Very happy with my experience so far! Any time I call the office, I have been treated like a valued customer and always feel like each one of you makes it a priority to solve my issue. Even when I called to make a claim, and I wasnt supposed to make a claim as the other party submitted the claim to HER insurance, the office STILL called me twice to confirm that the other insurance was handling my claim. I definitely feel like they give me their full attention when I need it, and even when I dont! Thank you!

Ben went above and beyond what a normal agent would do and gave me updates every few days during a long claim. He kept everything rolling along, and made my process much easier then it could have been. He is a great agent who has helped me whenever I needed it.

The service from both Ben and Daminh is fantastic. Over the years we have had several issues come up in terms of insurance (ie- car wrecks, purchasing new vehicles, aging roof on residence, etc.) all it takes is one phone call and they are on it and will not quit until it is resolved. I have even called them after hours and weekends on their cell phones and they are there for me. I have never had them tell me to call the 800 number to report a claim like so many other companies. You get individualized service and you get Ben and team looking out for you. Never in, 50+ years and several insurance companies, have I had such great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
