At this point we are so frustrated we rate our experience in the negative numbers. We have had 3 scheduled installation appointments. This picture shows our result after the first installation. This picture shows the progress after the second appointment for installation. This picture shows the progress after the 3rd appointment for installation. We have had to initiate all contact. They dont even call when they realize there is a problem. First excuse, installer hurt his back and could not come. Second excuse, the coordinator had to go home for a family emergency. The third excuse the measurer measured wrong. Their continuing excuses we dont get voice mails, we didnt realize there was a problem, we had to fire our installers, we hired more and they didnt show up. Now, no kitchen, no dishwasher due to no sink. No meals, no way to figure out a plan. Today we were told they would come between 1 and 3. Tried to call, drove all the way out there to see office people ignoring the ringing phones. We have been promised a phone call with an action plan in place in the morning. Wanna take bets as to whether there are more excuses and 0 action?

We ordered tile from Home Depot and found out it was lost in transit days before our install. I called Rock Solid to see if we could get it from them. Sophia was AMAZING. She helped me get in touch with the right people and totally saved the day. Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. Thank you Sophia!!

Where do I begin? Our entire kitchen countertop renovation process -from start to finish- was a breeze and stress-free thanks to Sophia! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she came through and blew my expectations out of the water. I cannot thank Sophia, Jenn and the team enough for their attention to detail, professionalism AND quick turn around time! Edit:I had a great conversation with Rock Solid and we discussed my project and the shortcomings in scheduling and communication. I respect Rock Solid as a company, and the work that they do. I could not have had a better experience anywhere. Office people were so kind and helpful throughout our entire install. Sophia and Jen were so amazing and they even helped me pick out my outdoor barbecue counter top and it turned out absolutely stunning ! Me and my husband are so happy with the finished product. Rock Solid did an amazing job from day one of our project to renovate a firehouse in Golden CO that was in desperate need of some love. We were able to find the main counter piece in their lot and they had the brilliant idea of doing the opposite color for the island. The contrast looks amazing! They were very patient with us as we took awhile to get the project moving but when we said we were ready they got us on the books for the install and powered through a pretty good snowstorm so that we could have the kitchen ready for our station opening! Such a great experience and customer care whether it was Zach, the president of the company, or the gentlemen installing the granite! I would absolutely recommend using Rock Solid for your project. Kate and Drake helped make the quoting process quick and easy despite several requests for revisions, and Alex and Carlos crew completed the installation quickly and professionally. I posted this question on NextDoor.com: Please SOMEBODY give me a reliable recommendation for a high quality countertop fabricator! (The last time we had someone work on our kitchen, we were quite frustrated with the installation and the mess that was left behind.) One business that was repeatedly mentioned was Rock Solid Custom Granite. I learned that the company has been earnestly trying to step up the caliber of their service and the quality of their workmanship throughout 2021. Some NextDoor.com commenters praised Rock Solids management for trying to deliver a more personalized level of service. Two people said that their Rock Solid experience was light years ahead of what they encountered when they used Granite Depot or Home Depot. They said it wasnt perfect, but management cared enough to resolve any inadequacies. There were a few other constructive, real comments that made me think I should give Rock Solid a shot. Overall, my experience was quite positive. I am genuinely pleased with my new countertops, but for me, the customer service that I received was what really made a lasting and positive impression on me. The best recommendation I ever received from my GC was to use Rock Solid for my kitchen counter top. They do really good work. No issues at all. My GC sends his customers here for stone all the time and that says a lot because contractors know best.

