I was very pleased with the flooring installation. Everything went very smoothly. My installers were wonderful and did a great job putting in my laminate flooring. They made sure to communicate with me and let me know what they would be doing. I was very happy with the job that the team of installers did.

These guys brought the A team for my carpet install! They were right on time and knocked everything out of the park. Even talked carpet with me, taught me some of the stuff they did and gave me tips on keeping it looking great. I’ll definitely reach out in the future with other projects.

Our installers came from Hot Springs and knocked it out of the park. Micah and team had to work around some things and handled it all professionally. Shout out to Tami also, who worked out a schedule for us.

Great communication and professional. My installer Bruce did a fantastic job installing my carpet. Very detail oriented which I appreciated.Once my carpet came in it took about 2 weeks to schedule and installation was done in a day. I had a great experience from setting up the date to having the carpet installed.

Kept us totally informed on installation. Double checked to make certain all needed materials were delivered. Showed up exactly on time. Did a marvelous job on installing engineered hardwood floor in one bedroom and closet. Love the new look in that room! Very professional - cleaned up everything before leaving. I am very pleased and highly recommend!

New flooring looks great!!

Romanoff Renovations was the company Home Depot used to install our carpet. The two guys who did the installation were great. They were super courteous, and the one in charge of the installation seemed to be highly experienced. They were very diligent about stretching the carpet in the closets as well as the rooms. They did not scratch up my trim, which meant the world to me because we had just had it painted. They were careful moving my furniture, and vacuumed and cleaned up behind themselves. Both guys spoke broken English, which did not cause any problems communicating. Cant imagine how it could have gone better.

Absolutely do not recommend this business. We purchased our flooring through Home Depot and they hired Romanoff as a third-party to do our installation. Not only was our flooring pushed back and not installed when it was supposed to be, we were told that we would be sent nothing but the best installer. After we had laminate wood flooring and tile installed, we can’t believe how terrible of a job was done. The tile is uneven everywhere, our laminate flooring has pieces throughout that are not sealed together and cause a gap where you can see the sub floor. Also, to top it all off every time you call they’re always unavailable and they don’t return your voicemails or try to make it right. We were also told in order to have our flooring covered under warranty that the trim had to go down first, then our flooring and then we had to have quarter round installed as well. So after paying $1000 for a quarter round install, come to find out that is not required for the type of flooring we purchased. They just want to nickel and dime you to no end. It’s just truly frustrating because this is our first home that we have bought and we trusted them to do a good job, but after speaking to the installer and him saying “ I agree it wasn’t my best work” on the phone and then going to his bosses at Romanoff and saying the reason it looks bad is because the walls and floor were so even is just no excuse for the job that was done. It’s no secret the home was built in the lates 1980s, but to install all of our flooring in under 14 hours, with just one man doing the job proves he just rushed through it all. Now after no returned phone calls or answers on how to make it right, make sure you think twice before using them for your future projects.

Our carpet os beautiful. You were quick in getting our carpet to us an the installation went great. We will be recommending Romanoff Renovations and the installers to everyone.

The installers barely spoke English, refused to move our furniture, even though we had paid for it to be moved. Then they just took our carpet and left. Their excuse for not moving the furniture was that they were afraid they would damage it.?! How were we suppose to get the carpet installed without them moving the furniture. If Home Depot continues to use this company as installers, I would not ever buy carpet from Home Depot again.

The workers arrived on time and worked nonstop until they finished laying our carpet. Did a great job cleaning up.

They laid new tile in my master bathroom. The tile looks good and they got it done in the amount of time that they said they would. Would recommend

They didnt enkugh information on any of the main things i was curious about or had questions about.

I did not have a problem with the installers when they showed up but it took over a month of living in a construction zone to finish. Scheduling was a nightmare. Our job was delayed because of insufficient tile and when the tile came in it took 2 weeks to get another appointment. My husband still ended up doing sealing and cleaning so it would be finished. I will never use them again.

They installed the carpet i purchased from Home Depot. They were very professional, cleaned up behind themselves, and sent a picture and name of the installer coming to my house. I have zero complaints!
