Since I called to request an estimate, All Phase Restoration has been billing me for work they never did.I had a slow-moving leak in my basement and called All Phase, along with two other companies, requesting a quote. To All Phases credit, they came by my house with 48 hours to provide a quote. They also provided the full quote in a timely manner. However, All Phases proposal was both more expensive and less comprehensive than the other two I received. So I chose to hire another company. To this point, my experience with All Phase was positive. They had promptly come to my house and gotten me a quote. Every company submits a losing quote every once in a while.The nightmare started when I received a bill for a few hundred dollars for their services about two weeks after I told All Phase I would not be moving forward with their quote. I reacted with surprise. No company has ever billed me for providing a quote unless they specifically told me beforehand that they would charge for the service. All Phase did nothing of the sort.All Phase has kept sending bills in the months since then. Despite repeated efforts to clarify the situation, they have insisted that I owe them money for emergency services, even though they did nothing in my house other than put a quote together. At one point, they claimed that the charge was for using a moisture meter to determine what parts of the basement were wet (something that all 3 companies did in assembling their quote). At another point, they told me that I had requested emergency services (I hadnt).In short: All Phase keeps trying to bill me for phantom work. Their explanations for the bill keep changing. The work they provide when they are hired may or may not be good, but there is clearly some vindictiveness toward anyone who does choose to hire them. I would stay far away.

My husband and I are so pleased with the work All Phase did for us! We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bath and laundry room, so we worked with insurance to get it abated and demoed. After getting two bids for the rebuild from other contractors that were WAY too high, our insurance recommended AP restoration and we are so glad they did. Evelyn came out right away and gave us a quote we could work with. We also asked them to provide us with a second quote for additional work we wanted done outside of insurance and they gave us a great price on that work as well. Overall, they rebuilt the upstairs full bath, the downstairs 3/4 bath, and our 200 sq/ft laundry room and everything looks beautiful! Everyone who came in the house to work was so nice, accommodating, and a true professional. Merlin, Vino and Edgar headed up the crew and we very much enjoyed working with them. We hope to work with them again soon on work not related to water damage!!

I was referred to AP Restoration by my insurance company after a back up caused a flood in my basement. This company was truly exceptional. Everyone I interacted with very responsive, had excellent communication, and their subcontractors provided highly quality work. The project manager Dave was amazing. He was highly professional and worked very hard to meet my challenging time frame. As a longtime homeowner who has worked with many contractors, I can honestly say this is one of the best companies Ive dealt with.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Case and his team! No one wants to have to engage a restoration company but if you do need one, this is the one I will always utilize! They team was responsive to me via text and calls and then daily followed up with me proactively!!! I am beyond impressed!!

Steven Meyerson with All Phase Restoration came to our rescue after two pipes burst in our house, flooding our basement and destroying our wood floors. In spite of having an incredibly heavy work load, with lots of other similar jobs on his hands, he immediately jumped in and took control of the situation. In early 2021, my husband and I experienced a leak in our home that transitioned into us having to completely demolish and rebuild our kitchen and fix a portion of the basement. Having bought our home just one year prior, this process was completely new to us. We got connected to Evelyn with All Phase through our insurance company and work quickly began to assess the damage and develop a plan towards putting the pieces back together. Over the following 5-6 months this spring, our project manager Steve Meyerson was instrumental in planning, coordinating and executing work that needed to be completed in our home. At the same time, we were also expecting a baby boy in July - making the project that much more critical in completing before our newborn’s arrival. We can confidently say that Steve met and exceeded all of our expectations in this big project. Working against product delays with COVID was not easy, but Steve was always by our sides through the process communicating with us and making sure we were in the loop on every step along the way. Steve even came out to our home on multiple occasions just to check in and get to know my husband and I. Reflecting back on our journey through this house project and now having our kitchen and basement put back together with our 2 week old son, we are so thankful for the hard work that All Phase put towards our project. Upon discovering significant water damage and black mold while doing a simple shower remodel, my contractor at that time advised I call experts, so I called All Phase. They understand that in a time of crisis like this, for any family, they need to respond and be appreciative of the situation - and that they did. After a very professional mold remediation (thanks John!), followed by top notch structural damage repair - all in a crazy timely fashion - I asked them to just finish out the rest of the reconstruction for me, which they did all while making sure my needs were met and I was satisfied. On top of that great service they dealt directly with my insurance, getting me more credit on the claim than I could get on my own. Just great, quality service. And, add to that, a few months later I had a small unrelated issue come up so I called them to inquire - one of their Directors I worked before, Case, not only came out himself to see about it but did so at no charge - and it wasnt even anything related to the work they had done for me! I am sure any of you who have had to deal with contractors in this town know that this kind of service is a rare find. It is never fun to need remediation/restoration services but, if you do, just call these guys and you wont be disappointed.

