Horrible experience took off work for a scheduled appointment made. No one should up until 20 minutes later. After that the guy couldn’t get into his building, had to call his landlord. No one showed up, no communication to me the customer he just went back to his vehicle. The phone number listed was also disconnected as I tried to call since the gentlemen was late. Very unprofessional and will not be back. Luckily I found another business to tint my daughters windows, as this was a Birthday gift for her. Very unprofessional.

Best tint in town!! Amazing work by professional and courteous people. They have been doing this for a while and you can tell. They also do vinyl wraps that will protect your car as well as give it a whole new look.

This company also goes under the name royal wraps, I couldn’t of had a more horrible experience I was originally told it would take 2 hours to lay a simple sheet of vinyl on the roof of my car(the most simple vinyl job possible) It ended up taking 6 Hours and 30 minutes! Just for a horrible job with already scratched up vinyl that had a hole I could see the paint of my car through, he agreed to give me a sheet of vinyl for free so I could do it myself so I wait a couple days to lay it on my off day and what do you know? They gave me far to little vinyl :) it’s very easy to see this place is ran by a rookie, do not go unless you want to wait hours for a messed up job.

If the review was solely based on the tinting job & price I would easily rate 5*, however, the gentleman doing the tinting was a bit short and didnt come off as the friendliest of owners, and in the waiting room I was cooped up with a baby and the TV blaring baby shows/songs. The waiting experience was not the greatest by any means.

Twisted Tints is awesome. I just got a new car and really wanted to get the windows tinted bad. Ive never had windows tinted before. I went in just to check out pricing, but after I heard how inexpensive it was and that the tints carried a lifetime warranty, I got the car windows done right away. After a short wait the new Lexus looked great. The tints were applied with perfection at a price I couldnt believe. I highly recommend this place. Dont go anywhere else. Thanks so much!

I had a very good experience with Twisted Tints. Josh is very courteous and I got a great price. And who can beat a lifetime warranty? I would only say that the guys left a lot of residue from whatever spray they use all over my leather seats, dash, and windshield. Would have been nice if theyd just done that little bit extra to clean up. But I got home and easily wiped it all away. The tinting is top notch. Couldnt get it done any better from any other place in town. No slivers of light along the window edges or trash that got in the tint or bubbles that wont work out. Highly recommend!

I took a brand new motor home here to have the windows tinted. They had a problem which caused some damage to my slide out topper. What happened next made me a customer for life. They apologized, took ownership of the problem and made it right. The owner, Mitch, was extremely customer focused, and really cared about how I felt. He was not alone, every employee I came into contact with went above and beyond. As I stated earlier - I’m a customer for life.Almost forgot to say - the tinting work is EXCELLENT.

They didnt install tint that I payed for. Their number is out of service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This business appears to be conducting fraudulent activities lately.

Just had my wifes 2015 Grand Cherokee done here and their customer service is on point. Had me in, out, and on the road in an hour or less for 8 large windows.A little pricier than some places but the work quality is impeccable and the films seem to be high quality. Cant complain about a lifetime guarantee either.Great experience and I will use them again

Josh tinted my 2013 Honda Civic coupe yesterday. He did an amazing job and my windows were tinted in a little over an hour; my car looks great! In the waiting room there is a television with Netflix which is great for killing time. I watched one episode of Breaking Bad, then shortly after I started another episode my car was ready! I paid 195.00 (incl tax) for my tint (keep in mind I have a two door, not four door). It has a lifetime warranty too! There are different tints to choose from, so the price varies. You could have the same car as mine, and pay less or more for your tint depending on the type and percent of tint you choose. I chose Premier Window Tinting because of the high reviews, and Im so glad I did! I highly recommend using Premier Window Tinting. Josh is extremely nice and in my opinion, probably one of the best at what he does. He has around 15 years of experience, if I recall correctly. Theres a reason for so many good reviews of Premier Window Tinting. That said, go there, you wont regret it. -Will

Best damn tint and wrap business in central Arkansas. I wont have anyone else tint my vehicles. They use the highest quality films. Got one tinted 6 years ago still looks new. No fading or purple color at all!

