Aubrey is an excellent stylist that I have been using for 4 years now. If anyone is looking for an new stylist, I would highly recommend her. She is professional and really fun to be around. She makes it a positive experience every time, and my hair looks great!

Due to the pandemic, I was laid off and we have been struggling. My husband received an amazing haircut from Amber. He told her about our situation and what a hard time I have been having, and she gave him a note with $40 that said “treat your wifey”. Our family really REALLY appreciated her kindness.

I went to Sport Clips to get a haircut because I was given a coupon for a free MVP Experience haircut. I just received a haircut and not the full MVP Experience the coupon was for. When I gave the coupon to the hairstylist, she said I couldnt use it because it was for MVP Experience. Then she changed her mind and said it was just a business card and not for a haircut then tried to keep it. I had planned on using the coupon and giving the full cost of the haircut as a tip for the stylist.......I guess she missed out. I will not go back to that Sport Clips.

Don’t even bother coming without an appointment. Got here before anyone else at 10 and waited an hour just to be pushed to the end of the line 4 times. Worry about clients you have in store before people who are not there.

Amber is absolutely fabulous. I only see her when I need a haircut.

I live in Kansas City and love my local Sports Clips. I am here for an extended military stay and went to get a haircut. There where zero people waiting and Audrey seemed annoyed to get off her phone and cut my hair. She said nothing to me to welcome me while checking me in and while attempting small talk she could care less.Her customer service is dead. I would hope the rest of the this local franchise is better. Cut my hair good but again didn’t ask what I thought. And rushed me through an MVP experience.I will move left to Swank Hair Salon in said commercial property and give my $$ to local next time.

I was very pleased with my stylist (Aubrey) and how she took her time. I like a quality haircut and not a quick, rushed haircut. I requested that I not face the TVs because I wasnt there to watch TV, I was there to get a good quality haircut. Additionally, I liked how she walked around the front and showed me the products she used in my hair. I would recommend my friends and family to get a good quality haircut at Sportclips with Aubrey.

Laura cut my hair and was extremely professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went right to work. Hair came out perfect and the way they treat you at this place is phenomenal.

Staff was friendly enough. I was shown to a chair almost immediately. Unfortunately, hospitality isnt the main thing I came for. I wont say this was the worst cut Ive ever gotten — as Ive had some real doozies in the past — but I imagine it ranks in the Top 25 Worst. Nearly scalp-short everywhere but a tuft at the top. Not so much high-and-tight as Bert from Sesame Street. And I keep a fairly simple style normally. Oh well, I suppose it will grow out and I tend to wear baseball caps a lot anyway. But I wont be returning here. Id suggest you might want to dodge it too.

Go to a real barber shop for the love of god, this your hair were talking about, dont leave it up to someone getting paid that little and with that much incentive to rush your cut, if you wanna look weird for several weeks, go for it, but for the rest of you, go somewhere better

Great service, Sport Clips is always busy, but I popped in the other day and was out in 15 min. Katie the manager usually takes care of me, but her team has great stylists all around.

Its so hit or miss. Some of the girls are amazing and others are just so-so. That being said, I never got a truly awful haircut when I was using this location. Also their wait times are a little long sometimes.

Nice customer sercive. Thats all that can be said about this place. I just received one of the worst haircuts Ive had in a rather long time. I consistently asked for my hair to be trimmed and described a low fade 2 grades up from a zero with two inches left on top. Ya, none of that happened. So I left the butcher shop with what looks like a home haircut given by a junior high kid. I mean, dont you have to go to school to cut hair? Wow. Lost my service for sure. Autrocious.

I like going here. I think my hair looks ok, but my wife really likes the job they do. I havent had the same person cut it twice, but everyone one who has cut it has cut it well.
