I was trying to file a claim and was told by Lena it wasnt covered. After some arguing she referred me to the claims department which was very helpful and said my claim would be covered. My issue is not with Allstate, and I do not want to leave Allstate, but rather with the individual agency( Lena Lucia). I have asked that I be moved to a new agent, which they did, but I found out they are still giving Lena the commissions. I dont feel its fair the agent that does the work, will not get the commissions, when she almost lost the customer! Might be time to leave Allstate! I am updating this review to let you know I had to cancel my Allstate policies after Lena called me harassing me about my review along with emails.

Excellent service. GREAT agent! I was exploring making a move to another insurer due to my rates increasing because my insurance company raised rates significantly due to their losses in the California fires. I spent some time with Lena who reviewed what I had and she realized after taking a lot of time to go through the material that couldnt help me directly. She was honest and direct and I really appreciated that. Instead, she spent her time giving me her advice on what I should do. She didnt have to do that and she went out of her way to be helpful. You dont find this often, so I wanted to comment on it and say that if you happen to hire Lena as your agent Im sure youll be very pleased. We have been with Lena for may years and have always been very happy with her and her staff. This week, Evelyn went the extra mile to work with me in solving an issue with Avis where I was billed for damage I didnt cause. After a couple of days, and many conference calls to different people, the issue was resolved and dismissed by Avis. I couldnt have done it without Evelyn, Thanks!

They provide a premium service and we are very pleased with the team. All of our insurance issues get resolved quickly. In 2018 they took care of us when my wifes new car was damaged by hail, the entire process was smooth and headache free. Thank you again Lena.

Easy to talk to and get my account set up. The policy was explained nicely, and I always felt that I wasnt just another account number. I hope I never have to have a need for it, but knowing I have the proper coverage now is some peace of mind and I was walked right through it all.