Eric from Rock Solid Custom Granite is a phenomenal person. When I first started my search for counter tops I had so many questions. I called Rock Solid and I was fortunate that he answered the phone. He was patient, kind and answered all my questions with a depth of knowledge and accuracy. When I later came into their showroom to look at samples (without knowing he had spoken to me on the phone) I was met with the same kindness and excellent customer service. He explained all the different types of counters and price ranges, walked me through the stone yard and explained the differences and benefits of natural stones versus man made stones. Rock Solid was wonderful to work with. Brittany is an excellent salesperson who put no pressure on me whatsoever. She was patient and quick in her estimates which ultimately edged out the competition. I did not use any products from their yard but they were still able to get my countertop products for me and install them according to my timeline (which was faster than usual). When doing a kitchen remodel things can and do go wrong. But when it came to the granite countertops everything was perfect from start to finish. Everyone I worked with were great and very professional.Eric and James provided an estimate and answered all my questions I had. And continued to help throughout the process. When I had a setback on the cabinets Zach secured the slabs I had selected and stored them until the correct cabinets where installed. Don’s templating was perfect and the slabs were fabricated so that the fit perfectly. On installation day Ricardo and Kyle showed up on time and were wonderful to work with. They were careful when bringing the heavy slabs through the house and took care to install the count top without any harm to the floors or walls. The countertops look great! This is the 3rd job Rock Solid has done for me and I highly recommend them to anyone needing countertops. I decided to go with Rock Solid because their estimate was pressure-free! I sent them the rough dimensions for counter tops and the number I received was very competitive. Then I decided to replace the cabinets too. Brittany, the kitchen designer created drawings for me of my new cabinets and provided the estimate AND she also managed the project and followed up with me throughout the whole process. We are so pleased with our new quartzite countertops. Rock Solid had the best prices by far of the multiple places we checked for the same stone. And they were so speedy! From the layout to the install it was amazingly quick! Logan and Angel installed them today in a matter of hours and were very friendly, helpful and neat. Highly recommend them!

We really love our new granite! We started shopping a few months ago for granite, and Rock Solid gave us a competitive quote as well as worked with us through some scheduling (we had to have an additional cabinet installed in our kitchen). They had a good selection of stone from their sources and we found the perfect color combination and Lonnie was awesome to work with! We decided to replace all countertops in the house! Kate was amazing to work with - good communication and quick response time. Don worked with our schedule for template, and answered all our questions and Jorge, Ivan and Carlos removed our old tile countertops and installed within just a few hours! It really looks amazing, and we could not be happier with our new countertops! I think the best review I can give is the email I sent to Zach, the owner:I wanted to let you know that my experience with Rock Solid was just that. You personally were very responsive. I cant remember if it was Doug or Don for the template, but he was very helpful with some of my decisions and obviously did a great job. Didnt meet the fab guys but the results speak for themselves. Kyle and Ricardo were very efficient and accommodated a couple of my requests. Everyone wore a mask when I requested it.Thank you for doing a great job!

Every appointment we had with them they were late to and couldnt even call ahead if they were going to be outside of the appointment window. Template appointment was between 8 and 10, they showed up at 4. They never returned calls when the promised, I had to drive out there to view my template because I couldnt get a call back. I asked that they call me if they would be outside the appointment window again and was informed that its the last stop of their day so they couldnt even gaurrentee a phone call. So incredibly frustrated.

They saved us from another Granite Place! We could not be happier with the entire experience! They let us come in person to layout the slabs and showed us exactly how the job would be cut! We were able to tell them how we wanted it to look and it turned out amazing! The entire staff from Zach the owner to Kate and Drake in the office. Don the template guy was VERY thorough! Excellent Service and Quality top notch .

We had a great experience from start to finish. Brittany and Drake were awesome to work with in the sales office and quickly helped us find what we were envisioning. We got a same day quote based on the pictures and measurements we brought in, no negotiation required! I tend to research everything and analyze the numbers closely. I sadly admit that I got 5 different quotes. They were over $3k cheaper than the higher end membership based warehouse and $1k cheaper than big orange home fix it store and $750 cheaper than big blue home fix it store. The quotes were the same product brands and quality. Rock Solid actually had a better design pattern that wasnt available at the other places for our island. I believe they were able to compete at a lower price point because everything is directly performed by Rock Solid (sales, fabrication, template, install, etc.). Rob the template guy was great and is a perfectionist. Tony and Juan did an excellent job with the install by creating an invisible seam at our farmhouse sink cutout. We had a small issue with the island that was quickly resolved same day with Zach the owner driving down and fixing a small imperfection on the island with a special innovative repair compound (used a needle and fancy blue light to cure). It has been over a month since install and you cant even find the area that was fixed. We are very pleased with our remodel and enjoyed every step of the process. Highly recommend Rock Solid for quality, communication, and value! I believe they are the best in the Denver metro area based on my research and personal experience.

