Dobt gwt hooked up with them they steal your money if you quit or gwt fired its a scam with them and employer they take 25 bucks a week out if no deposit is made
Very poor administration, and unintuitive website with very little functionality for a financial institution in 2020 - they want checks mailed rather than electronic banking. I spend forever on hold trying to get Customer Service and their rep wasnt familiar with the (dys)functionality of the website - he directed me to non-existent features. This company was foisted on us by our employer, and I would not recommend anybody use them.
I worked here for a few months as a temp from Jan 2019 to April 2019 so my comment will be on the work environment .. nice people but dont get comfortable .. its typical Little Rock work environment .. They operate off of who they like whether or not they know what they are doing doesnt matter. I had to move out of Little Rock for this problem that all employers tend to have in Little Rock. They care nothing about skills, experience, enthusiasm or any of that this is the downside to Little Rocks work environment until they get some structure going on. Good luck to anyone still living in Little Rock and dealing with the favoritism that goes on considering that Arkansas is an At will State as it is . Other than that this place is laid back, no micro managing, lots of work, lots to learn..... Just the possibility of being let go with out warning will always loom if you dont get in good with your superiors.
Ive been a Datapath client for 10+ years. I consider them to be invaluable to the smooth running of my business. I moved from another software company to this one and have no regrets. I would recommend them to anyone especially since their marketing and support departments support us TPAs in such a HUGE way.
Datapath is funtioning as a third party between teachers insurance plans and the teachers (for Vermont). They took on this task after Future Planning failed. Datapath is no better than the company they took over for. Future Planning Fiasco is turning into Datapath fiasco. They disappeared my money, then it reappeared with no explanation despite my attempted communications. I have spent about 10 hours this summer trying to communicate with someone who knows what is going on. They basically refuse to speak with me (beyond the customer service reps and call overflow people). They are reimbursing me for incorrect services, and not reimbursing me for others. I have had bills go to collections due to their negligence. I wish a manager who is working on my case (supposedly they are working on my case) would contact me.
I have had an FSA through DataPath for more than 8 years now and have always been very happy with the service received. The mySourceCard is handy and I like not having to file receipts for things like doctor visit co-pays.
Very slow in processing. Did not take out money from my paycheck and now they are taking out twice the amount to make up for their procrastination. This has caused confusion and hours to figure out.
43 minutes and still holding... worst customer service ever.
STILL waiting on a card but $$ is coming out of my paycheck alright, just no way to spend it. NOT happy!
