I met with Hunt and Nick to go over master bathroom remodel. Shared my thoughts and they presented 2 options. They were very patient in going over details of estimate. After meeting with other contractors I decided to use Renew because they did not pressure sales me and although my total is more than I initially thought it ‘should be’. I hope to see that the finished project will be worth it.

Best company I never used. Great experience with salesman, Drew even though we determined his product was not exactly what I needed. He was not pushy or aggressive and appeared to have my interests at heart. I will definitely use this company in the future when I need a shower remodel.

Very good job. Even though training another installer, which extended the time to completion a little, we were kept in the loop as to all that was happening. Joe S did a great job, pleasant, professional and keeping us informed each time a potentially impacting decision had to be made, or if any disruption to working from home was coming up. Excellent - well done. One star dropped simply because there were a couple of pieces of material not originally ordered, causing some delays, but not a reflection on the installation.

Renew was great! We had a great experience from start to finish and the entire team was very professional. George was our installer who is incredibly talented and did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom, fireplace, and entire kitchen. I would highly recommend them.

I scheduled a rep to come look a our bathroom with hopes to get an estimate. He showed up, said he would prepare an estimate, and have it back to us within a day or two. I tried calling and emailing him a week later and got no response. Called the office and asked about said estimate. The rep finally called me back and told me he told his boss that we wouldnt be a good fit for their business but could prepare an estimate anyway. I told him that was okay. If communication is that bad getting an estimate I couldnt imagine how it is after you sign a contact. What a joke and waste of my time.

My outdated bathroom is finally gone thanks to Renew Home Innovations. From the very professional first phone call to book the consultation, to the nicest salesman ever, and finally to the top notch installers, simply amazing. We had Renew Home Innovations remodel our master bedroom shower and replace toilet also. The work was done in 5 days, and turned out beautifully. Old tiles were removed and new shower wall tile and shower floor is beautiful, new lighting on the outside & inside of the shower is awesome, new flooring was done throughout shower area and all the way out in front of our vanity, new faucet fixtures installed in vanity sink. All the new shower fixtures are beautiful & work so well that it is now a pleasure to take a shower, and I can’t stop looking at my gorgeous master bathroom every day!The entire experience from the initial visit with the design representative to the installer was very professional and easy. We used ReNew Home Innovations to renovate a bathroom that involved removing a bathtub and converting the space to a walk-in shower. The completed area is a gorgeous, contemporary walk-in shower complete with onyx surround, a roomy niche and a pull down teak seat. We are thrilled with our new bathroom! All of the staff involved in the process, Thomas, Hunt and Jonathan, were most professional, competent and efficient. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and product!

Had a great experience with this company. We had extensive water damage, that had caused mold. After getting that all cleaned up, we needed two bathrooms totally remodeled.Ryan the project manager, the sales team and the worker John are all awesome. We had to wait a little bit for the materials because of Covid shipping times. But other than that, they were very flexible, responded to my calls, and got the job time in a timely manner.Everything was done as we wanted it, and now we have two new beautiful bathrooms.Definitely recommend!

ReNew did a bathroom remodel to add a shower in our basement. The remodel cost thousands, and we were willing to pay to get the job done right. On the final day, I was informed that they would not be painting any of the bathroom or added walls because painting was not listed in the contract. I would have paid for it, but didnt think to ask when I met with the sales associate who completed the contract. Thankfully, they did texture the walls given that was not specifically written in the contract either. Its just bad form and ruined the experience which started with difficulty because they didnt start within the time frame noted on the contract. Just be sure EVERYTHING is listed or it may not get done. On a positive note, once the room is painted, it should like nice.

George, the installer, was great! He was clean, efficient, professional, and personable. We definitely want him back when we remodel other areas. Overall, the company was punctual, communicative, and respectful.

I was very displeased with the Customer Service from this company. They took my deposit and it took them 3 months before they even started the project. Any contact with them was initiated by me. Not once did they contact me first....I always had to make the call. They did not send the project manager out to do a final walk through and there was still pieces needed for the shower shelf. The contractors that they hire did a very nice job (no fault on their side)! I would not recommend ReNew to anyone!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst I have experienced in a long time!!!!

We never got to actually work with them because their response time and communication was so terrible. The contractor came out, measured our bathroom and talked about materials with us which went well he said he would have our estimate in a couple of days. We asked about the full bathroom and the cost to just do the shower, he said that wouldn’t be a problem. Then a week passed, no communication or estimate. I called and the person said he would have the contractor call us to give us our estimate, nothing. I called a few days later same thing, they said they would have him call me. A few hours later I get text that he emailed us, so I check and nothing. So we give him another email and all we got was a 2 line estimate that said “double discount” and a number, no details, no materials listed and no cost for just the shower. My husband emailed him back asking for several clarifications including the cost of just the shower and another week passed and all he sent us was a number, nothing else. He never even bothered to answer any of the other questions and no details, cost breakdown or anything. It was so frustrating because I was excited to try and work with them but the lack of communication and initial customer service was absolutely horrible. Do they do quality work?? I have no idea! I do know that communication is important and I want to feel heard and like they care, especially when I’m thinking about spending $30,000 at your company and I never felt that.

