Only place in little rock area that does decent alterations. Its pricey but just about every alteration place is, sadly! I refused to listen to my momma who said learn to sew so you can at the very least shorten a pair of trousers and/or hem on your own. Moral of this story? Learn how to sew or be prepared to spend $$$ for alteration.

A truly disappointing experience. She marked/pinned my daughters dress for alteration then told me should was too busy to do the work so she proceeded to remove all the pins so that I couldn’t take it elsewhere to have the dress altered. I was shocked. This is my opinion was truly out of meanness. You would think she could have said “I am sorry I have too much work and can’t do this for you but I will leave it pinned and hopefully you can find someone in town that can do it for you”. I will never use nor recommend Ann’s Alterations again. This is the first and only review I have ever written but I have also never had such a terrible experience with any business owner in the service industry. A real shame.

Terrible! Woman at front had her breasts hanging out with shirt barely held together by a safety pin! Looks like she needs to do some alterations of her own! Refused to work with me on altering a t-shirt! This place had done this same type of work for me in the past.
