We had been to this location before and recently came back in and discovered it is under new management and ownership- we are so glad we decided to give this place another chance! The new manager Janelle was so welcoming and friendly to my grandson’s and they loved their haircuts. We are a little picky but she did an excellent job and we are very happy. Everyone was very friendly and professional and it was a great experience. Highly recommend

I had stopped going to this sports clips due to various reasons and I stopped by today out of convenience after months of not returning when I took my daughter to urban air. The new staff are awesome! Janelle was very personable and fun to talk too. I will be returning to this shop frequently.

The staff just wanted to cut my hair quickly to have another customer fill in. I gave her style but she did not know how to do it. Don’t ever come to this place if you want exact hair style. I will never choose it again.

My first time to a Sports Clip, and its actually a shop where you can forego frills like shampoos and steamed towels without still paying for them as in some other venues. I dont actually like businesses that use kiosks that the customer has to sign in with, but with this system, your barber stylist isnt interrupted to sign in other customers. About the haircut...Jamie, whos friendly and courteous, cut my hair and I was surprised how quickly she was able to cut my hair and do it just the way I like it. I got the service I wanted in ten minutes instead of the typical 30 minutes to which Ive become accustomed. And to top it off, you get a trim up during the first 30 days at no extra cost. Cant go wrong!

My haircut was awesome and I know so because my wife even commented on it. My favorite part was the MVP with the shampoo and hot towel. I love that time to relax.

We went to Sport Clips for the first time today. I have an 8 yo and 11 yo. Gina was great! She treated my 11yo like an adult and gave him a great experience and a great haircut. My 8yo got a cut from CJ and I was less than impressed with her people skills. The haircut was good but she asked if we wanted the shampoo and my son said no so I assumed we wouldn’t have to pay for the whole MVP treatment. When we checked out we were still charged the full price for a simple haircut. When we came in I was told that even the 10 and under kids received the same treatment as adults. I feel like CJ was in a hurry to get him out of her chair since she had another customer waiting. It was not a great experience from a customer service perspective. We will not be returning to this location.

Alright, I usually try to keep my bad reviews to myself but this is different. I have been here twice and the first time wasn’t bad, but also was not good, and I thought it was a one off type of thing, I came in today and I showed them a picture of me and what I wanted, the stylist took a quick glance at it and just went off cutting literally everything off. Long story short they completely botched my haircut and I need to buy a hat to cover this up for the next month

I entered the store for the first time and was met with a friendly smile and welcome. Antoinette took care of me and was polite and asked me many questions, regarding exactly what I wanted before she started. She did a great job and I will be returning.

Purchased two season passes with their so called promotion. Never got a call like promised to get my punch cards. Total scam and come to find out the owner claimed bankruptcy, 275.00 down the drain!

So my husband just came home with the most janked haircut from this place I mean horrible. My husband is a working man, deals with a lot of people and customers and this can take away the ability of being taken seriously and for this hairdresser to allow my husband to leave this place looking the way he did with patches of hair buzzed too short and then some left too long I am appalled and so disappointed.... Im sure Im going to get the spelling wrong but Gina or jeana is the one he got his haircut from and I think you need some practice maybe work on dogs because they dont seem to really care as much about how they look especially when youre being paid for doing something that youre supposed to be a professional at

Worst Haircut ever! I showed what I wanted and didn’t want it too short, The next thing I know, she doesn’t use clippers and just shaved my head were i’m Almost bald! Looked like it was her first time cutting hair and took her 3 minutes to do it, never going here again. Just flat out awful

Unprofessional, Terrible service, and judging only from the quality of the haircuts.. obviously inexperienced or maybe they just don’t listen to the customers.Would not recommend this location to family, friends or strangers. I have given this place multiple chances seeing it’s the closest location to my house and every time I’ve been disappointed.

We looked up hours before coming to get hair cuts and online it said they are open until 8 pm on Mondays, but when we got there at 6pm they asked if we were on a list. I told her I didnt know we had to be on a list to get a haircut. She said oh yeah you have to be on a list. Thanks she told me that they close at 7pm and if I wasnt on the list they wont have time to cut my sons hair. I told her that I have never had to be on a list before and I also told her that online it says they are open until 8pm not 7pm. After that she agreed to cut my sons hair but if we would have to wait an hour to get his hair cut which is fine we will wait, but I dont understand why the hours online are different and why when I called the location in Chatfield to see what time they close they said 8pm . Its really confusing and unprofessional

Walked in and there was one stylist the day before school starts here in littleton. Was told 20 min wait. Then 2 more people walk in claiming theyve been waiting over an hour and she had erased them from the check in register on accident. Informed will be an hour now....I ask her if we will get a discount for being inconvenienced she states she doesnt know how to do the discount on the computer. Shes not even sure if she can do the coupon i have. Fully irritated. While Im waiting at least 20 more moms come in and are told over an hour wait and they all turn around and walk out.

Pretty much a quick in and out haircut with no attention to details. It was very choppy all around the edges. Other than a quick yeah looks good Ive never thought Id need to evaluate for quality before leaving. Wasnt bad enough that I would have to go back and get it fixed is why 2 stars instead of 1. Pretty poor customer interactions. Employees were only speaking to each other while all the customers sat in silence being ignored. I dont care for cigarette smell on people while they work so close to my face but nothing you can do about that I guess.

I walked this morning on 02/14/18 11:00am and I actually waited for 10mins because the girl was on her personal call. After she came up ask me what can I do for you, I told her I never been hear to sport clips and I wanted try it and one my good friend went their for first time got free cut he said he loved it good experience. Will when I went asked her about it she gave me attitude and rolling her eyes and saying we never did that. She told its $30 to get my hair cut and its cash only because credit card down. She told me it has to be 30 even because she cant give me change. She didnt seems like she nows how to cut hair anyways. I will never go back to sports clips and I will be writing about this location on Littleton news, I asked for her name because she seems dont care at all about customer she just told Amber and she has a nose preice. Worst place I been too.

Tried the new online waiting list. FAIL. Arrived and had to wait and wait and wait. Only 2 employees and one had to go fold towels. Poor communication and service and we finally had to leave. Hire quality people or just close this location.

For anyone that reads these reviews and think to themselves “maybe not” give it a chance. There is a new stylist by the name of Jessica she’s new to this store but not to the company. Her years of experience shows in her haircuts and attitude!

Didnt listen to my input at all. Drenched my hair with water and hacked at it for awhile. Im assuming she messed up and decided she was out for a couple reasons.1. My hair looks like crap2. She said Hows that? while turning me AWAY from the mirror and whipping the hair apron off.3. She swiftly walked to the register and said Lets get you out of here. Im assuming the second half of that sentence was before you see i cut your hair with a chainsaw.I will not be returning. At least she didnt try to shove a bunch of products on me, probably because she knew only God could help me.
