I am a tenant at one of there properties. Ive been here over a year, has never been late with rent keep yard well maintained as well as the inside of the house. For a whole year I have been trying to get them to fix the outside of the house. It is totally embarrassing. Trimming following off everywhere around the house. My agent tells me that he trying to get the owner to fix it but he wont. My thing is I know he really dont care as long as he gets his cut. Because you see he dont fix his property, so drop him as a client. That looks bad o Adkins McNeil and Smith. And were talking about cosmetic things nothing major. You have paying tenants whos taking care of the property.

Mike Hoffman is the best landlord in the history of landlords! My family and I are about to make a move and we will miss Mike being our landlord.

Beware dealing with Mike Hoffman re rentals. Rental house that was clearly and repeatedly told that there was desire to rent, proper applications filled out to rent the home, plans already made, only to be told that the house had already been rented a week prior when paperwork was being delivered. Common courtesy is all that was needed.

Just saw that I was billed over $100 for cleaning an apartment that didnt get so much as fresh coat of paint when I moved in. Having seen the apartment before and after cleaning when I first moved in Id be shocked if it doesnt look exactly the same as I left it. Dont expect your deposit back.