We had a water leak from our dishwasher which damaged our hardwood flooring and damaged the ceiling in our family room in the basement. I called Scott Sarkisian an estimator for All Phase and he came that night and helped figure the cost of repairs. He was very professional as are all of the companies employees. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.

All Phase has been fantastic to me since the minute I gave them a call. My basement was full of water when I came home one Friday night. Six (yes 6!) of the All Phase crew showed up and worked until the wee hours of the morning to get the water out. They told me step by step what to expect, everyone was super respectful and professional and they worked so well with my insurance carrier. I honestly couldnt be happier. Huge shout out to Merlin, Lucas and Adam for really navigating me through this process. I am so grateful!!!

After a sewer back up in our basement, our insurance suggested All Phase for the clean up and restoration. We couldnt be happier with everyone we worked with. We did more than restore, we also added some remodeling work to the job. From start to finish everything went well. They dealt with the insurance company, etc. Dave, our project manager, was always available to us either by phone, text or email. He had a good rapport with all of the sub-contractors as well. All work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone for any restoration or remodeling work you may need done.

This is the worst restoration company in Colorado. Please, do not hire these people. The project manager Nick, is by far their downfall. My mother had a house fire and unfortunately this was the company she went with. They cut corners. There were mistakes everywhere that my mom is still continuing to find A YEAR LATER. They didnt even put screens on her brand new windows and when she called to ask about it they told her that they put them on and someone else must have taken them... Are you kidding me? They took an extremely long time to complete the project and most days the house just sat there with no one doing any work. All of her tools and very expensive ladder she had in her garage (that was the only place that had no damage from the fire) all mysteriously disappeared. With no explanation. There were wire issues. Her heater didnt work when she moved back in and then the first time she was able to turn it on, debris flew out all over her brand new renovated home. She had issues with things left underneath the carpet that had to be removed... I mean I could literally go on for a lifetime about how sh*tty of a job they did. But please, learn from our mistakes. Pick someone else. I promise you the last thing you need when you just lost your home is these idiots working for you. Also my moms house is worth 300k+ she paid good money for them to do this and thats the worst part.

This is a great company with even better people. I had flood damage and my insurance company recommended them. They came out and fixed everything in a day. I would definitely recommend them.

Evelyn arrived to access damage from a flooded window well one day after I called, she was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable ! I received a written estimate the next morning and Dave had me on the schedule a couple of days later. Repairs including new carpet install were done within one week. I have worked with the folks at All Phase for several years, and have always been impressed by their professionalism. Not surprisingly, restoration companies have a negative connotation in most minds, but I can say with confidence that this company is ran by honest people that want nothing but a “clean” business and for their clients to be satisfied. When most people are introduced to this company it is when they have experienced an incredibly stressful event such as a home fire or flood, and the crews have instant hurdles to overcome (i.e., upset homeowners). Maintaining a positive experience for the clients is always the goal of everyone at AP from the upper management to the technicians, and I will happily continue to sing their praises and offer referrals to anyone in need.