I got my front windows tinted at another place and they didnt do a good job, there was a lot of little pieces of debris under the tint. A friend recommended Josh, they removed the old tint and installed new tint. Josh did an excellent job, tint looks perfect. I would recommend him.

This was definitely one of the easiest tinting experiences I have had with any vehicle. I will most certainly be coming back and telling everyone I know. They were very upfront with all the details and explained the pros and cons of the different tint types they have available. these guys are super professional and I could not recommend anyone other than Premier. Make an appointment, dont expect to show up and get it done in an hour, be realistic and if you do you will not be disappointed. I dropped off my car at 830 on a saturday morning and by 1130 they were calling me saying to come get it. Quick, prompt and honest service is what you get with these guys.

Went here because of a friend recommended me this place. PLEASE NOTE, what Im about to say is personal experience. They may did good on others but mine was a nightmare.So I made a appointment on tuesday at 10:30am to get my roof top vinyl wrap. A lady told me they didnt have the wrap at the shop and had to pick it up from benton. So we move the appointment to 12. No biggy. When I brought my car back to the shop. I pretty much sat there for 8hrs. Just to get my rooftop wrapped. It was my first time doing vinyl. Didnt know how long to expect. (It only takes 1-2hrs to do). When my car got done. Outside was dark. I didnt think much of it, but it looked nice. So I thought. The next morning I woke up just to look at the wrap. It was a nightmare. Parts of the vinyl had patches. The lines were not cut smoothly, areas that had holes were cover up with little piece of vinyl. Parts were lifting. I was shock, I left truly sad inside. Really drepess. I drove right away back to the shop at 8:30am on the dot because the website said its open at that time. The shop wasnt open until 9:30. I legit thought I was getting scammed and they had disappeared. But when the owner showed up at 9:30. I told him what happen, he offer to put another wrap on my roof. But he would have to order new supplies. I just wanted it off and my money back. So he took it off. When he took off the vinyl and gave back my car. My paint was scratched deep, parts of the plastic covering the edges were cut, my car looked more dirty than it should like brown sticky stuff on my car. And some parts of the car, the clear coating were scratched as well. In my head Im like WTF. I was really mad at that point. I wanted to go back and yell and fix it. But I was scare he would do more harm fixing it self. So I took My business to GameTime wrap the same day, payed more for the wrapping but a lot better than premium tinting&wrapping.

My first experience with these guys was a good one. I brought a 2015 dodge challenger to have the windows/windshield tinted and it turned out great. But the second experience was horrible. I brought in my 2016 challenger and while they were working on the car they ran the battery down and tried to jump start it with a booster box. The security system on the car evidently didnt like what they were trying to do and when the car sent me an email saying it required attention I went out to see what had happened. I got all the issues sorted myself without so much as a sorry.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! The owner was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone. They canceled an hour before the appointment because of an issue with the water company?? They told me they would call me to reschedule the appointment. I never did. So, I called them to reschedule. At first he was very short with me and kind of rushed me off then phone. Then, the person he sent to my house never showed up and after waiting over an hour for his arrival, I called the owner back letting him know that I had to leave to get back to work and I was already late because the guy never showed up. He raised his voice at me and tells me what do i want him to do and said the guy was lost. I live off Cantrell Rd. how he got lost i will never know. Immediately called D&D Sun Control and they have been extremely helpful so far!

