Allen listens to what you want in house, (style, location, price, etc.) and works to provide exactly what you need. My mother was looking for a home in Arkansas while still living in another state. In times when Allen and I were looking at houses for my mother and I wasn’t sure about something and asked for his opinion, I felt reassured and confident when he said, he wouldn’t put my mother in a home he wouldn’t put his mother in. Through our housing search process, Allen was there providing encouragement, great houses to look at (sent via email, and the amazing housing app he has), and making himself available to look at houses. Allen was there from the beginning to the end when he placed the keys to the new home in my mom’s hand and she had a big beautiful smile on her face. I highly recommend allen! He works with you. Makes sure everything is done right. He has made our process so smooth.
