Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. Agents cannot get a single shipment info right. Appointment times are way off. Don’t haul for ch Robinson at this location.

If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. CH Robinson is the WORST Freight company out there. Their mission statement is an absolute joke. Weve had two absolute disaster loads with this company, one recently costing us over $10,000 in loses. Turns out they used UPS for a dry load, which we could have easily done ourselves. Total loss, yet claim denied - we completed and followed every one of their requests. We will NEVER use them again - period.
