Glad to know this one is privately owned & not part of the Griffin partnership. Service was good and expedient.

I hate to say it, but the usually good service has slipped. Still friendly and the oil was changed, but the noticeable differences were: they were much slower than usual (took me 1.5 hours from start to finish and I was car 3 in the bay of 3 cars that all pulled up at the same time); they still try and offer additional unnecessary service; the price has increased; they failed to do everything on their full service (which I paid for in the high mileage package) such as clean the windows and top off fluids; and they used to vacuum at least the drivers side. But no more. Also, I havent seen a discount emailed to me from them in over 4 months when I used to get them monthly, which raises the cost even further. Finally they didnt even reset the service warning light on the car, I had to ask them to do it, then they did.Over all, they get the job done but at the prices they charge and the time it takes its probably wise to just go elsewhere.

Had a minor communication issue with them. They took responsibilty for it and quickly resoved the problem. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience. Having Toyota dealer set up my appointment with 2 weeks window in the future I decided to give Juffy Lube a call. No appointment was needed. Used coupon online, was serviced under 20 mins everything was done and had my questions about my Differential answered and I was ready to go! I left them a tip and super happy with the experience. Screw dealerships!

Great service. Quick and courteous. Very old car functioning well due to care Ive received. Burning smell is gone.

Jake and Collin are the best. The screws on our oil pan worked loose on a road trip. We called this Jiffy lube and Jake said to bring it on in even close to closing time. He put the protective cover back in place and topped off our fluids at absolutely no charge. These guys are great! Thanks, Jake and Collin!

I dropped in for an oil change on June 23rd 2021 about 0830... the 2 or 3 guys working one bay got me in and out very quickly. Was very impressed at the speed.Thank you for that.

I had my oil changed at a different location and was charged for a coolant top off but when I reviewed it myself I noticed they didn’t top it off. I called this location and Dean offered to top it off and take a second look at my vehicle even close to closing time. He gave great and professional service I am use to and appreciate.

Quick, friendly service, BUT charged me almost $100 for a synthetic oil change when i’ve never paid more than $70, absolutely ridiculous. Purchased a new air filter & they didn’t fully put it in correctly so had to come back. Will not be returning.

Came in for an oil change this morning and Adam was super friendly and nice! Definitely will be coming back! I do have to add I believe his name was Emily, was super rude, unprofessional, and was on his cell phone making calls etc. the entirety of my time there.

Didnt check tire pressure as they said they did, I watched the entire time. Said I declined a oil filter, I sat there for an hour because they were out of the one I needed. As I waited no one did anything to my car. The guys are nice but I wont be bringing my truck back here anymore. I just dont trust them

Outstanding service. Extremely fast out the door. I legit didnt know that oil COULD be changed as fast as they did it. There also wasnt any high pressure sales tactics on services aside from the oil change I was there for, which I do really appreciate as well.

Well I give it 5 starts because the one guy working, yes one guy was great. Unfortunately there was only one person working and several cars waiting. Im writing as Im sitting here before service is complete. Hopefully because there is intl one person working the quality is good. 2pm on a Friday. Why is there only one person working

They are fast but they scammed me. I needed a transmission flush and fill. They told me my oil was overfilled (I had it changed the day before). They stuck to the oil change even though I told them I didnt need it. They charged me the $75 and I left. Not going back there. I told them what I want, they did something else and charged me for something I didnt want or need.

Ryan was so professional and helpful. I left feeling more knowledgeable about what my car needed than when I arrived. It was nice to be taken care of and I will be returning to this location! Thank you Ryan!!

They were so polite, brought my car right in and did the work while I waited and it took only about 15 minutes. The price was fair and it was easy!

My Subaru was at 60k miles so I brought it in to have oil change, engine filter, differential fluid changed, and CVT transmission fluid check. Out of that list they did not know how to check/flush the transmission fluid as they have never worked on a CVT (odd as almost all new Subarus are CVT) and could only do the rear differential fluid change as my car does not have a front differential. Needless to say, my AWD car does have a front differential according to the manual and two days later I had to go somewhere else who knew how to do that and the transmission check. In addition, they installed the air filter wrong and when I was driving it on Monday, my car was shaking at high speeds because the engine was not getting enough air. I am giving two stars because although the workers are not well trained and do not know how to do simple air filter change or fluid changed correctly, they were nice and pleasant and somewhat honest about not knowing how to do stuff. I would not go here for anything other than a straight oil change again and even then I would be weary.

Ryan and the team in the shop were amazingly courteous. And honest. They took care of me quickly and there was no hassle for unnecessary services. Highly recommend this location! Theyre wonderul!

This has been my go to place for oil change. However, last Sunday was a big disappointment. The store was supposed to be open at 9am. My last attempt was at 1030ish on my way to Greece Monkey. Needless to say, the other place got my business.I respect the techs who were there ushering costumers away do to the long wait after they gave up too.

Took 1.5 hours to get a conventional oil change. People just ran around doing nothing and we sat in the bay in our car waiting for them to get anything done for an hour! They never did check tire pressure. Nobody knew how to do anything...there was one guy there that seemed to know what to do. Disaster! Will NEVER be back!!

Ive been here twice and have had poor experiences both times. First time the serviceman was very rude/short and seemed very annoyed when I asked a question.Second time, there was oil all over my car when I left; on the door handles, steering wheel, inside of my car door. Service person was rude again (different guy this time), and come to find out, they oil plug gasket was put on wrong and caused an oil leak.There are definitely better places to get your oil changed. Would not recommend.