We had the windows on the front of our home tinted today. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, & did an outstanding job. If the windows on our vehicles were not already tinted we would be taking them to him as well. I contacted him bc of the great reviews as I am new to the area & did not know where to go for great service. Five star job all the way. Do not use this company and especially do not pre-pay!! I bought a window tint package for my husbands new Dodge Charger for Fathers Day. Paid in advance, showed up at 11:35 for a 12 oclock appt to find the door locked and a note on the door stating they left the office momentarily and will return by 11:45. Noon came and went and about 12:15, a guy pulls up on a motorcycle, opens the garage bay door, pulls in and proceeds to close the garage door without even acknowledging the 4 of us standing there. We thought maybe he would go in and open the front door to greet and let us in. But nope! Nothing! After waiting for an hour at this point, I was irritated and left to take my kids to lunch. I called to leave a voicemail to let them know I waited an hour and would like a refund. Kim called me while we were eating to say she just got back and told me that she didnt leave the office until a quarter till noon and no one was in the parking lot at that time and I said, when we arrived and read the note on the door that stated theyd RETURN at 11:45, that it was 11:35. She repeated that she didnt leave until after that time as if I had a reason to lie about what time we got there!! When I asked for a refund she said she could only give me store credit and I said I dont think so. I asked to speak to her manager and it turns out the guy on the motorcycle that didnt even acknowledge our presence when pulling up is the owner!!! He was in the bathroom so he couldnt speak to me about issuing a refund rather than store credit, so I asked for a return call. The return call never came, so we had to go back after lunch to ensure they give us a refund! The owner still wouldnt come speak to me!! Disgusting lack of customer service. Will NEVER use these people.

I would not try to use them for commercial tinting. We finally had to fire them and go somewhere else once the THIRD appointment time to come to our offices for an install was missed. While our situation was a unique skylight, they quoted and promised service without ever even coming to the office to see it. We have been waiting on tint for over a month. Very unprofessional.

We had our new mazdas windows tinted and the new ceramic windshield film put on our car, and it is the best window tint that I have ever had put on a car. It stays cool, it takes half the time to cool off the car in a hot day and the looks amazing! I would recommend Twisted Tints to anyone and every one. Have used on all my vehicles (4). Going to get the 5th tinted and was told I would get a repeat customer discount, well come to find out I have to have the app, which has never been so much as mentioned to me, but its my fault because I didnt have time to read all the signs on the wall as Im usually in a hurry and dropping off. Well needless to say no repeat customer discount (which I was told when I called that they could look up my invoices no problems). Oh, and dont get me on the big ass bubble I had in my window after they took my truck back in RIGHT AFTER they got done with it because there were ridiculous bubbles. (I know what bubbles will be there for the couple days after) I used to go strictly too them but will be taking my business to SunStop window tinting in Maumelle from here on out. These guys saved the day, and did extremely good work. If you dont want to drive to colonel Glenn and want an even better bang for your buck and better quality tint give SunStop a chance. Will only use them from here on out. (I dont know them, and they squeezed me in after driving all the way down and being lied too).

I did some internet research and found Premier Window Tinting. Scheduling was easy and I was told the process would take like an hour and half. I was quoted a price, and I scheduled my wifes car to be tinted on a Saturday (2013 Hyundai Elantra - black of course). I dealt with Josh, who was courteous and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the process before installation. When I came to pick up the car, he went over with me what to expect and said I could call him back later if I had any quesitons or concerns. Josh did an excellent job on the car and I am extremely happy with the outcome and the customer service.If you are looking for quality results at a very fair price - you gotta call Premier!

Dropped car off at 11am was told it would be ready at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm to a cloud of mary jane smoke in waiting room and the car wasnt ready and sat waiting till finally 5:30pm.After one week the driver side and passenger side began to peel off. Had to return to fix the problems. Never not one time through all this was there one apology.

Fast friendly firstclass service more than satisfied. I had my chevy silverado tinted front two windows and front window brow, extremly nice job, no bubbles and a very clean apperance. window tint has increased vaue of my truck and i would recommend this company to anyone wno wants fast clean professional services ....very happy... ps. they also have many other truck accersories to choose from at very afordable prices.
