. It is small and run by Miles and Donna, they were very compassionate from the moment we called them and they were able to meet with us the same day. When we met at their office it was nice that it was just a normal space that didnt have the feel of a mortuary so it was easier to feel more comfortable when we talked about the arrangements. Price wise- they were the best! We knew that funerals were expensive and we were tight on funds but wanted to honor my mother properly because she was such an amazing person. From the moment we met with Miles we knew that he would do everything to treat her right and help us honor her memory. They were very responsive and anytime we had a question or concern they addressed it right away and were very accommodating. The funeral was perfect and was everything she would have wanted. I feel so blessed to have come across this company (I found them on Yelp) and I felt the need to write this review because these times are hard and knowing that you can feel safe and confident about your choice for who will assist you can bring a lot of peace and will allow you the opportunity to grieve for your loss instead of worrying about how things will happen.

When we lost our 13 year old daughter suddenly in early January, we were completely devastated to the point of what felt like paralysis. We struggled to gather our thoughts and make any decisions, and we had no idea of where to begin. We utilized Apollo for her arrangements, and I cannot praise Donna and staff enough for all they did for us, making the most dreaded and difficult situation at least bearable. Every minor detail was so personalized to fit our Babygirl and all that we wanted as her parents. Her Service and every single step of the process went smoothly, and beautiful. Apollo staff went so far above and beyond any expectations we had. The amount of compassion and love from staff was almost unbelievable. They made us feel that making sure our daughters final arrangements were their only concern and only priority. They made sure everything was done exactly as we wanted it, and no minor detail was overlooked. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of services for their loved ones. Donna is an angel walking this earth, and though we met in the midst of a tragedy, I am so fortunate to know her and call her a friend. ❤️

Apollo Mortuary and Cremation Service is amazing! I lost my mom a few weeks ago and Iwas devastated! Apollo made the process so easy and beautiful for my family during a difficult time! They are very reasonably priced and have beautiful selections, whether you are looking for a burial or cremation. So it’s 5 am and your loved one just passed away and you don’t know who to call. Trust me when I tell you to call Donna. Everything that Donna did for us was above and beyond our expectations. She made a really difficult process very simple and straightforward and their upfront pricing prevents any surprises later on when the fog finally lifts. I can’t thank her enough.

In the terrible, unfortunate, painful event that someone close to you passes away, you want Miles Hartford by your side. Miles has helped my family with both passings of my parents. At 20 years old Miles helped walk my father, brother and myself through a very difficult time in our lives of laying my mother to rest. He and my father helped take care of everything. He is patient, kind, and sincere. Miles is the perfect blend of professional and comforting. This isnt a job for Miles, it consumes him. His memory is impeccable, and his attention to detail in unparalleled. Most recent my father passed away, a day before his 67th birthday, and Miles was right there again the entire time helping my brother and I navigate through this next terrible phase in our lives. We originally looked for him through DrinkWine where he helped us with our mother, but when we learned he was the Funeral Director at Apollo, we knew we had to follow him. No questions asked. We could not have gotten through the past few weeks without Miles. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for everything. I will never be able to thank you enough. I am so glad you found your calling, and that you help people everyday like us. People going through the hardest most difficult times in their lives. Truly they are open 24 Hours. I was never once left hanging, and I will honestly admit some of the days I was a little more needy than others, and Miles never once made me feel bad about all my questions and concerns.
