Service center is two guys working and 12 guys in nice shirts doing nothing but talking about last nights game. Make an appointment then watch your car not move an inch in 65 minutes. Total joke. Avoid this place!

I dont even know where to start. First the salesmen was very rude and immediately wanted our social security information as well as income before even letting us see the vehicle we scheduled an appointment to see. Then they didnt have the vehicle we went to look at but they tried to convince us they should run our information anyways to see if we are qualified before we had to drive to a different lot to see the vehicle. Once we got to the different lot the vehicle was dirty, had stains all over the seats and cigarette burns in the back side of the passenger and drivers seat. They apologized and showed us a different vehicle that was similar and that battery light came.on as well as it sounded rough starting up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not buying a car from these people. Theyre unconcerned and unprofessional.

I purchased my 2020 GMC Denali 2500 from another dealership which turns out to be a big mistake. At the 10k mile mark the engine light came on and I needed service ASAP. I called the dealership that I purchased from and received the worst customer service ever. However, when I called Alpine and explained my situation they were very accomodating to what was going on and were able to get me in within days not weeks like the other place. Working with Cindy Robinson was great, from how well she communicated with me and making arrangements for me while the part I needed was on back order. Thank you Alpine GMC and to Cindy for taking care of me and fixing my new truck!

Service was ok but the having to have a appointment to get my oil changed n have too wait up to two weeks uh no thank you