Very rarely does a company take full responsibility for a hiccup in a transaction, nor do most companies immediately provide an acceptable remedy. Rock Solid Custom Granite could not have been more responsive or provide a more fair fix to a small administrative issue I just faced when having a countertop fabricated. Would not hesitate to use them again for my countertop needs after such superlative customer service!

I purchased countertops from here in March. I spoke with Jen while I was in and she said my countertops would be installed by the end April but not one person from this company has reached out to let me known when my countertops would even be measured. Nobody returns my phone calls anymore. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! There are many other places for countertops.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Rock Solid! Although “Granite” is in their name, they had plenty of quartz options to choose from as well. We love our new countertops and backsplash!

Recently started kitchen remodel. Picking counter top was overwhelming and took looking at hundreds of pieces to find the right one. Naturally the one my wife and I landed on was considered an Exotic Quartzite piece!, literally, one of a kind and took us to the top of our price point...Needless to say picking a fabricator was a scary deal as there are so many out there and this piece could not be replaced. I did my homework and researched everything from workmanship to timeliness to attitude when interacting with me and my family. I got numerous quotes and Rocksolid was about the mid point but everything else including working with Brittney and Zach gave me good feeling about how this was going to go. Mind you I am VERY VERY picky about quality workmanship! From the communication, to the measurement, to the layout to the quality of the cut and fit to finally the install.......Unbelievable and flawless! The most impressive is their word means something! What they said would be done was done when they said it would be done! The guys that did the install were absolutely amazing and treated my material and my home as if it were their own and with great pride! I cant speak for other fabricators but I can tell you if I ever had to do it again, would not even think of taking a chance anywhere else! Well done Rocksolid from a very tough customer! You have set the bar for what I will expect from every one else contributing to the rest of the remodel!

There are lots of granite shops around but this place turns out consistently professional, good quality counters. My cousin turned me onto them because he is a local contractor who only uses reliable businesses. My experience was really good since the second I first walked into the Littleton showroom. Helpful hints 1. Make an appointment. Or if you stop by, youll have to wait a few minutes to be helped . This place is very busy especially on Saturday because they are really really good. My wife was really annoyed but then she heard other people who were waiting on line saying how great a job Rock Solid does so she changed her tune. lmao 2. Bring a sketch of the stone you need and youll get an estimate on the spot. it takes a couple of minutes for a price unlike other granite shops who make you wait days or never give you a price at all. 3. Ask for help with your granite choice. They know everything about granite and they are honest because they want you to be happy with your stone tops. 4. Tell them what you need and theyll give it to you.There was a small problem with rescheduling my installation but it was because I cancelled two appointments before I was finally ready for my countertops to be installed. It took a few extra days to get my stone tops but man they are perfect

They templated my countertops wrong initially and was out of a kitchen sink for over a week. I had to contact them a week later to find out when my new countertops would be installed. I was then told the wrong time for delivery and had to take off work to accommodate them. When I asked for a reasonable discount they gave me less than I thought we deserved. We were referred to them through another contractor who isn’t using them anymore.