Ive hired All Phase to complete several repairs throughout my home. They always deliver on time and on budget. They have great and friendly staff that provide excellent craftsmanship. Communication is key and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Each repair was very different and unique to our home, at the end of each effort I was constantly impressed with their attention to detail and the finished product. Do not, under any circumstance, give this company your business. Its not appreciated, property is stolen, work is left incomplete and youre charged for services not even rendered. All Phase is unprofessional and unresponsive, I sent several emails to my project manager seeking clarification on basic questions to just receive one word answers. If you need help, this is not the company to do it because they only offer poor workmanship and an awful customer experience.

Truly want to recognize and thank everyone that was involved at Allphase Restoration! A bad situation resulting from our septic was resolved and taken care of from start to finish beyond satisfactory. We made one phone call, and we were guided through and they took care of everything! We have a commercial building with a flat roof. After significant hail damage the roof was leaking along with other problems with gutters and insulation. All phase restoration did an amazing job and took all the stress off of me dealing with the insurance company! They were thorough, timely and always easy to communicate with! My insurance company recommended them after my place flooded. They came in and did a good job tearing out the wet drywall, carpet, etc. However, they took a long time in installing new drywall, carpet, etc. Multiple week long delays where nothing was done, because they were busy. They broke my couch and furniture when moving it, but they did pay to replace what they couldnt fix. My biggest problem was their billing. They sent me a bill that was several thousand dollars higher then correct, and it was full of things they didnt do, items they didnt replace, costs that doubled with no explanation. After many emails back and forth, I managed to get some of the incorrect billing items removed. However, they still insisted on charging me double on flooring replacement, and when I asked multiple times why the cost was increasing, they had no good answer besides their original estimate was bad and insisted I pay the new costs. The owner was willing to do nothing to help. So watch your bill carefully with these guys. There is no billing transparency. I am telling my insurance company to not put All Phase on the recommended list.

Updated: We recently discovered this company also broke our water heater (as documented and confirmed by a third party plumber who discovered it) and they now refuse to cover the replacement. They also billed for pressure washing and sand blasting the siding and concrete where the fire originated. Please see the attached photo so you can see the quality of this companys work. This is just one example.We hired All Phase to complete repairs following a fire at our home. That was our first mistake. Throughout the duration of their services, we experienced a lack of responsiveness and subpar customer service from Lucas Craig and Kalen (KJ) Pollard. Even our adjuster from Travelers became agitated by the unnecessary delays this caused. Emails often went days without responses. (It took a week to be assigned a project manager who refused to give us a schedule of repairs). When we did receive information, it was usually incomplete or inaccurate. Additionally, the work their electrician completed was sloppy, incomplete and even resulted in a failed inspection by the county. Given the continuous poor customer service, incomplete work that was passed off as being completed, in addition to the visible safety hazards that resulted in the failed inspection, we were forced to terminate All Phase because they left us no choice when they put our familys safety at risk. Further, we didnt trust them to perform any other work. Definitely find a company that values you as a customer and hires competent employees and contractors - thats not All Phase. The project manager, KJ, was rude, last minute and lacked knowledge about anything related to our required repairs. All Phase made our experience a thousand times more stressful than it needed to be; save yourself the headache and hire a competent company.

BAD EXPERIENCE, THIS COMPANY BILLS FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED.My son spoke with these people after the rental property he was living in was broken into. They told him it would be $250 to come out to board up a single door of a sliding glass door. He asked them 3x how much it would cost, they repeatedly told him $250. The men showed up at 6:50p he has a phone photo shot of the time, then 2 men worked for less than 2 hours, leaving at 8:30p, again a photo of the time that the work was completed. The company submitted a bill for $691! They charged for 8 hours of labor! I told them that their workers were there for less than 2 and I would pay for that, but they refuse to review this. I have submitted a claim with the BBB-look on that site, others have had similar situations!!! WATCH OUT for these guys!
