We run a small family owned business that has had a terrible time over the last 18 months. After several discussions with our cpa he recommended we give business dynamics a call to help us reorganize and cut costs. No one likes to have to cut labor and overhead but in our case it was a must. They helped us craft a plan how to lower our costs and do it in a thoughtful and fair way. I can report that with their help we succeeded in lowering our overall costs and did it mostly by changing how we bid out our jobs. We ended up only having to lay off two people which is way less than we had originally planned.

Ideas come out of the woodwork for us and we wanted to make sure we were executing the right one with the right goals in mind. Business Dynamics helped us stay focused and on track.

They stuck to the scope we had agreed on and I feel like they fulfilled every aspect of our engagement contract. With their hourly billing rates I was a little worried about costs spiraling out of control but they stuck to the original estimate and even came in under on the hours we had budgeted for.

We usually do not respond to B2B marketing but in this case I am glad we did. We finally ended up settling on a two week assessment that was priced reasonably and would be credited to any services we ended up contracting them for. We were very happy with the reports from the assessment but ended up holding off on any subsequent services till we can get our head around all the information they gave us. Will update our experience in the future if we end up engaging them further.

Thanks to Business Dynamics I was able to figure out a way to keep my doors open. I was initially a little hesitant to invest what was required for the process but in the end I am thankful I made the right choice. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and people I network with.

Really not a lot to write about. Met with several reps from their company months before we even let them in the door to help work on some restructuring issues. They worked well with my team and the really value they provided was in helping put together all the supporting docs on our last attempt at more funding to increase our existing credit line. We ended up having to come up with several packages to hit the numbers we needed.

Business Dynamics provided my business with the tools and resources to get back on track after we were having some cash flow issues. With their tools and help we were able to mitigate the issues without having to resort to layoffs or canceling projects. I cannot be more thankful we found them.