4/11 Updates:Both Jennifer and owner John called us back right after my initial review and we were able to get things sorted out. They admitted that they should be upfront with customers on hiring our own plumber and appliance installer, instead of putting the major tasks in fine prints on the contract. They also agreed to call in their own plumber to get the job done and finishing the countertop installation (fixing/patching up the gaps between countertop and cabinets) for free, that made us feel at least they have the heart to earn the business back and improve their reputation for future customers.4/7 Initial comments:The worst service you could ever found! Our initial experience was fine until after they came out to do the real measurements for templates. Jennifer was the project manager we worked with, she was ok during the appointment but after that, things went down south. We could not get an answer on when they will be coming for installation. Eventually said that they would come on Tuesday but never showed up and not even a phone call to tell us that they are not coming! We asked for a copy of the insurance and names of the installers since our condos requires that, of course, no response either. By the way, the installer does NOT unplug the gas line, indicated that was documented in the contract. No one ever mentioned that we have to hire someone else to do the cooktop installation!!! During the measurement appointment, I told Jennifer that I will order 36” cooktop, even texted her the specs. Of course they cut the 30” hole only and had to go back to the shop and re do it again. There are so many other things happened that I don’t even want to bore you with details. To be fair, the guys did a good job on installation so I have to give them credit for that. I will not recommend this store to anyone, no one should suffer thru all these things that we went through!!!

I purchased new countertops in my Kitchen, Entry, and Bathroom from Rock Solid. It was hard to shop for a fabricator with so many choices. We spoke to a lot of them. We choose Rock Solid based on the Google reviews of so many happy customers. Well, glad I listened. They did such a great job from start to finish. The craftsmanship and customer service was the best. Every person I interacted with was extremely helpful. They came back to fix a problem with a smile and truly left the job complete and looking perfect. Can’t say enough good things about Rock Solid. Go with the company with all the great reviews, can’t go wrong!

Just finished a kitchen refresh and used Rock Solid for our granite. They were excellent to work with and did a wonderful job on both the fabrication and installation of our counters. Additionally, they recommended a fabulous tile installer for our backsplash. Overall a great experience and we will use them again when we start bathroom renovations.

Please note that I havent yet had my granite countertops installed yet. I was referred to Rock Solid by a friend and decided to utilize them based on this referral, and Ill update this once my job is complete for additional details. Here are some notes on the process so far:1) Eric offered great advise on where to find our stone at the best prices and selection and has been super responsive throughout the process so far on all questions weve asked. And weve had a number of questions. Email has been our preferred method of communication, since we have busy schedules and responses are always prompt and accurate.2) We had our template done and the template person was very professional and also had some great advise on finishing after the granite installed, including on plumbing and backsplash ideas. That was a plus, as he was onsite with us and had a chance to see the Before picture. Despite a later appointment, he didnt rush us through the process so we had a chance to ensure our finishes and textures for edges and corners were right for us.3) The pandemic has caused some supply chain issues for everyone and Rock Solid worked with us to find a solution to keep our project moving along smoothly.4) Unlike some businesses, there was no pressure to use a particular source for our materials. This results in higher customer satisfaction since we could pick the exact stone we wanted from a seemingly endless number of options from granite, to quartz, to quartzite to marble - from basic option to more ornate than youd find in any luxury hotel or palace. And not just from a single supplier, but from several we opted to visit.While I cannot comment on final work product yet, Im super confident that Im going to have a great set of countertops based on the experience so far! Highly recommended.

With multiple parties working on my recent bathroom remodel, these are the people that identified a measurement error that could have totally derailed our project. I cannot believe how beautiful my counters turned out. The cut the manufacturer chose was the perfect choice to highlight the best part of the slab on the most visible places. The fit is perfect and looks amazing. The installers were very pleasant as well as the guy that made the template. I talked with owners several times and was greeted politely every time. From initial contact to installation Rock Solid Custom Granite was excellent!! They quickly responded to inquiries and followed up as they said. Zach helped with my initial order and made it as easy as could be. Don did the measurement and he was fantastic - he even came on a Friday night to accommodate our schedule. The counter tops were then scheduled for install much quicker than expected, which was a bonus. The install crew (I believe it was Tony and crew?) was great. They called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and were quick to complete the install. They answered all my questions and did a great job. I just finished a kitchen remodel and Rock Solid Custom Granite by far was the best experience of all the contractors I worked with throughout this project!! I highly recommend!I just contracted Rock Solid to do a second install, for an island this time. Just as before their service was outstanding and everything was top notch!

