Everyone hates dealing with insurance and that is why I trust Brian with my home and auto insurance needs. He knows his stuff and is always looking out for my best interest. Terrible customer service and follow up. Ive never dealt with the agent directly I guess Im not important enough. Tried them out for 6 months, they didnt have enough coverage on my travel trailer and I have been charged $98 per month (for 6 months) from my credit union for collateral insurance. Constantly having issues with discounts in which my payment changes monthly. They arent about to handle other issues and just refer me to call Allstate directly. Whats the point of even having a agent or should I say agency. Switching to someone else ASAP.
