I came into this store and was essentially guided towards what they thought would be best which is fine because they are the professionals. To make a long store short, I walked out of there almost $1,000 later with two audio-pipe 12s and an audio-pipe amp, a box that didnt even fit my car and a cheap wiring kit that was marked as best. It hasnt even been a month and the amp gets insanely hot so I had it checked out and they said everything looked good that maybe I had a faulty amp. Soon after the whole system quit working. I checked the fuse next to the battery and it literally melted completely in half. I ended up having to buy another wiring set, I replaced the AMP and now it turns out one of the 12s are blown. $1,000 gone in less then a month, good looking out guys.

Went had full system put in, remote start, and all my windows tinted. Tanner up there did an AMAZING job. He was very polite, did a great job and the price was VERY reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Well...I had a camera, AMP, Sub, and deck hooked up here it sounds very good. I’m pleased, but I did have to go back and get a remote turn on hooked up as I don’t like the JL digital input for a power on. They hooked it up pretty fast.

Man I love these guys! I wouldnt trust any other audio system installer. The jolly gentleman named Scot helped me out and I was just tickled with all the knowledge he had on sound systems, I have a unique vintage car and they took a lot of precautions to prevent any problems with the suspension and I have the best acoustic experience my money could buy. Thanks again Audio 1, I love it! Denis is pretty cool too.

Go somewhere else. We went in to get 2 door speakers installed and when we picked the car up the door panels were loose, there was dirt on the panels and all over the carpet. it cost $50 more than they said it would AND they had the nerve to put a decal on our car without asking. There are ALOT of audio shops around. You can do better.

Listen if you go to audio one please be careful. The owner is a crook I called him about a job he messed up my window duh the film is peeling from my window I already paid for my window and he refused to fixit supposed to be a lifetime warranty but listen anybody out there dealing with this guy please read the reviews before you go he has a bad reputation I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop

I hate to even write this post but I have to. I got sounds installed in my car in March and my amp went out. Scott did tell me to keep my receipt but I didn’t. That was my fault. Of course they don’t make the equipment so I am not upset about it. I am upset they don’t keep up with receipts for at least one year on their computer system. The new place I purchased my new amp does. I’m so disappointed my equipment didn’t last one month. I’m really hurt I didn’t listen to Scott and keep the receipt. After reading others reviews I hope I didn’t get overcharged. I paid a lot of money and it didn’t last.

This place is terrible!!!! Costomer service is awful!!!! They don’t care about taking your service!!! They’ll tell you they’re busy when they’re not. They’ll tell you to bring your car to get worked on and when you get there they can’t help you and tell you to come back another time! They’ve done this to me multiple time in one week. They are unprofessional and condescending! Don’t do business with them because they don’t care about you!

The guy Dennis Dillard giving the 5 star review is their head installer. I had my speakers installed there in December and Dennis installed them. HE KEPT MY CROSSOVERS. I did get them back in February when I called the shop. So yes they do charge you for stuff that they dont install. I didnt buy the stuff there so to me that is theft, but luckily I got what wasnt installed back.

Not a good place to get your car modified unless if you want to get yelled by the owner. I went to get 2 jobs done there. The first one went well a bit unorganized, anyways still went back. The second time they did NOT install it correctly. Went to ask what we could do to fix (willing to pay) and instead I get YELLED by the owner that he was not going to fix it bc its free work. Fixing your error is free work?? WTH! I did not argue (just asked for solutions) because he seems to be a SPECIAL condition person (God bless him). Though I did not like the yelling to me a customer. I did not yell when they told the high XX amount to pay, so I expect the same. They lost my future business which was quite a bit because my car is stock. Take this review in account and go at your own risk.

This place had me drive 40 minutes for nothing! I called on Saturday to ask questions about getting work done. The person on the phone told me it couldnt get done that day and to come in Monday at 10am. I asked if I needed and appointment the individual on the phone said no. Fast forward to Monday 9:45am, I showed up early just to be told we cant get you in today and no one put you in the book.

Called Scot at Audio One to get speakers installed in a 2007 Yukon we bought second hand. Explained I wanted a good brand. He shared the options. The speakers were to be a surprise for my husband so Scot worked with me to find a day that I could do it with minimal suspicion. I appreciated his willingness to help me. My daughter dropped it off and picked it up. It is six months later and the speakers are good.

Sold me the wrong wiring harness. Which I only found out after I already installed it and my speakers wouldnt work properly. They wanted me to take the vehicle wiring harness out bring it back for store credit then put half down on a 65 dollar harness and wait a week for it to come in while my car is torn apart. I asked if they could go ahead and order it bc it was their fault for my car being torn apart for a week. They said no. Had to have money upfront. Bc of their stupidity I have to do double work and have a jacked up car for a week. Got the right part at half the price from Amazon. Going forward I wouldnt buy a Christmas tree air freshener from these guys.

Hello im Scot and yes the owner of Audio 1 . I want to try to hopefully address some of the concerns and confusion on my reviews here goes.. As far as pricing being different over the phone, yes for the most part that is true. Me and my team hate giving prices over the phone. We say it most every day. Why because we cant see ur car . We dont know if ur dash is cracked and broken.. We cant see that ur car/truck is brand new and someone cut the radio plug and ever light on the dash is on until we see it.Alot of our customers will call and ask . How much is a radio or how much are some speakers? We carry over 30 different brands. Yes we will give you a low price.. To get you to come shop to see wht we offer. As for the comments that we rip people off or charge different prices well . Yes im sure it has happened a time or 2 by honest mistakeits crazy that employees love to bash my business on here with twised facts right Dakota?? lol . 90% of the time im in the store working or overseeing every job there. Yes we will make a mistake sometimes but i promise to do the best job that can be. To give my customers the best prices I can every time. I stopped in because I noticed the Rhino Lining place next door. I own a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK, I spoke the gentleman in the back doing the work, he seems to understand what I am wanting done and at first stated between 400.00 / 450.00; I told him the guy down the road quoted a solid 300.00, he agreed he could match it without shorting me on what was requested, this was yesterday, today I have dropped it off to have the work done, the boss I spoke with was in the rear of the shop and unable to reassure me that we were still good. I got an uncomfortable feeling from the younger man at the cash register. I paid the 300.00 up front, lets see if everything goes as I hope.... follow up and final assessment to follow.Well, here is my follow up..after having my Jeep for five days, I received a call from the owner stating what exactly are we doing on your Jeep? He follows up with statements like wires hanging out with things missing or broken...I said, it sounds like I need to come down, he said no, you shouldnt.. we want it to look perfect when you see it... Well at the end of the day I got it... All I can say is TRAGIC... I have roughly 55 grand in the Jeep...( being conservative) ... I would be embarrased if I were them... Hindsight... My fault... go with that voice inside your head and run...couldnt be more disappointed if I tried...

Not very helpful at all.My wife called and checked to see if they hadthe items I needed.I go by spend 300 only to get home and realize they just added on another 40 dollors that they paid back, and also the 150 of extra stuff they said I needed was included with the amp ..Needless to say nobody in the 0lace has a high school education.Kmw what Im saying dog.....what it do.

Guys were amazing!

Do not let them work on your car! They are not in compliance with the law and refuses to rectify it when they are called out on it. The owner (Scott) is very rude and a liar. He has removed his FB reviews because of people calling him out on the hack jobs that they leave the customers with. Dont let them tell you that there overly large A1 sticker is required by law because according to the statute it states that the sticker must be in between the drivers side window and tint, cant be larger than a 1/4 inch (theirs is like 5 inches and only has the logo of the company) and must include the name and phone number of the place that completed the installation.