We loved our experience with Rock Solid. We had been a few other places and were not impressed with the service. We happened to find Rock Solid on google maps and decided to give them a shot. Drake was extremely nice, helpful and professional when we picked out our remnant slab. He was able to help us find a way to get something we wanted in the price range we needed. The counter was created exactly as we had expected, and was installed within a few weeks. Juan and Tony called when they were on their way, which is always appreciated when a few hour arrival window is given. They were both very friendly, efficient and did a great job. This was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing counters. I highly recommend them!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The entire process from estimate to completion was fantastic. The pricing was right in the ballpark if not less than the the other estimates I received. They were extremely responsive before, during, and after the process. They gave specific preparation instructions which helped of what to expect. The template gentleman, Don, is a true artist. My wife and I did not make it easy for them as it took us almost 6 4 months to pull the trigger and pick a stone. We did have one issue that was due an error from the distributor but Rock Solid jumped on getting it taken care of at their cost right away. Everyone I worked with was kind, courteous and took great pride in what they were doing.

Our kitchen counters and new sink went in last week and they are absolutely stunning! Zach and his crew did a great job explaining and showing my wife and I our options and helping us decide what was best for us. The install crew was on time, polite as can be and had the old countertops out and new ones in quicker than I could believe. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Rock Solid was hands down the best part of our kitchen remodel. Zach and Brittany were so quick and patient with the estimates that they provided. Stellar install -- the second one from Rock Solid (the first was a kitchen and two bathrooms). Absolutely seamless process from start to finish. They provided over-the-top service and attention to detail, even though this one was just a sink top and backsplash. The install was perfect -- they even matched the stone veining between the sink and backsplash. Couldnt have asked for anything more.I would absolutely recommend them.

They worked with us every step of the way, zero problems in the entire process from Erics help in choosing a SHOWPIECE slab of granite to Dons great template work to ensure a perfect fit, Zach (the owners) advice on what cuts to make on the slab for the best esthetic look possible, to the (3) installers who just left the house after removing our old granite countertops, then installing these new granite countertops & sinks in the kitchen, kitchen island and the counter in the laundry room in only 4.5 hours including cleanup. We were more than pleasantly surprised to find such a great company and their personnel, they can be proud of their expertise. We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. From the moment we contacted Rock Solid from their free estimate form on their website we were so impressed! We received a quote within 45 minutes. We were told to come visit their yard to look at granite! Drake, Brittany and the owner Zach were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Rock Solid and enjoyed working directly with the owner in the selection process. He was very responsive. Their remnant yard had the best remnants that we could find after visiting 3 other yards in the metro area. The fabricators and installers worked on all the details to make sure that all 5 vanities that they installed for us looked perfect. Everyone was easy to work with and when we decided to add on to our project, they were able to accommodate our unique and special requests. I am looking forward to seeing this final finished product as I am sure it will be as amazing as the projects that they have already completed for us.

This fall my wife and I finally made the decision to remodel our kitchen. The decision to do so brought on many decisions which were simply overwhelming. I had a small job where I needed to order some slate tile. I knew what I needed ahead of time as I went to the manufactures show room that was close to my work. I found out that Rock Solid was a Dealer and since I live in Roxborough I wanted to try to keep it as local as I could. Zach was very accommodating with pricing alternatives throughout our design process. The templating was very professional. The install went fast. The counters look terrific.We were also pleased with the way Zach and his team handled a delicate issue with our most prominent counter slab -the island. ... they replaced the whole thing, and in did it in short order.

We had Rock Solid install the kitchen and 3 bathroom counter tops. We found the perfect granite in their yard. Everyone we worked with was great and the counters are gorgeous. We had one issue in that the holes for the faucets in the master bath didnt allow enough room for installation. It was fixed the following day. I would recommend them and thought the prices were very reasonable.

Drake was so helpful in finding a piece of granite perfect for our project, and working through the details.The technician who made the template was very professional, and let us know exactly what to expect. The new counter would be a little lower, so we had time to plan for the spacers.Our old master vanity had wrap around mirrors that went all the way down to the old tile surface.
