Decent company one thing I can say is they’ll ’ treat you like family. They’ll look out for you. But the reason I gave them 2 stars was for the micromanaging!! They’ll micromanage your every move. I understand checking in when you come into work and when you leave work. But they want you to check in every hour on the hour with your cell phone. That’s ridiculous.Oh and the owner John will watch you on the camera your whole shift to make sure you’re doing your job. Not only will he watch you on the cameras he will point out everything you missed while doing patrols. Instead of just letting you do your job he will watch you. That’s why they can’t keep people because of the micromanaging. They lost a lot of good people because of it. Like I said great company when it comes to them looking out for you and testing you like family. But they’re terrible at just letting do your job. If they cut out the micromanaging this will be a top notch company to work for.

Terrible company that are essentially conmen. Employees are physically inapt at performing their jobs. Employee that assisted me literally couldn’t bend due to her morbid obesity. Would not recommend them to do anything of importance.

I am in the process of filing a restraining order on the owners of this company. My former place of employment. The most unprofessional and sad company I’ve ever incountered. John kuenning had a melt down on me for not picking up an extra shift on my day off, so In regards I quit, and in response to that he has attempted slander, blackmail, threats and etc. Even after I blocked his and his daughters numbers he started to call and text me off other numbers. Even went so low to threaten my family. The whole buisness is a lie, everything on the website is untrue, they do not do any kind of combat, medical, or protection training. They don’t even train the people to work at the church’s they Send them to. They just send them there and hope for the best. i would never recommend anybody this company for any reason. If you make John mad he will do the same thing to you.

This is a scam. Used to be an insurance company. As soon as I said the insurance company name they hung up in my face and blocked my number.
