Marcis office is extremely professional and is always helpful. Kelsey knows who I am when I call and treats me like family. I have never had an issue or a problem with anyone in the office. Many times I have tried to get things resolved with my insurance multiple times. I am told I will get a call back and never have with my bill being incorrect again for the 3rd time since February 2020 I plan on calling every day until it is fixed. She will charge you because she and her staff won’t send you correct paperwork this has happened to not only me but my parents and brother and when you try to figure things out she will blow you off. I have tried keeping patients with them but this has gotten out of hand with new problems on my policy. I’d be extremely careful as she was a good representative in the beginning and we have been with her for many years but we are ready to leave. I would not recommend the Marci office to anyone.

Cheyenne is the MVP. I would like to formally request that she gets a raise. Or at least someone buy her lunch. Every time I need something she is delightful to work with and gets things done quickly. I dont know how many people work in this branch, but I seem to get Cheyenne on the phone every time I call in, and I wonder why I even waste my time with the 1-800 customer care line. Oh yeah, because sometimes I have to call State Farm on a Saturday. Honestly, just wait til Monday and call Cheyenne. If I could leave a 6 as a score, I would.

I got my policy online and I was assigned to the Reece Agency. They are polite when I am actually able to get a hold of someone on the phone however they NEVER return my calls when they say they would. I was planning on doing Lyft but then decided against it and they told me they would call me the same day. No phone call. I called again a week later for an update and they said that they submitted the request and would have someone call me back tomorrow. No phone call. I requested to have the endorsement removed and they told me they would backdate the endorsement to the day I requested to add it on (since I never used the endorsement or drove for Lyft). I spoke to multiple people in this office and they suspended my payment to avoid the higher amount being pulled from my bank. They never reach out to call me back to give me an update on the status. It would be nice for someone to give me a courtesy call and at least tell me Ive checked on the endorsement and its still pending or anything! Following up to customers definitely needs to be improved in this office. I have been waiting weeks for a response and I always have to deal with the contact center since I cant get anything done with the office.

Exceptionally efficient and friendly. My first interaction with the agency was when just after we relocated here, I was called and invited to come in for a review of my policies. This is usually a red flag to me, typically it means I want to sell you something. Not so. I walked out of the office after the meeting with a much more beneficial set of policies (we have condo owners and two auto policies), which were trimmed to what was more realistic for us than had been the previous case. I have only had to file a claim once, and it was handled very quickly, and the repair was set up within minutes of my call, all this done over the phone and very nicely. Would recommend this agency very highly.

After Allstate decided to raise our insurance rates, I contacted this agency and spoke with Kristen and let me tell you how happy I am that I did that. Not only was she able to lower the premiums we were receiving from Allstate, she also helped us get more coverage in the process. Kristen was a pro from the get go and I wouldnt hesitate to tell anyone just how painless, easy and stress free she made it. I mean at the end of the day, its just insurance but it shouldnt be painful getting it as some agencies make it out to be.

Where do i start, with Marci Reece..... let’s start with being told i have insurance but not actually having insurance. I placed a call November, 14 2019 to insure my vehicle after getting off the phone i was told i had insurance and would get my temporary ID cards via email and then usually get my hard copies in two weeks or less. December 2nd comes and the account holder my mother realizes i do not have insurance on the car I’m driving so while i was at work she goes ahead and calls to figure out what is going on. They say they got it straightened out but still no proof of insurance on my end. December 28th comes my mom notices i still don’t have insurance on my car so now i need to call 1-800 Statefarm any they confirm i do not have insurance on the vehicle i am driving rather then a completely other vehicle I own that i asked to be removed completely a month prior. Fast forward to yesterday time to pay bills. And to a surprise there is no bill to pay. On each email there is a highlighted section saying we are on a month to month bill cycle so changes may not show till the following months bill (January) the month after December. So if the vehicle was truly insured December 2nd i would have been billed January. She now wants to back charge me for the three months i was “insured” even tho i have nailed letters in hand that the agency mixed up the make and model of the vehicle i needed insured. Absolutely unbelievable. June of 2019 they had gotten the vin wrong on my brothers daily driver and he wasn’t insured for 3 months when they actually reached out to him they put his car in my name and took my car and put it in his name. Since June my own property my vehicle is still not in my name. Finally with a new agent it’s being transferred back into my name but don’t worry i was told it made no difference if it was under his name or not. That isn’t what you tell your customers your here to get things correct.

My husband and I met Marci today to discuss life insurance policies...on a Saturday. She was nice enough to open up her office on the weekend to go over what could possibly turn out to be one of the most important investments we make in our life. She was very great at explaining what policies are offered, what their limitations are and what would happen if there is ever a need for the pay out. She was also very helpful in discussing future financial needs and is hoping to set up a time to do that. We have been clients of Marcis for 2 years now since she opened her branch and it has been a great experience so far. We dont live in her area but she is willing to travel to meet with you. We paid $1,800 dollars into a life insurance policy. when we canceled it we got $244.00 back with no explanation. We called to talk about it but she never called us back. Going to contact a lawyer will update after. The state farm website says they can take up to 9% for early cancellation. So where is the rest of the money? We were always treated like underlings here. We assumed its because we dont drive a BMW. When our 18 year old son got a new car, this agency would not allow him to be covered under our policy so we left. It saved him over 200 dollars a month. Towards the end we just felt like we were being taken advantage of. If you like a high pressure sales environment and you drive a nice car this is the place for you. This is Louis David in case your wondering.UPDATE: hiring a lawyer would cost more than we would get back. However I would like to add that ever since this review was posted her office has been bombarding us with ads via mail/email.

The true test of an insurance agency is when you actually need them. I was getting hounded about my renters insurance and needing specific documentation to prove to my apartment lease office. I have not had a good experience with Marci and her agency. For years I have had a good driving record and good insurance rates. This past July I had two different incidents where I was at fault. The cost of the claims were not that much but after Marci assured me, my rates wouldnt go up more than $8/month, I submitted them as claims. Then my insurance skyrocketed over $2500 a year. I would have been much better paying these claims out of pocket. I am very disappointed at the lack of attention to detail and poor communication.

Just bought a brand new car and needed insurance. My original quote was higher than the car payment! Sarah managed to lower it over $100! Everyone in the office is very open and helpful 10/10 would recommend
