Bought a house that used this company to remodel the shower and other bathrooms. The warranty was transferred over during the sale.The shower door has been repaired since the house was bought by us. Re-Bath came to repair it (not without a terrible attitude), but it QUICKLY separated from the wall again. I always dreamed of using this company prior to our home purchase, but NOT anymore. The sample displays look really good at the mall, but not in your home after regular use. Cheap work, cheap supplies... highly dissatisfied.

I had ReBath of Arkansas renovate two bathrooms 10 years ago and they still look great. To my surprise, the shower pan in the master bath had about a 6-8 crack right next to the drain. I reached out to Denton at ReBath and he promptly came out to inspect the shower. I knew that ReBath had a lifetime warranty on the shower pan and Im glad to say that ReBath of AR honored that warranty with no questions asked. In fact, the designs they are using now are even better than the original and I received the upgrade with ZERO cost to me. Jeremy was the installer and he did a 5 star job! ReBath remodeled our bathroom several years ago. We have had to have them come back once for a shower door adjustment and another time for a repair. True the advertisements, Travis and Joel had my old fiberglass tub/shower out, the new walk-in shower installed, and a counter top replaced in 8 hours exactly. Received a middle finger and was almost hit this morning off Rodney Parham this morning by someone driving a rebath truck. This would be unacceptable for any of my employees, especially while representing my company. Did not get license plate or have time to see if there was a truck number or “how’s my driving” tag.
