This company driver hit my truck and run

I hired in approximately 9/2019 - right before General Motors went on strike . Great place for a driver to work, so Ive heard .To early for me to give a thorough comment but I personally feel the office could build a better code of ethics as for communicating with their drivers - rather than the drivers being placed on hold, waiting for answers .Drivers themselves I feel should be held more responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of their truck . Reason : upon closer observation, several of their trucks show signs of neglect .I know freight is very important but so is a well kept truck and a responsible driver .I feel that the pay will follow a driver who respects his HOS and the well being of his truck .No Pre Pass, Pike Pass or Toll Pass ; Ive had to pull into the majority of all the state scales . This will take some getting use to .Other than the lack of communication - very friendly office personnel .

Used to be a good company, roadrunner corporate took over after gm strike in 19 and its gone downhill.

Great job, loved it so much I work here. Great money and great runs. You can pretty much go wherever if you asked them with a few days in advance, they will work with. Great money.This the only place I know that if you run out of hours they will come and get within a reasonable distance.

I drove for an owner operator that leased his truck to Rich and I loved driving for this company my boss at the time decided to go with a different company when they had the lay-off last year . I would love to come back as a company driver for Rich . The dispatch in Little Rock are Amazing loved working with them .

Great company to work for but employees need raises and better pay, they work hard to get drivers on board and deal with paperwork, also the managers need interpersonal communication training and a structured way to carry out job tasks, finally there is too much verbal abuse and that needs close attention. I enjoyed my time great people.

The absolute worst trucking company to work for. They will claim they called you when they dont realize cell phones have call history. They will claim you violated company policy even when you are not at work or on the clock. They claim they can use you driving in your personal vehicle as company time. If youre thinking of working for this company turn and RUN.

Ive been connected to this company for more years then i can remember. Rich logistics is a fast paced high energy company and not everybody can make it here. But for those who can, you will be treated fairly, and you will make a lot better than industry wages.At the helm of Rich Logistics is one of the best men ive ever had the privilege to work for. That man is Keith Everette. Hes the kind of boss(friend) who will stand by you if you are right,yet strong enough to tell you that your wrong. And believe me ive been on both sides of Keith.And we also have a very outstanding CEO in Shannon Everette. He has been one of the most outgoing individuals in our company, and he is one of the reasons Rich continues to grow.Under Shannon leadership we are one of the best company in our industry. And even though i dont always understand Shannon, i have to say he is one if the best men in trucking i have ever met ir have the privilege to work for. And ive learned a lot about how complicated trucking and its day to day operations can be. Thank you Shannon for your hard work and dedication...And no im not the number 1 employee, not even close. I just beleive in Rich Logistics and the 2 men at the helm. They both on a daily basis tell drivers, without you we wouldnt be here..
