Quickly got me a quote and when we decided to go with them since they were saving us over $100 a month, they sent us really nice insurance card holders for each car policy.

This insurance company was really excellent; score wise about a 4.8 stars...The agent explained things about the insurance that no other company had taken the time to do; their value package was very good; and I felt they were honest which is very important to me! I would recommend them to anyone and have spoken highly of them to my family and associates/friends.

I have never before had such an amazing experience buying car insurance! David had worked with me before but I wasnt ready to make a move yet. He was helpful and not pushy, great follow-up. When I decided to shop around, they were the first place I thought to reach out to. I worked with Tabe, he was fantastic. He was friendly, patient with my questions and informative. He saved me money and got my deductible down to what I was comfortable with. He made sure the transition was seamless, even canceling my other policy for me. After all was said and done, I received great follow-up and they even printed my ID card out and sent it to me in a nice holder. The David Seagraves group have been nothing but amazing! David helped me set up my policy, even stuck with me when I wasnt 100% positive and wasnt pushy about it. Set up was super easy, quick, and the policy saved me much more than my old insurer. Now the true test. I got into an accident not even two weeks after starting my policy. Due to the timing I couldnt get ahold of the office, but being the great person he is David answered his cell phone that he gave me the number for, whipped out his laptop, and started writing my claim up for me. The claims adjuster called the next day and got the ball rolling. He even helped me with getting everything I need for the GAP insurance personnel. The next day, being the kind, genuine person he is David called up and made sure everything was going smoothly and that I doing alright. Definitely will be keeping my policy with this company for a very long time!

Out of all the insurance companies that have had before has not been one that started help you as soon as you told him what happened. A little fender bender I was very upset about it because I just got the car and the worst kids is the one that did this to me I told him exactly what happened. 5 minutes later my agent had me a new agent a claims agent a claims number appointment for my car to go in Mondays appointment to look at it and put them have it on to get it repaired I have never had insurance company moved that fast thank you farmers I am telling everyone that I know they looking for the insurance come see you thank you for your help and thank you for pick me back up when I was down