We had a really good meeting with Jaimie Anderson, he was professional, courteous, and transparent. I think he represented his company in a way that he showed detail to the little things: such as taking off shows when entering the house, greetings wife and I by name, and making eye contact with both of us as he shared. This may seem little, but it is the little things that shape an experience. Working with Jaimie gives us more confidence to use Renew Home Innovations as a business.

Jon Dollar was the design consultant that worked with my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions and opinions when asked. He was able to negotiate a good price for our project with his manager. We were very pleased with the consult experience, and look forward to the completion of our bathroom!

My condo was completely remodeled— new floors, kitchen cabinets, counters, bathroom vanity, bathroom tile.Project managers came to my home and planned out the whole project and picked colors and finished with in a 2-3 hours.In our walkthrough there were a few finishing issues, I brought them up and everything I asked for was addressed and fixed.This is my first home and first renovation. They walked me through the whole process step by step. I would (and have) recommended them to friends.

Although my late husband David is not here share our new walk in shower, Renew Home Innovations did a fantastic remodeling job. Ive always used a bathtub where ever I lived. It was quite the experience watching George and Scott, remove the tub and install the walk in shower with the new faucet and shower head. This house was built in 1926 and it was unbelievable what was behind the walls. Not only did they install the shower, they also replaced the window which had rotted wood behind the scene. They used protective floor cover as need to secure the area they walked through. I was totally pleased with ReNew Home Innovations budget plan and will use their company for future projects and referrals. Thank you RHM.

The windows are of high quality except for the plastic latch material on the double hung windows which have been broken three times on different windows. That said they were very responsive in replacing the latches under warranty. If they would change the latch material to metal the windows would be perfect.

It took a little time to get started due to the holidays and having everything. but the end results. came out really nice. i really like my new bathroom. baca contractors were professional and worked on any issues that came up.like giving me a shower curtain and rod cause i had to wait on.my shower doors.

We worked with Fred. He was attentive and knowledgeable with what we wanted to do. He helped us map things out and gave us advice! Looking forward to working with him again.

We just completed our two shower remodels with ReNew and team. We are very pleased with the results. Truly fine workmanship by both Ryan and Josh. Also we felt comfortable having them in our house. Joshs ability to match the lines on the product is amazing. Our only complaint was the timeline ended up being much longer than originally stated.

We are in week 11 of a 5 day project. From the beginning there were multiple company caused delays. Also, multiple missed promised complete days and times to work on the project. We had to initiate most contacts, the company was virtually non-responsive without multiple attempts on our part. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau and State Department of Consumer Protection in the hopes to get assistance.

This review is written solely on the initial visit from Project Manager Sadie, who was one of the most accommodating, honest contractor reps with whom I have ever worked. She was extremely helpful in refining my concept to something that is more workable and affordable. She helped me establish realistic expectations (what I want vs what I can afford), different treatments to achieve similar looks/functions, and provided lots of advice should I opt to use other vendors. Truly impressed.

Step 1 of the bathroom remodel process went well with this company. Chad and Sadie were very professional as they listened to what we asked for to remodel our master bathroom. They were very thorough and worked to make sure the design is something we will be satisfied with for the long run. They were very honest with their recommendations and did not try to talk up their product to something that was expensive just to increase the overall sale. My husband and I are looking forward to working with them on our project!

Nick came out to my home 2 months ago because I wanted to remodel my old dirty bathroom. He was very professional and came up with ideas I wouldnt even have thought about. The install started 7 days ago and they are already done! In the past I had 2 other bathroom companies remodel my other 2 bathrooms and they both took a little over a month to get done.There were a few complications because of excessive mold behind the wall but they replaced the affected area of wood and insulation. The install crew was very clean and respected my home like I would (and Im a neat freak).I wake up excited to go in my bathroom, its amazing the work they did and I highly reccomend Renew Home Innovations. I have one more bathroom left and they will definitely be doing that one too. Thx guys!

Todd gave us a ridiculous quote of $15K for the re-tile of a 54 sqft shower stall. When I told him we have Dun Rite do our master bath for $18k and it include a full demo of the whole master bathroom, extending the shower space, building a tub, tiling most of the walls, and reflooring, he said all bathrooms cost the same regardless of the work involved. I let him know we have a bit of research behind us and I thought his price point was outrageous. He replied by saying, I guess it sounds like this isnt going to work. It was blatantly obvious that he overpriced our project...I just wonder if that is a strategy for smaller jobs they dont really want to take on.Completely unprofessional and outrageous. We have been searching for a company we could keep returning to for the remodels of our 3rd bathroom, basement, and kitchen. It isnt with ReNew Home, obviously.