WARNING, do not use this company!I had a service performed on a perfect well maintained vehicle, within 1 hour of leaving I had to have my vehicle towed to a shop with a blown transmission and a 3200.00 bill. The shop will not return phone calls, they do not answer the phone. I was misinformed about services, they had over filled transmission with fluid did a full flush instead of a fluid change which caused the transmission to go out. I had a professional transmission company verify and state that the issues were 100% caused by Jiffy lube. I have pictures and statements showing all damages. Would be nice if the owner/manager would return a phone call to address the issues at hand. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! BAD business practices!!

Went this morning. They were very busy but went by pretty quickly considering how many people were waiting. Ryan was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a good experience!

Nice staff. Took over 40 minutes, and not busy...so not sure what that was all about. But decent little waiting room with coffee and tea.

After my last 2 trips there I was just about to give up on this location. They had left my drain plug slightly loose, locked my keys in my car, held me up for over an hour because they were trying to install the wrong filter...just a range of issues. I was trying to be understanding knowing how hard it is to find help these days but was just about done with them. But, I am happy to say this time they did great. Knowledgeable, quick, and efficient...I did not leave wondering if I things were done or now.

Ryan and, Im not sure who the other co workers name was... but they did great the day i needed a break light fixed and windshield wiper snapped back into place. They were polite and quick and efficient!

Unfortunately I know what happens but they left the cap off my oil fill of my engine as a company driver I was on the highway driving down the road when the oil light came on and that delayed my deliveries by an hour I understand things happen but when I let them know their apology was very unsincere almost questioning my honor what a shame!

Tyler Gave me the best experience I have ever had when getting a oil change. He was super nice and was really efficient. I would totally recommend this location as they are the best at what they do in the area. I will totally come back when it is time for more oil ;).

Speed has to improve. I wasn’t anticipating waiting there for 60 minutes for a basic oil change. It definitely seemed like they were not managing their resources effectively. The guys are generally really nice, and are pretty caring when it comes to customers; but they definitely can work on process improvement.

I have been in for oil changes multiple times and have always had a good experience. They are fast and respectful. The last time I went in, they reminded me that I was still a few thousand miles early before my next change was due even though it had been over 5 months. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to put the customer first. They also are really good about always taking my coupons!

Ryan and crew put the jiffy in Jiffy Lube! Super fast and friendly...better than the other JL locations Ive used...these guys are now my Go To!

I calles this location at 5pm on a Saturdaybto check how busy they were. Inspoke with Ryan on the phone. He let me knowntheybwere busybbut he could me my oil change on my F150 done today. When I arrived, Ryan got me checked in right away, and performed the oil change on my truck. Ryan had me in and out withing 20 minutes, easiest & fastest oil change experience ive ever had. Inhighly reccomend Ryan at this Jiffy Lube location.

Very good experience! Fast, efficient and nice!

Expensive, like almost twice what I paid at the dealership, but very very fast and open later which almost makes up for it.

The guys got me in and out efficiently and professionally. Had a small chip in my windshield that they took care of as well. The only thing I did not get was a receipt for the work. I was told it would be emailed to me and as of today I have not received that email. Not a huge deal and definitely nothing that would keep me from going back to the same location.

I was recommended this location for their speedy and efficient service and I was not disappointed. I’ve been to several shops as I am new to the area, and I am most satisfied with this Jiffy Lube location off of county line road and will be back for all of our automotive needs! Great staff and easy to deal with 10/10 would recommend!

Had car in there several weeks ago for a simple oil change - The dudes left the cap off of my coolant so it spilled all over my driveway and garage (so I had to drive to an auto supply store to get more - thank god my car didnt overheat), they deflated my tires below the recommended setting of 35 psi (all 4 were at 30 PSI suddenly the day after I was in there and the sticker on the door clearly says 35 psi which I am no car guy but can read) and didnt reset the oil change warning for my car (which is easy to do but a complete hassle.) That said, Ive been here a bunch of times and they also seemed to make a really big jump in price. My oil changes were usually in the 35-50 range and this last one was $75. I had to spend more than $75 bucks fixing all the stuff they either didnt do or left off or completely bungled on my car. I wonder if they even bothered to change the oil/oil filter while I was in there. What a joke.

This location should be open until 7PM. I drove all the way down and it was 6:10 PM, and they were closed. What a huge waste of time and gas. Really disappointing. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

They didnt reconnect a sensor after my oil change, the next day it wouldnt run for more than 30 seconds before dying. Luckily we were able to limp it to Taylor Automotive from where we were and avoided the cost of towing. Still it cost us $175 to diagnose the problem. Luckily it was an an easy fix and didnt do any damage to my engine. Still, this shouldnt have happened if the jiffy lube guys had done a thorough job.

Overpriced, and they didnt complete any extra services, like vacuum, window washing, etc. They offered to charge me more for other extra services of course. Then they didnt even reset the oil life monitor. I had to look it up myself!

Way too slow. We were there for 30 mins before they even talked to us. But still pretty cool folks and got a good discount on an oil change and it was very quick when they finally decided to get to my truck.

Came in for an oil change and Cody was very helpful. My car is getting up there in mileage now, and he was very helpful going over manufacturer’s recommendations for service at that mileage but was not pushy with additional services. Great experience this time around!

Always get my oil changed at this location.However, I recently had my oil changed at a different shop and the filter was not properly installed. Jiffy Lube on County Line got me in, diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road.Huge shout out to the guys in the shop. I have been taking my truck there for the past 4 years always been pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

Great location. All young guys so make sure you tell them exactly what you want and dont fall for the over buying. Other than that super fast oil change as long as I stay outside and keep repeating I only want high mileage oil change. Dont worry about anything else lol