We chose ReNew Home Innovations for our full kitchen remodel. We are starting week 8 tomorrow on our project. Chad, our sales rep, helped us select beautiful flooring, quartz counters, an amazing Cairn sink, and hardware. Richard, our builder, has been amazing with his knowledge base and eye for detail. We are greatly anticipating the finish. Stay tuned for how our kitchen remodel finishes....June 3, 2019 update. Our kitchen is still not finished. Our promised timeline has been tripled in length now. We do have the correct hardware now after 2 misordered shipments arrived, unchecked. We hope we have the correct range hood waiting in our garage now after 4 damaged and/or misordered units arrived, unchecked. I feel we have to lower our review of ReNew after communications from the owner took a down turn. Stay tuned, still.....Our project finished August 2, 2019. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, project (mis)management, and turnover with employees. We caution anyone looking to contract with ReNew for any project.

Our project with RHI was a bathroom remodel that included shower, tub, and floor. We chose them based on reputation and product lines, even though their price was higher than others we spoke to. I am giving them 5 stars based on the quality of the end product, which was the ultimate goal. The process wasnt without hiccups, which was somewhat expected, and we shoulder some of the blame. Here is what stands out in our experience, both good and bad:Sales - Scott was very responsive and attentive, and also consultative. Our only regret (and our fault) - we wish we had taken more time to go to showrooms after meeting with him. We had only seen live examples prior to our meeting and thought we knew enough to make decisions. Samples of tile and pictures of products arent always a true representation. We still like the finished product, but we may have made some different decisions.Scheduling/Project Management - Communication was the biggest issue we had during the process, and we considered a lower rating for this. Early in the process we were promised phone calls and visits, and these were often late or no shows. Many times we had adjusted our schedules to accommodate them. We were told to expect an 11-12 week start time, which turned in to 16 weeks. When the project finally started we were told it should take 3-5 days to complete. This ended up being closer to 4 weeks. The last 2 weeks of the project was waiting for the shower door (so not intrusive), but my assessment of a completed job was based on everything being complete.Materials - there was a hiccup in ordering some materials that resulted in a different tub than we originally chose, plus we asked to change the finish of the fixtures based on real life vs pictures. Nick was very accommodating in finding an upgraded replacement and absorbed most of the cost difference.Installation - We cant say enough about Brandon (construction) and Doug (plumbing). They were consultative and thorough, and never made decisions without asking our opinions. Their quality of work was exemplary and they were very accommodating on the changes we asked for during the process. Additional costs were nominal and reasonableStaff - Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional and friendly, and once the project got moving they were very good at communicating expectations. We enjoyed interacting with the entire team.Billing - You pay half up front, 1/4 at the start of the project, and final 1/4 (plus addons) on completion. We had only two complaints - first that we never saw an itemized invoice, and second was due to the communications issues mentioned earlier. It was stressful to write a huge check and then sit and wait and wonder. For future projects we will look for contract language that is more defined, and protects us as well as the contractorIn summary, if you are looking for a cheap solution, these arent the guys. If you want to know youre paying for a top of the line product that is expertly installed then we highly recommend them

Step 1 of bathroom renew. Tom, Chad and Sadie, all showed up to my house. Not planned. But who cares they are all kind and wonderful! I showed them my main project, my main bathroom, and explained my basement would be a bigger future project. They looked and heard my needs as I need a new tub and vanity. Chad also pointed out i have mold and wearing down tile. The gave me options to choose and read the style of my home to match me and my future bathroom. They showed me other projects, explained how they work and gave me a time frame! I also explained that I was limited on time today and they were super friendly and quick! Super professional, warm and know what theyre talking about. So excited to start this project!Update from 5 star to 3 star. I love the way it looks and am glad it is done, but some issues. waited awhile to post because I wanted to try everything out for at least a month. The crew while friendly was late alot causing a delay in the project. The main man Bruce was great and always on time, but his team was out of Aspen, so any snow up there caused delays. One of the workers also left with my home key and I havent had returned yet. My tub handle had to be reinstalled by Bruce and the cabinet door had to be adjusted so it wouldnt scrape the wall, the project managers were tough to get a hold of. I was always told I would be called later and ended up calling them the next day because I never got called back. Now I am having a plumber come out to fix my shower faucet because it is spraying water out he back end. I was able to get the faucet off and I am not a plumber or contractor, but the products are by Kohler and according to an installation video from Kohler it needs to be set up 1 of 2 ways if the pipe is threaded or not threaded, and it seems the did a 50/50 way for threaded and not threaded, also it says the hole from which the pipe comes from needs to be filled with sealant in the wall so if water does shoot to the wall it doesnt go into the lower levels, which also happened to me. Water made it into my basement and a section of paneling fell out of my ceiling. The faucet is also supposed to be clear sealed to the wall and it wasnt. Great crew from the office to explain products and make you feel comfortable, Bruce the contractor or lead guy of his plumbing crew was very kind and great, the crew was very friendly, but not the best job done. Glad the project is over. Not worth 16k. Unfortunately I will be handling my basement bathroom remodel with someone else.
